Horrible customer service, I have given this restaurant years of business and they continue to disappoint. Recently went to place an order and pay over the phone… in which they required a picture of my drivers license to place on order??? Flemings never has that issue. Im done with this place! beware

Been here twice in the last five weeks. The food is very good. Just make sure to make reservations because the wait an be long.

Always a great place. For a chain, they turn out some pretty good food. I’ve had a lot of their items and we haven’t had many problems. The service is always friendly however they do tend to have a wait. Still worth a shot!

Disappointed with main hostess. We had a reservation and asked for one of 2 open booths. She refused our request, one of the booths remaining open during our entire meal and 5 being open when we left. So much for customer service. The food was not as good as I remember and it seemed slapped on the plate. It was a birthday as indicated on the reservation, but no one acknowledged or asked. Manager was no where to be found. Doubt we will be back.

Great seafood, salad, and soup, at a fair priced, served by a super friendly group of servers. What’s not to like. Came here with my GF the other day for a late lunch. We had the roasted red pepper soup, which was delicious, although a bit saltier than it had to be. My grilled cilantro lime shrimp salad was excellent and light — just what I wanted. Management here is very professional, and you can be sure that if you do have an issue with your meal, they will take care of it promptly & politely. One area in which Bonefish really shines is that they do have some good gluten free options for people like myself, with Celiac disease. This is very much appreciated, as is the very comfortable seating and nice décor.

This location is consistently spot on with their service and food. Their fish always taste fresh, great flavor combinations, and a great place for a date night or out with friends. Serving sizes are perfect. Highly suggest making reservations because there were many times that I came that I had to wait 20 plus minutes. If you have a group of 4 or more I would definitely make reservations. Parking can get crazy since it is adjacent to Fleming’s. Definitely worth stopping by.

Great food! The martinis are really excellent I had the apple and pear. Both were outstanding. The calamari as interesting and tasty as well as the oysters. The sea bass with mango salsa was excellent. I’d definitely return.

I’ve dined at several different Bonefish Grill’s across the country as they typically get it right for a chain restaurant. Certainly a far cry better than The Lob which is mediocre seafood at best. At least Bonefish doesn’t try to hide their food in breading & fry everything! In fact, there’s a reason why they call it Bonefish GRILL … As real seafood should be cooked. When visiting family in South Jersey we like to go here to get a good consistent meal in a upscale casual setting. This particular Bonefish is a bit smaller than most I’ve been in. So if you want a table, I’d suggest either using their online«Catch-a-table» or calling ahead otherwise you’ll probably wait at least 30 — 45 mins during peak dinner hours. Their bar area has high-top common tables that comfortably seat 8 –12. These are 1st come 1st serve if you wanna get some bang-bang shrimp or other appetizer & enjoy a beverage while you wait. If you don’t want the bang-bang(why?!) then try the ceviché or the Ahi tuna — you’ll be glad you did! We waited 25 mins on Thurs evening(8÷13÷15 @ 6:00 pm). Once seated, our server came over & offered us a preview of the daily specials and immediately took our drink orders — prompt, friendly service w/a smile thank you. Drinks were on the table in under 5 mins & we placed an app order for bang-bang shrimp & the ceviché. Our server was back in about 5 mins & entrée orders were placed. Apps arrived about 7 — 8 mins after ordering & were quickly consumed. Ceviché was fresh & contained bay scallops, small shrimp, a white fish, avocado, cilantro & seasoned chips. Delish but I’m not a big fan of the chips… these had a smoky, seasoned flavor — ehhh. Entrees were on the table about 20 mins after ordering. We had 2 Ahi tuna dinners, a lobster roll w/fries & the Day Boat Scallops special served w/corn risotto. Let’s start w/the lobster roll — wow! Nailed it & my son loved it. Meat(3 – 4 oz) overfilled the roll & had celery, mayo & lettuce. My grams had the Day Boat Scallops & they were perfectly prepared! Tender & juicy — most places tend to overcook them. These had a great natural flavor too. The Ahi tuna was decent — well, 1 of them was awesome but my wife’s cut was fatty & very chewy — some parts were literally inedible. But don’t despair — when our server checked in on us, we explained & showed her the issue. She immediately offered another order or to take it off our bill. We decided for the latter as wifey was feeling full after the apps & just enjoyed her Chardonnay. Overall, this particular restaurant exceeded our expectation of what a chain restaurant can offer for seafood! In general, I continue to dine at Bonefish when I travel as the food & service is very consistent. Try the daily specials as they’re constantly adding new items to keep things fresh & seasonal.

