I literally made a Unilocal account for the sole purpose of broadcasting how revolting this pizza place was. I was immediately validated by reading the other bad reviews on this site, 3.25 for a regular slice as of february2016… the pies in the show case had to of been sitting there for hours, if not from the day before, of amalgamated cheese(when the cheese forms a thick blob after being heated, cooled and reheated) had the audacity to put a burnt slice of pizza into the oven before giving me a slice of the fresher pie next to it. im also not keen on the person handling my food using his bare hands and long fingernails to touch my food will absolutely never return, and the décor is so dated as well…

The Sicilian. Not such a great slice of pizza; they heated up for 5 minutes and was still cold — bland across the board; the crust was crisp and still light but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this $ 3 slice any time soon.

Way too pricey and not fresh at all. $ 4 for a slice? Get over yourself. Owner also extremely rude

This pizza was okay. Not a good representation of what New York pizza should be. I have had better NY style pizza at other pizza places on the island and outside of New York State. Kind of over priced at $ 2.55 a slice and a small Pepsi for $ 2. At least the cups were compostable.

Revolting in every way. I’d driven by here a few times on road trips and was craving a slice of pizza. I should’ve turned around as soon as I walked in the door(and should’ve read the other 1-star reviews… d’oh!). I ordered a pepperoni slice and stupidly forked over $ 4(really? more than in Manhattan?). Had second thoughts a moment later and asked for my money back. Owner proceeded to give me a hard time, whining, «But I already put it in the oven!» He took the slice out of the oven with his bare hands and I noticed the accumulation of dirt under his long fingernails. YUCK! Walked out $ 4 poorer and no longer hungry.

In summary, the pizza is bland and boring, and very expensive for what you get. The place was dark and dead during peak lunch hour. The heat was obviously not turned on during a cold winter day, which was ridiculous, and a bad sign. Would rather starve for another hour and get real food instead of eating at this place. Thumbs down, all the way down.

I went there once & ordered 3 slices. There was a piece on the counter that looked like it could be cut into 3 slices but definitely was not a half a pie. The man working there who I believe to be the owner put the piece in the oven to heat it up. After that a woman walked in & ordered 1 slice. He asked me «Could you wait 10 minutes for a fresh pie coming out of the oven?», so he could serve her. Normally I would wait but this day I was busy & in a bit of a rush. When I told him I was in a rush & that those slices would be fine the owner made a disgruntled face. He rang me up for 3 slices. When the pizza came out of the oven he cut the slices so that it looked like 3 ½ slices. Needless to say, He put the 2 ½ in my box & gave her the 3rd. It was so unprofessional & cheap I couldn’t believe it. I was going to say something but I was so flabbergasted I just took my pizza & swore never to go there again.

I ordered a couple of slices to go… They were ok at best… I asked for some parmesan cheese… I was told…“no cheese… spices are over there.” I said«No cheese… I’ve never heard of that… the guy behind the counter told me «there’s a first time for everything» I told him«And a last time for everything as well… apparently!» Come here if you want ok pizza with an abundance of attitude!

You would need to be pretty desperate to stop here. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Extremely overpriced, and dry tasteless pizza and calzones. I was the only one in the place at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Phone didn’t ring either, big surprise. Maybe it’s a front for something else? Just keep driving and starve to death, you’ll be better off.
