I like the lomo saltado, and churrasco a la pobre and poor hamburger, but for a better value get the ¼ or ½ chicken with sides. I would prefer if the beans were refried. Delivery hours are too short and the people there don’t speak English well, but it’s good food and at a good price.

Everyone in front of the Counter speaks very good English and good enough to have good communication. They are excellent in service and have wide selection in Menu. What important to us are the quality of their food in flavor and freshness. You will see the juicy and moist chicken is being taken out from Grill and cutting them in pieces in front of you.(Not in El Guwapo — their chicken are DRY, their Chicken are coming from the back not able to see if your chicken is being thawed out from fridge or freezer and placed in Micro-wave Oven. They will not include the green and tan sauces not unless you asked for) — we had our lessons from El Guwapo several times and very disappointed finding out their bad services, that is why we keep getting our Peruvian Chicken from this Super Chicken ever since. I gave them 4 stars because they are not perfect). They serves good quantity and their prices are reasonable. Remember sometimes they need to increase their prices if Leases are high — depending on the locations. We are from Manassas, VA and an American and Filipino Families. Keep up the good job. Well Done and BRAAAAAAVO Super Chicken. Thanks from the Familia de Los Gringos y Filipinos

This place deserves 5 stars. Probably the best food in Manassas for your money, and one of the best restaurants over all. I almost always get the whole chicken with two sides for takeout which is around $ 16. Among their sides, the FRIEDRICE is an absolute STANDOUT. I’m not sure what it is about it, maybe the little shreds of chicken, but these guys could beat any Chinese restaurant in town at their own game when it comes to fried rice. Yucca is also very good. The chicken is also exceptionally juicy and flavorful.

I’ve had Lomo Saltado twice so far and it has been great both times. The green sauce was on the watery side and the white sauce was subpar but they complimented my dishes adequately. While waiting for my lomo saltado I spotted an employee bring out a plate full french fries and sliced up pieces of hot dog that looked very appealing. After asking two employees I was told in very broken English it was a dish called salchipapa — I did not see dish on the menu board. The online menu and the yellow menu board over the register does not contain does not contain all the dishes available. For the full list of food choices, one must pick up menu booklet on the left side of the front counter. However, the last time I attempted to call ahead for a pickup order the person answered the phone and told me to hold on for a second. She proceeded to ring up the customer and completely forgot about putting me on hold as I began hear her chit chat with coworkers for the next 4 minutes. I hung up and attempted to call back but the line was busy for five minutes because the landline was still off the hook. Suffice to say, service was not great. Update: Called a second time for another take out order. She put me on hold and forgot about me… again… I will not be ordering food from here anymore.

FINALLY, a Peruvian restaurant in Manassas that is actually of value. I have tried other nearby places with mostly«meh» results. I tried their tallarin saltado with beef, and it was perfect. Other places have gotten this wrong, but this was something I will order over and over again. The serving size is gigantic, and the pasta is tossed in adequate oils and sauce without being too saucy or too dry. The pieces of beef are good cuts, not fatty or indiscernible. My friend gets the classic chicken with yucca, and is always satisfied with the serving size and the way the meat is seasoned. I will definitely come here to satisfy my cravings and I recommend trying it even though looks might be deceiving as to the location.

Great chicken! probably the best well seasoned chicken in the area! The only bad thing is that their prices seem to keep increasing on a regular basis! To the owner: Keep your prices affordable and you will sell more!

The chicken itself is AMAZING however deduct a star for being out of coleslaw, deduct a star for serving ice cold mashed potatoes, and deduct a star for being unable to describe a menu item in English. «Hate» if you want but I was born, raised, and still live in America.

Yum! One of my favorite stops after working all day for a dinner that tastes homemade :) They also own KikiRiki and Yogi Cream(awesome frozen yogurt) in Woodbridge which is where I work. So lunch can be a real treat, too!

Greaattttt Peruvian chicken. My friend and I stopped by for take out and I am so happy that we did. We got two whole rotisserie chickens, two sides of yucca, one side of mixed white rice, and one side of salad. The food here was so unbelievably fresh, while being ready at the speed of lightening. With all of that food we ordered, we literally only waited for about 3 minutes. The rotisserie chicken came out fresh right out if the roasting oven and chopped before us. Flavors were all there without a doubt. Service was also great — all of the workers were very friendly and nice. Great experience here. Super solid 4 stars. Definitely above average.