Very mediocre. Wife ordered the«Angler Steak» well done. Was arrived was a very flat piece of beef that had the consistency of shoe leather. Very tough and chewy. not a lot of flavor. I got the shrimp-scallops combo. wasn’t bad. but both entrees came with very skimpy portions of veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. Obvious portion control ordered handed down from corporate bosses at Bloomin’ Brands(they also run Outback). Got a slice of keylime pie for dessert. almost 6 bucks! Guess that’s where they make the money. But the place was mobbed. so go figure!

I have only been to this Bonefish location, I hope the others are similar. The space doesn’t feel as huge as Magianos, Bahama Breeze, etc. It feels more intimate. I don’t go that often, mainly because they are always busy, but whenever I have been to Bonefish the service has been excellent. Bonefish also has a smaller menu then the other chain/box restaurants. This is how they keep their quality high and get the food out pretty quickly. The serving sizes are just right for me too. All the seafood dishes we have had there have been very good. Bonefish does not give you a plate full of starches with their proteins. The beer and wine selection is also good. Bonefish does take reservations which is a good idea to make. Bonefish also has happy hour specials. Bonefish is at the top of the list for chain restaurants, especially because it does not feel like one.

Went here for an event to try many items paired with alcohol. Super awesome! The environment is awesome– they’re all pretty much the same but I love the décor. Dishes ranged from bang bang shrimp to oysters to terriyaki sea bass to lamb to a kobe burger to the fried donuts… Everything was delicious. The service was fantastic. The manager is very kind and helpful.

Solid establishment for a corporate place. Love how they offer spicy seafood options. Service has always been spot on and friendly. If you are in the area after watching a movie or before a movie this is a place I would go to.

I was dubious based on some of the reviews, but the service from our waitress and the candid recommendations really made it great. The Chilean seabass and the bang bang shrimp starter were cooked perfectly, along with the bread, which was really good. My wife had the ahi tuna along with a pineapple martini, which was exactly how the waitress described, which she loved.

My family and I came to this restaurant as a suggestion from the bartender who worked at the hotel we were staying at. The ambiance is very nice inside and it was extremely diverse. However we were unimpressed with the food, see below. 1) we ordered fried calamari which was chewy and came with an Asian style sweet sauce which we did not like. 2) we ordered a Hawaiian martini. It was extremely sweet… we did not taste any alcohol at all. 3) our waiter was OVERLY friendly if you know what I mean… 4) my husband ordered the most expensive steak on the menu which was suggested by our waiter… the quality of the steak was poor he was not impressed. My lobster tail broccoli and mashed potatoes were pretty good. My kids enjoyed there meals as well(Mac and cheese and fish sticks). All in all if we are ever in the area again I would not come back.

My first time visiting Bonefish Grill. Awesome service. The Hawaiian Martini, lamb chops, bang bang shrimp, and donuts were to die for. Great food and wine pairings. Manager Nick Lane and staff are very personable. Will be coming back again and again.

Went this past Saturday for another brunch meal. This time I ordered their French toast, it was really good, coated with some sweetness as its a «crème brûlée «flavored French toast. Although it was sweet, you can’t have french toast without some syrup. It wasn’t given to us as an option so we asked for some. Menu isn’t very big, kind of limited for their brunch but all the same it was another good meal.

If you are looking for great seafood at a great price Bone Fish Grill is the place to go. The happy hour drink specials are worth the trip alone. I had the trout with pan Asian sauce which is always fantastic. The bar area is extremely nice and sn enjoyable place to hang out with friends.

I typically do enjoy my experience here~ though it can be a hit or miss— the last time I visited was on a busy Saturday, I made a reservation beforehand so the wait wasn’t too bad. However, the quality of the food was lacking a little… Everything was slightly overcooked… Today our family decided to go during the brunch hr. Very slow at the restaurant compared to its usual dinner traffic. We got seated right away and our server was very friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. Food came promptly~ but the bread was as hard as a rock… We sent it back and when the new one came out, it was warmer n steamier, but still harder that any freshly baked bread… Well I guess that can be overlooked since it’s only bread~ Entrees were very good. Portions looked smaller possibly because it was lunch… anyway, my Caesar salad was yummy! i really appreciate a freshly cut salad :) you can definitely tell the difference between that and saladwork’s lol overall, it was a very relaxing brunch just like how any brunch should be~ though they had flaws, i really enjoyed my lazy sunday meal at Bonefish. i absolutely agree with some of the other diners and that they need to step up their game. it does seem like their quality has been declining recently, which is very disappointing. just an fyi~ right now they’re having the holiday promos on gift cards– purchase of $ 100, you get a bonus $ 20 to use in the month of january and feb 2015. so at least i will be returning with in the next 2 months lolol please don’t let the food get any worse lol or else i will have to resort to selling my giftcards on raise. lol
