THE BUBBLE SHACK

Super yummy! My favorite was the rose! Emi helped us and was so friendly. Great atmosphere and nice places to sit outside and relax! It is a must if you like bubbly or sparkling anything

I have not yet visited, but I ordered some 2014 Fesstivity (Blanc de Blanc Sta Rita Hills) with my order of other wines. This is GOOD STUFF! If you can’t make it on site, you will not go wrong with ordering a bottle, or six…
My next visit will definitely include a stop at the Bubble Shack. I will be buying more.

If you like Champagne, come to the Bubble Shack. It sits next to Epiphany Wines so you get the benefit of the beautiful sitting area outside while you taste.
The champagne is no joke. I’ve purchased 5 bottles in the last 6 weeks. Wonderful addition to Los Olivos. The staff is friendly and knowledgable.

While wandering the quiet sleepy streets of Los Olivos, this place called out to me. It was slightly hidden, nestled back behind the front yard of another house/​winery. My old neighbor Maggie used to love her champagne, and I would frequently end up drinking champagne with her. I steered Schoolteacher in towards the place, and struck up a conversation with the lady behind the counter.
She was friendly and happy and bubbly, and discussing the prices. $ 10 tours for non members, and $ 8 for members. She asked if anybody at the bar was a member, and I jokingly answered yes I was a member. But it was much funnier than that. So while she was laughing at my super funny joke, she graciously gave everybody there the $ 8 member tasting price. See? I’m totally funny.
She proceeded to tell us about champagne, and pour champagne. Each one was light and crispy and bubbly and cool and refreshing. As I was driving, I tasted, and Schoolteacher finished the cup for me. It’s our usual arrangement for wine tasting.
Over the next fifteen or twenty minutes, we all drank champagne, we all told stories and jokes and we all laughed a whole lot. It was a grand time. After we drank, we sat and hung out in the comfy patio furniture set up by the front winery/​house. They’ve got neat tables with succulent planters built right into the center of the things.
Their stuff is good, their people are nice, and I’ll most likely be back here again.

The only place to champagne taste in Los Olivos! Located behind Epiphany tasting room. A must try if you like the bubbly.
