Horrible experience!!! Took an hour to get our food. When our food finally arrived, the kid’s food was cold. Manager came by twice to apologize, but never offered us a discount for our extended wait. This place is ridiculous!

Best damn barbecue on the planet. Service was tag team but thank God for Kristen. Goes 10 x the extra mile. Food is better than Memphis and I worked in Arkansas. Perfect place for real food and real people. What a way to end a vacation. Booze is 2 for one all day and food quality is off the hook. Will come back next year. All the best!

Outback is such a tried and true place and I have found it’s more tried and true down South than in the Northeast. I had a delicious Porterhouse Pork steak which was done to perfection. I asked for no extra seasoning as I’m pretty salt sensitive. WOW, even without added seasoning it was a great and a very tasty piece of meat. I had steamed broccoli with no seasoning and a wedge salad which was quite large. We started our dinner with the peppered tuna appetizer, yowza, it was great and the large portion was enough for 3 of us to share. My husband had a 9 oz sirloin steak that was done beautifully. He loved it and ate every drop. My mom had her favorite, rack of lamb with mint jelly. The lamb was nice and meaty and not fatty. Lamb is a more fatty meat but her meal was excellent. She also had a sweet potato that again was nice and hot and cooked to perfection. But hold your hat… let’s not forget the Thunder Down Under to top off our great meal! This is by far our favorite dessert. A rich brownie with nuts topped with a scoop(or two) of vanilla ice cream with luscious hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts. OMG it was amazing and the 3 of us shared it and still could not finish it. Our waitress Raven was so polite and accommodating and really made our visit most enjoyable. When we next visit in the Cocoa Beach area we’ll make this another repeat performance.

Had one of the best Outback meals I’ve ever had. Went mid-afternoon and was seated promptly. I asked for my steak Pittsburgh style, extra-rare and it was perfect! Food arrived hot and delicious.

It’s our go-to place for easy dining and steak. Went on Sat before Valentine’s and it was packed. However, they were like clockwork. Hostess was fabulous — professional and friendly under pressure. Hubby had the hand carved roasted sirloin and I had the outback sirloin — both were yummy. Cooked to order perfectly. Our server was personable and lovely. Just a good experience overall.

Large party of 12 — hard to get all the service with only 1 watriss but the steaks were very good, tilapia not so much.

Stopped by for Happy Hour before a movie. The staff is really friendly. The remodel looks great. However, my crab tower was just OK. Not sure if I’ll give this restaurant another try, my dish should have been simple to create and easy to maintain a high standard of quality which wasn’t just wasn’t there. It tasted like it was made loooooong before it hit the table.

It’s a corporate restaurant chain doing what they do — feed the masses. I have to admit the last time we were there it was about 5 or 6 years ago. It hasn’t changed. They met every expectation, nothing more, nothing less. Wait staff was attentive and polite. Place was clean. Atmosphere exactly like every other Outback… Food was exactly what you’d expect — good, fatty, salty fill you up food. Salad and bread were tasty. Bonus today was mention the Outback bowl and get a free blooming onion(the only reason we go it was it was free, otherwise we never get it because it too greasy). We went to spend time as a family eating together — we accomplished that without breaking the bank!

Stay away! Stay far far away! It’s rare my Mom and her two children get to go out to eat but this was one of those times so I thought we’d use my gift cards I had. Please take note this was the only reason I was going to Outback because they are as over rated as Olive Garden. Visit started well until the cold cup of coffee came out. Salads and soup took 20 minutes after ordering and then when dinner did come one item was wrong. I understand mistakes get made but it’s how you correct those mistakes that makes or breaks the visit. Well this one broke. While the other two finished their meals the replacement meal still had not arrived. In short, after getting the manager involved, he made an adjustment to the bill. All he did was take off the meal we never got! After stating to him«this is your idea of an adjustment» he did decide to do the right thing and pick up the entire tab. Great idea on his part because not one of those gift cards were coming out of my wallet anyway. Food service in general these days is so poor. From this point forward I will certainly make my dining experiences an event and spend the extra money to enjoy a gourmet meal at Austins Chophouse in Vierra.

Consistently outstanding food & service. We’ve been here numerous times over the years and since John became the owner, it’s been a wonderful place to go. We routinely get the NY Strip done over the woodfire grill. The steaks never disappoint — the last time, it was literally fork-tender. Can’t beat the service — very friendly & courteous. The servers have always gone out of their way to make sure our experience and food are both great. Had one tough steak quite a while back — no big deal. It was replaced very quickly & John and Bill both apologized profusely even though it wasn’t necessary since this was the exception and not the rule. We generally order the cheese fries as an appetizer — YEAH! Want to try something a little different & really good? Get a cup of Bloomin’ Onion sauce to dip your fries in.

This place I consider it to be like any other great restaurants quality and service like Applebee’s and Longhorn. However this is the second time I visit for that Filet, and this time with endless shrimp. The Filet is the most exquisite steak I’ve ever had, and might not want to try anything else, it melts in your mouth and the seasoning is just perfect for flavor and not overdone. The restaurant is clean, again nothing special here, just like any other restaurant.

Terrible, awful. Hadn’t been there in a year and it’s still terrible. Just left there for early dinner, our salads were brown, baked potatoes under cooked, ribeye was over cooked, ribs over cooked, chicken very small. Service was poor also. We won’t be back

Had dinner here with my family for my mother’s birthday party. We didnt tell them it was her birthday so I couldn’t comment on how they help you celebrate. I thought the food was great. Not excellent, great though. The restaurant is always clean and organized. The food is always great. The service is always good. A great go to restaurant for special events and for a good steak.

I’m waiting for my fillet to be cooked. Arrived well done and tough and dry. This place is jammed and I’m not sure why??? Food is fair, filet being that overdone unacceptable! House salad is the best around!

Typical Outback food. Blooming onion was a bit greasy. Porter house was filling and bread was good. The reason for the 4 stars is the manager on duty helped an elderly man at the next table. The gentleman ate all his food and when the server-Angel came by, he asked is the steak normally that bland. He wasn’t complaining but just asking a question. The manager came over and talked to him and apologized and didn’t charge him. I thought it was great customer service.

Was really looking forward to a Togo from outback, haven’t been to this one in a while, was disappointed last time we went, so thought I’d give it a try! Nasty is the only word I can use to describe it, first we waited 25Minutes over our pickup time at curbside, quesadilla looked like a soppy crêpe, orange marmalade was conveniently forgotten for the coconut shrimp, Cesar salad was warm and bread looked like a flat old shoe. What a waste of time, $ 31 plus tip in the garbage.

I’ve been here many times. This location is hit & miss. Some nights it’s awesome, you have a great server and life is good. On others, it’s not as good. In the end, it’s just your average Outback which is not necessarily a bad thing. If you’re not familiar with the chain, here are some dependable food recommendations: Alice Springs Chicken, Blooming Onion appetizer, Jack Chips and the affordable, trusty Outback Special. With the salad and bread, a couple who isn’t very hungry could get by with an app and a meal.