Honestly the worst Peruvian meal I’ve ever had. Yuca was dried and hard, ribs were crystallized like they’d been frozen and nuked twelve times. The chicken was ok at best. They raved about the empanadas and the saltenas, yea… don’t waste your breath or your money! I wouldn’t go back if it were the last restaurant on earth. Oh wait… one redeeming quality, the brown rice which had a slight Asian flair, the best thing we ordered. Go figure!

Chicken is ok, price is ok, place had an adult cockroach roaming on the wall during lunch though, couldn’t finish the rest of the meal. Phở 234 which is right next door probably has a roach problem too. Guess we won’t be back in this area for a while.

We have had take-out chicken many times and they have always been great. The flavor has always been wonderful. Taking it home in the car, well, the delicious smells drive us crazy! Today, our daughter and family are visiting and requested the chicken, so we are getting two. I don’t know about any of their main courses. I will read reviews before I try them.

See my review of Sardi’s Pollo a la Brasa. This place is a virtual carbon copy. Seriously, I could cut and paste that review. But that would be wrong. So… Had a whole char-broiled chicken. Crisp smokey goodness on the outside, delicious juiciness within. The fries and cole slaw we had on the side were fine. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Enjoy.

Super Chicken is just that — Super! Super moist and super tender with crispy skin seasoned to perfection. This is not chicken for the neat freaks. This is chicken for the hands on, dig in and love it to end folks who don’t mind a bit of juice running down their hands and wrists. The yucca is tasty, and the sauces are flavorful. My one complaint is the same complaint I have with most places that have sauces — I always want more. The tiny little containers of green and yellow sauce are cute, but are not realistic for dipping. The sauces are thick enough that it is a pain to turn them over to pour over the meat and yucca.

I haven’t tried their food, yet. I wanted to comment re: the terrible experience I had with the order taker’s poor command of the English language. Besides repeating myself and correcting him, the entire process to order a salad and a wrap was frustrating and took too long. I wanted to drop the order several times during the call afraid my order, address, etc would be incorrect. I continued only because the reviews are good. Seriously businesses need to pit their best foot forward. In a predominately English speaking country please for the love of God put someone else on the phone. To top it off the person just seemed dumb — this has nothing to do with his language of birth — he just seemed like a dip shit. Fuck if you want my money make it EASY on me to give it to you. And don’t giver any shit about being accepting of others or understanding — I was nice as can be and still felt like this person wasn’t suited for his job. I’m venting here because this business needs to do a better job of they wants business. He didn’t even ask my room number. Don’t you train your employees!!! I’m that annoyed by it all. The food better rock. UPDATE: Over an hour later and no call or food! I’m going to bed now. Fuck you.

This review is not for the food; the food is now and has always been absolutely delicious. This review is for the delivery service I received today. Or, rather, lack thereof. I called in to order for delivery, having done so before knowing they have an order limit, and so was prepared with my full order ready to go. No sooner did I inform the young lady who picked up that I was calling to place an order for delivery did she snap back«sorry, but we’re not delivering right now». I asked her if they had a time-cutoff(some places don’t deliver after a certain hour or a certain time frame before they close) or if it was because today is a holiday(MLK Day, some places have different hours or offer different services on holidays). All I got was a half-assed«yeah, I don’t know…». Seriously. That’s what you’re going with? Not«I’m not sure, but let me find out for you.» Nor any explanation why their Unilocal page shows that they offer delivery, and there are several reviews here talking about how they got delivery and it was great. So update your pages or train your staff better, because that girl had an awful attitude.

This chicken is super. Better than average quality and value. I had the ½ rotisserie chicken with two sides for $ 7.95. I opted for the yucca fries and beans. It was a very big chicken, tasty and flavorful… cooked just right. It’s self-serve style with a small dining room but very clean. You order at the counter and they call your name. They have a small dining room but most everyone takes out. A professional and friendly staff. Lots of families eating in on this Sun for lunch. Decorated with several movie posters of… you guessed it… super chickens.
