Red Lobster

After some convincing, my spouse finally said yes to the red lobster. We were seated quickly to my suprise. We were greated by Nicole who was lovely. However, when we ordered drinks is where our main issue started to unveil itself. The drinks took a very long time. We received our appetizers and I took that opportunity to order my food and one more round drinks. We were empty. We were served salad and the meal came. The food was mediocre and a little bland. My spouse ordered the stuffed flounder and it was bland and a little warm not quite cold. We finished our food and then our drinks finally came. When I asked what was the problem with delivering the drinks after we ate and was told it was a graduation and the bar was backed up. I didnt see that many people in the restaurant to hold up a draft beer. There are alot of seafood. restaurants on the area and was hoping for a better experience with a known name. I think asking for a manager would have been appropriate in this matter, but I’m not sure how you can fix the slow bar and bland food.

Standard RL food you can get anywhere. It’s fine when you’re landlocked in the Midwest but we live by PORT CANAVERAL! Freshest seafood possible and these guys serve the standard frozen crap. For what they charge, go to the Port and eat REAL fresh seafood prepared from the morning delivery… not refrigeration truck delivery… boat from ocean delivery. I only order alcohol and dessert when my in-​laws (who are fairly cheap and only eat where they have a coupon for) insist on going there for «seafood». I am still trying to figure out why we have a RL 15 minutes away from real seafood??? The reason for the extra star is that their service and cleanliness of the restaurant are very good. But if I want nice people and a clean place to eat I can stay home ;0)

Just ok, standard Red Lobster food, can cost too much. Last choice

My mother-​in-​law likes going to Red Lobster, but I just don’t get it. I have consistently been disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. If I wasn’t forced to eat there because of her I would never step foot in there again. Everything is overcooked, flavorless, and the portions are smalll considering the price. The scallops are a joke, stuffed flounder so bad my dog refused to eat it, the fettuccine alfredo shrimp made me sick. The biscuits are the only thing that I have been served there worth eating. Gross!

Went to Red Lobster today I always love the food n service. Today the food is over priced small portions way to expensive not going back to that one again. Even the biscuits were not that good. Our server well didn’t bring the. Butter out w baked potato had to constantly ask for something way to many trips back n forth to kitchen to get little stuff like lemons, napkins biscuits etc. I recommend not going to this one again they change the menu when they do that prices go up. Do they realize that when prices go up people won’t b able to eat out. And my son got the crab legs from child’s menu he got more than what my husband got on regular menu how’s that possible. I would not go to this place ever again.

We visited Red Lobster in Merritt Island this evening to check out their Crab Feast. Everyone in our party of four gave the menu a thumbs up. Our waitress was excellent!

Very good food and very nice people it was a great dinner with my family .can’t wait to go back for more seafood mmmm.

We celebrated our anniversary here. The gave us a free brownie with ice cream. I had lobster bake. Delicious. Husband said the steak was too chewy. Breanna was our waitress and she was very sweet and attentive. I had a blood Mary and it was perfect.

Everything about our visit was exception from the ‘beyond the call of duty’ service for this vegetarian diner, to the amazing food. Special thanks to Rachel for her help. This was a delightful find for us, never before having been to a Red Lobster, and we will seek the out in future

SInce I love seafood so much and learning that Red Lobster had changed ownership, I though I would try it one more time. Boy was I disappointed. Paid over $ 46 for lunch for myself and my wife and we left feeling cheated. I bought the «Sailor’s Platter» and it was very evident they were cutting back portions. Even the salad was reduced in size. On top of that, it wasn’t very tasty.
Overall, I didn’t enjoy the meal. I felt cheated due to the high prices and reduced portions. I’d be OK with paying more for more but I paid more for less. I can’t recommend this place and for my meal during this visit, it was much less than I expected.
I won’t be back…

This place makes red lobster look bad.
Placed a pick up order. Got home and things were missing. If you can take a order write it down and put it in a box, I don’t know what you can do? Hire people who can work an automated system…

one of my favorite place to go with my children, very clean, efficient service waiter, good quality for the price. Sometimes the lobster need to be more cooked.

I love this place every time we go, especially if Nam is our server. I have a very specific request and she remembers it down to the smallest detail every time. She is patient with my small children and tends to our needs before we even have to ask. Of course we love the food as well, always the right temp and portion sizes. We have never encountered a dirty waiting or seating area and the bathrooms are always clean. Even on busy nights we don’t have to wait long for a booth.

I’ve been to this Red Lobster many-​a-​time over the years and have seen the good with the bad — lately the Merritt Island Red Lobster is all about good…
This past Saturday my wife and I decided to try the place — it’s been a while and we decided to see how it has changed — overall we were pleased.
She had the Admiral’s Feast, which she tells me tasted as good as ever. I had the Blackened Salmon with Pico de Gallo and it was delicious. They still serve the cheddar biscuits, and they still serve fresh salads — their Caesar is the same as always (good), but their house salad is better than before. Dessert time we both tried our own Chocolate Lave Cookie — it was heavenly.
My only complaint is the service — our waitress was good, but she seemed a bit distracted — not sure why. (I remember it being hit-​or-​miss with this place, and apparently that hasn’t changed.)
On a side note: Looks like things are improving in the county since the line for tables stretched out the door — so go early or go late…

Best cheesey biscuits in town! I ordered the fish & chips lunch portion and couldnt believe how big the fish was! My boyfriend said his BBQ chicken sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwichs he’s ever had!

My new favorite spot on Merritt Island!

Stuffed mushrooms are the very best! Would have loved to have been able to order via email for pickup!!! Why not try it, RL?
