When I lived in Hells Kitchen I visited this dry cleaner weekly. The prices are reasonable for the area. Most important, they have SAMEDAY delivery service which I did not find anywhere else. I would drop off my clothes on the way to work and they would be waiting with my doorman by the time I got home. Excellent service, reasonable prices. Also, the tailoring service here is good. Not the place to get some serious alterations done, but a simple hem here was perfect for me.

Before is begin I would like to say this is the closest place to my apartment and I go here because of that reason only. This place is definitely overpriced, I had a minor adjustment on a tuxedo jacket which they did not even fix properly and I was charged $ 60 bucks. They are also not good at answering the phone or keeping letting customers know if their work is done or not. Even though this place is the closest to my apartment, I do go to other cleaners in the neighborhood when I have time

–Absurdly overpriced $ 17 to get one suit dry cleaned –They say they deliver but never answer the phone… never(had to go to the store to ask them to deliver) –Cufflinks disappeared, although it was my fault they were left on a shirt, they made no attempt to find them Bottom line: there are much cheaper, higher quality options not more than a block away

These folks are very efficient and friendly. Prices are a little high otherwise I would dry clean more often. But for coats and getting stains out of suits they have been very good over the years. The best thing about them is the wonderful seamstress who does wonderful alterations very quickly. She’s altered many shirts and slacks of mine and have been very happy each time. They deliver too!

Service is great. Prices could be better, but you pay for what you get. This was closest cleaners next to my apt, and it was worth paying the extra amount. I’ve never had an issue with my clothes. One time, I had a coat dry cleaned and they fixed a rip I had on my sleeve for free. If I had a request, they fulfilled it. And they were kind enough to keep all my additional supplies there for me(sensitive skin detergent/detergent for dark clothes/special fabric softner/etc). You can definitely go somewhere else that’s cheaper. but will they do a great job? Who knows… I know that at Cleantopia, they were VERY consistent.

This is the absolute worst cleaners in New York. Go anywhere else but here! They will ruin your clothes and the wife of the owner is so rude and careless!

Extremely competent, friendly staff, and the nicest atmosphere of any laundromat I’ve seen in Hell’s Kitchen(clean, organized, well-lit).

I have used Cleantopia on 45th Street since the laundry on Ninth Avenue closed last summer. They do a good, reliable job on dress shirts and dry cleaning and the people who work there are helpful and friendly.

This place is awesome!!! Thats of course if you like throwing your money away. $ 19 for 13 pounds of laundry?! No I’m not joking. go to Omni Cleaners on 10th where its actually $ 1/lb, no strings attached. I called and they said it was $ 1.10 per pound. So how did my laundry cost this much you ask? Its $ 10.00 for the first 7 lbs THEN another 1.10 after that PLUS she charged me $ 2.00 to separate the laundry without telling me. Of course this information is not given to you until you get a receipt. Walk to 10th and save your $ 6 for a beer.
