This BDubs has been in decline for 2 years and they have finally bottomed out.
Save your money, go to Pluckers.
The service is terrible and the indifferent attitude by the management was shocking.
I will not return.

Guest love happy hour, if your table ask you what food is on your hh menu you should be able to tell them, and if you’re going to take ten minutes to come back to the table after they searched to find the answer you couldn’t give them to inform them hh is over you should honor their request. I applaud you on your effort to somehow manage to ring in another beer on my behalf before hh ended but I was drinking guiness which is a stout beer and one was plenty w/​o food. Other than that the ambiance was great, plenty of tvs, music was great, you tried so good job.

Everything was going ok watching some fights. The main event was about to start, the announcer was introducing the fighters when the staff changed the channel to basketball.
There were numerous tvs with basketball, the tv we were watching was the only one with the fights.
I asked if they could change it back, and the staff was arguing about it. I ended up leaving because the fight was over in the first round and we missed the main event.
The staff knew we were watching the fight, there was no reason to change the channel.
I mentioned it didn’t make sense to change the only tv with the fight, because we had requested it and had been there for several fights. The staff didn’t say much just that they tried.
Very unusual, most of the time the staff and manager are very nice and care about their customers.
Was disappointed; hope they correct this policy.

Waited 40 mins for order of 10 wings and still came out cold. Did i mention that this was on a tuesday at 6pm, wasnt busy like a weekend. This BWW location needs new management ASAP! This place gives all BWW a bad rep

I love BBW. This one you have to catch it at the right time. Love coming Wednesday’s, happy hour all day. The staff is friendly at the bar. Lunch time is probably the best time to come. They get pretty busy game time s. I love the BBW!

I couldnt rate no stars to post this but anyway, don’t come to this location if you’re craving wings. You won’t get sat at a table even if you are on the waiting list. Everyone who came in after my family were sat before us. But im. glad it happened, this place is filthy and we could tell the service would have been bad. So if you’re craving wings, go to wing stop, they are never a disappointment! Best place to spend quality time with my huge, growing family!

Sat on back Patio. People smoking, we moved to Far end to be away from them. Said no smoking on font door. Staff never seamed to do anything when another table lit up smokes as well ., beer was good food was ok. If the staff policed the smoking I’d go back, it won’t be anytime soon

This was the worst service I have ever had in my life! We had a group of 25 people from basketball, 11 basketball players and 14 adults. 5 of our players didn’t get their meals until everyone was done eating. Then at the end we all payed separately and nobody got their money or cards back unless you went to the front it was terrible! Do not go there at all it was not fun

Came for dinner on a Tuesday and the service was slow. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Our waiter was indifferent to us. He never checked to see if we needed anything and we had to request the basics like napkins, water, and the dipping sauce that is supposed to come with the wings. The food was just ok, not great at all. The place smells funky. Will not be back.

Overpriced, bad service. They micowave everything. The boneless chicken wings reminded me elementaty school cafeteria food.

This place is always dirty. The floors are dirty when you walk in. The dinning area floors are always dirty and they allow trash to stay on the floor and just walk over it. They won’t clean a table off after guests leave unless they have to. Tonight and the last time we were here we had to say something to the manager about how dirty the place is. This is my last time here. I can’t stand to look around and eat food here. If they are willing to serve their customers in a dirty environment, I can only image that the kitchen is a lot worse.

Came here for happy hour 6⁄23 it smells like wet rag.
Even the cups stink.
Our fried pickels were all stuck tougher.
Gross the smell is over bearing
We won’t be back

Folks, if you are looking for ok wings and a lot of TVs this place is fine — a 2 Star at best gloried fast food joint. Beers are great too. Other than that forget about it.
Went in today to watch the final round of the U.S. Open and ordered queso. I’m not expecting high end legit Mexican, but fresh chips and hot queso I didn’t think was too much to ask for. Their menu calls it «award winning»… What award? Crappiest cheese dip? So it comes out ice cold and watery, and I did what I never do — asked them to redo it… Out it comes again now delivered by manager who lists the excuses — power outage and broken MICROWAVES. Microwaves?! She confirms it — yes they use microwaves to heat everything in the restaurant!!! She turns and leaves before I’ve tasted the redo, and then I realize they just microwaved the same sh*t plate I just sent back!!!
Didn’t touch it, and explained to my waitress that it was disgusting and I didn’t touch it, but there it was on my bill at the end.
Beware.

Love this place always good environment! Come to meet friends and reconnect with family. Service is almost always good. I have to say that so that if they ever mess up its no biggie.

Local management has ruined a place that is typically pretty enjoyable. Absolute worst service at any BWW I have ever been to. The dining room is often dirty, and prepare to wait 25 minutes for a refill on your drink. This place deserves zero stars.

Ordered pick up from this place to watch the game tonight with friends. They said our order would be ready in fifteen minutes.
When I went to pick up the food it was ready for me to pick up. Everything in the order was correct and it was hassle free to pay. The service I received was great and extremely convenient got home before the game and was able to enjoy it with good food!

You will feel ignored for long periods of time. Waited for the check for at least 15 mins. This place has a ton of potential /​the servers just need to show a little sense of urgency, crack a smile and stay somewhat engaged.

I love BWW in general so I have gone back a few times but my experience has not improved. My dine-​in experiences have been 3 star: good food, crappy service but my take-​out experiences have been horrible, no-​star, I would never recommend take out here.
I got take-​out again last night. Called, ordered ahead: 8 wings, potato wedges, 4 ranch. When I arrived 15 min later, instead of reading me my order they told me the price which I knew wasn’t right (because I’m that much of a regular). 5 wings instead of 8 so instead of adding 3 wings they cancelled my whole order and resubmitted it, leaving me waiting double the time. Then one guy told me he would give me my ranch for free, which I have never been charged for anyway, for waiting. I ended up waiting on my potato wedges to finish which makes no sense because they had, in the meantime, cooked 2 orders of wings. Finally, they bring my order and there is no ranch.

I read the reviews and I was a bit skeptical about some of the reviews. Not until you’ve tried for yourself right? Well the previous reviews couldn’t have been more on point. I placed a pickup order in advance and still waited 20 more minutes beyond the 15 minute call ahead time to get my small order of 10 piece wings. To add injury to insult the place wasn’t busy at all.
Very disappointed with the service. However I have to give them a default star since the wings are good.
