I completely disagree with the previous post. I love this new location! Everyone is friendly and they are very welcoming. The restaurant is clean (which I definitely can’t say for many other locations), and they are very alive and talk to the customers rather than everyone just being very blah.

Just stay away. Most of the staff here are completely clueless. The staff doesn’t know how to properly pace out orders. I just got half my order, with double hash browns. One regular, one scattered well and both cold. No idea how I even got double hash browns. Cold eggs, burnt bacon and on top of that my kid’s order wasn’t even made. This is the second time in the past two months that I’ve had a bad experience here. I’m going back to my old Waffle House #1616 on 92 near Sandy Plains.
