Good food. Had the jalapeño chicken and crawfish. Recommend the fire mouth. Gumbo was great too. Had a new girl that was a little forgetful but otherwise all good.

2nd time in for lunch, 2nd5-star rating. The gumbo and fresh grilled oysters were outstanding. Baylee gave us great service. Highly recommended.

Awesome food. We mostly come during crawfish season. We love it extra spicy! Oysters on the half shell are huge and great. Other times of the year their menu seems to be way to much fried food. Still a very nice change of venue. Very good service at the bar tops. Wish we had one in DENISON Jeff!

Arrived around 3.30PM on Good Friday. Hostess didn’t ask if we wanted a table or booth. She stuck us over at a table by the restrooms in an almost empty restaurant in a not very friendly way. The server was friendly, fast and attentive… food was good, served hot and right. Drinks, appetizer and meal for around $ 45.00 tip included not too bad for dinner out.

I always wanted to go here. I think the Unilocal rating of 3 is pretty accurate, not too great but not bad at all, just average. Service was nice, the manager and waitress checked on us not too often that it was overbearing, but just the right amount. Food came out hot, I got the seafood platter and they split it into two portions(one for me and one for my brother). Loved the crawfish! There wasn’t much shrimp, we both had 2 each so that’s a total of 4 for the basket. Catfish is huge and hot, but there was no flavor to it. Wouldn’t mind coming back, such a cozy place.

Always great! Service, food, and drinks — excellent. Weve been here about 20 times since they opened this location. In and out within an hour. Couldn’t ask for more.

First I like to state that I go to Razoos often. Alternate between the Dallas/Richardson and Mckinney locations and I mostly sit at the bar and eat. However this Friday Night I had family in town, party of 5, and arrived around 7:30pm. Was told the wait would be an hour. There was probably 6 people waiting in the halls so it was hard to imagine an hour wait, so we waited. Here’s my issue, while waiting, I saw at least 4 or 5 parties of 4 come in and get seated immediately, while we waited for 35 to 45 minutes. I thought this was odd. Additionally a party of four arrived immediately after us and I overheard the woman say«a 20 minute wait seems long for the number of people waiting». Why was her party told 20 minutes waiting, and a minute earlier we were told an hour wait? Maybe all was in my head so I decided not to engage the manager and destroy the mode of my group. I’ll just chalk this up as a bad beginning and keep my eyes open when I return. The food was very good and service was slightly below average.

One of the best places to eat around Plano. Talk about THE best country fried steak OR chicken!!! They are both awesome. Ribs are delicious! Highly recommended.

Had a Good time breaking bread with new friends. We’re new in town and chose Razzoo’s since we’re familiar with it in Houston. The food this night was ok. We shared the crawfish fondue to start. I chose the fried catfish platter and I shared the Gator Punch Bowl with my fiancé. We weren’t able to finish the fishbowl but it was tasty. Our waiter was nice and and very friendly. Overall we had a great time.

We had 6lbs of yummy crawfish!(for a party of 4 of course!) good seasoning good size of crawfish. Also we had combo fried basket and Cajun chicken both were fresh and hot and delicious! One thing though, Im not really a big fan of Frozen Hurricane, taste like frozen pineapple concentrate which overly sweet and almost ruin my tastebuds. Not for me! Service was good. The atmosphere is great! Fun for all ages! we will definitely come back :)

Gross. Gross. Gross. Overpriced and sugary, syrupy cocktails. There were very few options without pork. We don’t eat pork. It doesn’t have to be in EVERYTHING on the menu. Also, it was storming out so the staff kept running outside to look at the sky and tell us they«couldn’t believe people go out to eat in this weather». Seriously? It took FOREVER to get our check bc they were all outside playing David Frinfrock. No mas.

Stopped in for lunch with the hubs amid some errands. We were there early and it was pretty empty. Service was friendly and attentive. It’s a casual atmosphere with a loud and busy menu. We started with fried pickles which were slices and came out piping hot and delicious. The meal portions were huge and neither of us finished it all. Hubs had the fried shrimp platter and I went for the shrimp n brochette. Mine came with 8 large shrimp over a large bed of dirty rice and a side of black eyed peas. It was very flavorful and filling! Great spot to grab cajun seafood. Casual and busy enough for kids to fit in easily without being disruptive. Looks like they also have a good bar area and plenty of TV’s.

Chili’s like environment. My buddy likes the drinks so we gave it a go. Kid friendly… the girls got something to play with. The food was okay. I tend not to eat catfish but decided I’d break this once because I wanted to play it safe… hard to get fried fish wrong. I has the fried fish with fries, hush puppies, red beans and rice and a side of this creamy jalapeño sauce I saw on another dish. I also ordered a hurricane cocktail. Those were really good hush puppies. All in all it was an okay meal. They do have HH… averaging $ 4 drinks I think.

Our server did her best and almost made up for the bad food. She was probably one of the best servers I have ever had. The food was bland and mushy. We had the mixed platter(not sure of the name, but it’s supposedly a taste of everything). The etoufee was slimy, not fresh. The frozen crawfish tails had a rancid taste, and the shrimp had some slick goo that smelled rotten. Even the soda was off, we had to order something else. Not again. We both have been sick– literally– and it’s nearly a full day since we ingested that mess. On a positive note, the french fries were good. And the ketchup. And the waitress. *would write more but now it’s time to purge, again*

Been to this place before, and it was very good. Today decided to come again. Before walked in, noticed the hostess stood outside of the restaurant from the parking lot. Um not a good sign, the place not busy. Walked in around 12 something and we were the first table, thinking«is it suppose lunch time?». After we sat down, couple more people came in. Tried the fried alligator appetizer, Cajun combo skillet. Everything looked ok but just not the same. The fried alligator appetizer was kind of salty, and same as Cajun combo. The service was good. Will come back to try again. One last thing, the watermelon lemonade was very refreshing.

I came in to get a to go order, the female bar maid wasn’t very nice. We kept trying to get her attention so we could order drinks while we waited but ignored us. She didn’t have any customer service skills. She waited on every other customer but us. And not trying to put race in the mix but we were the only black couple at the bar.

Yea this location is by far the worst I’ve been to! The hostess and manager need a wake up call!!! We went last night expecting it to be busy hey it’s Mardi Gras! But we never anticipated waiting for over an hour and forty five minutes not to mention being lied to by the unapologetic hostesses! We put our names in for an eight top table and they said it would take a bit so yes I understand that. The hostess said that we were next for the table behind the hostess stand. Ok so when that table leaves we expected we were next WRONG! They seated that table and then she said that they had been calling us over the PA. BS!!! We were waiting in the front entrance and no one ever called then she lied again and said that they called our friend’s cell phone! Yea right I don’t think so! The manager finally showed up and apologized and seated us right away. The only reason this place isn’t getting one star is our waitress was actually very good! The food was what you’d expect but yea this place lost my vote when instead of owning up to your mistake you flat out lie to me! This equals extremely bad customer service!

Yummy Cajun! My best friend and her family took me here on my visit. Her boyfriend and I share a love of Cajun food. He suggested the Cajun combo skillet as that is what he usually orders. Since I couldn’t decide and it seemed to have a little of everything, I ordered it. It had Cajun grilled Andouille sausage, shrimp creole, etoufee, and red beans n rice. Everything was wonderful. It was too much food to finish in one meal so I took the leftovers home. The next morning I had an awesome Cajun breakfast and everything still tasted great.
