Señor Frog’s is what it is… The same company that owns Señor Frog’s(Grupo Anderson’s) also has Carlos and Charlie’s and a few other chains. Carlos/Charlie’s and Señor Frogs are located in a few larger touristy vacation towns in the US and Caribbean and feature loud music, bright and tacky décor, mediocre food and service, generously poured drinks and drinking games. Come here with that in mind and expect no more/no less, and you’ll be fine. 2 of us came here for dinner on a Saturday, we shared the guacamole app, I had the chicken mania sampler and my dining companion ordered the New York steak with fries. We both had a soft drink as we’d be drinking at another nearby establishment later. The food was good, not great, definitely not memorable. Along with the included automatic 18% gratuity, the bill came to $ 100.02. During our meal a photographer came along and stuck sombreros on our heads and snapped a few photos. Before we’d finished our meals he returned with one of those pictures printed and framed in a tacky-ass ceramic Señor Frog’s Miami frame, claiming that these framed photos were normally $ 40, but he’d give us ours for $ 20. I didn’t buy it, my partner did so now I have a lovely keepsake of this day on my shelf at home. Joy. According to the local press, Señor Frog’s features a drag brunch on Sundays with full open bar, but the pricing and information listed on their website as of the time I’m posting this review is confusing, and isn’t clear as to the seating times, pricing and other details.

Worst food ever and overpriced for what? blahhhh 2 appetizers and 2 entrée’s and water for $ 95.00 what a blower on a sunday no activities just videos playing in the background. Never again… Although I had a great time in the one in S. C…This one was a huge disappointment.

There are so many better places in Miami. Don’t get stuck doing a package deal… They are a rip odd. We could only order bud light or presidente as the beer selection, well drinks, etc. the Stage performance/entrrtainment was just very touristy.

Very disappointing! Food is sub par and the drinks were almost all ice. Very expensive considering what you get. Go to another place if you can. We weren’t sure where to go after just flying in and it was a big mistake.

Crap!!! Food is plain and expensive at the same time, place is visibly dirty and the music is extremely loud and unrecognizable, I wouldn’t come back even if the food was free,

I was wondering around the streets when a Señor frogd golf cart stopped in front of me. The driver beckoned me to get on but I was hesitant. I ended up following the golf cart to Señor frogs though. As it was the middle of the afternoon, it was pretty empty. We had a frozen Margarita in a tall plastic cup which was a yard long. They have lots of fun cups here. The bartender did a good job with the drinks, it was pretty strong! There is also a small store where you can buy Señor frogs apparel. I often associate Señor frogs with college spring break parties, but it was pretty fun on a quiet afternoon!

We visited here twice while on vacation in MIami. On Friday night the party was to much fun. The DJ and the staff engages the whole venue to participate in games and free shots. There was a conga line with shoots at the end, glow in the dark flip cup and tons of other things. On Sunday we visited for Drag me to Brunch which was the best we have ever been to at a venue. The price was $ 40 per person which included unlimited liquor and one entrée. The table was set up with a bottle of champagne on ice and glasses. The food was ok but the drinks were amazing. I have never been to a place that gives you unlimited champagne and lets you pour it We definitely need a place like this in VA.

By far the worst experience on my honeymoon. I was excited to show my husband the amazing«Senior frogs». I’ve been to the one in Orlando a few times on other vacations. We showed up and were seated immediately. However that was the ONLY nice/prompt/professional interaction we received during our 2 hr and 15 min stay. It took over 20 mins for a waiter to talk to us and even then we were rushed and not even properly told the daily specials. I had to drag it out of this guy. It took an additional 25 mins for our drinks and yet during the entire meal we never received the original request for water. During the time of waiting to even order our food(50 mins from the time we were seated) we watched as ppl would come and be steated and then get up and leave. I had faith that our experience would be worth the inconvenience. After we had been there for nearly an hour our actual waiter(the one assigned our area not the guy we guilted into serving us) showed up and asked if we were OK?! My husband asked are you the server for this table BC we got someone else to do the job. And he responded yes and asked who took his table. We then advised him that we’ve been sitting here for 50 mins to an hour now and this is the first he’s came to our table and that we were happy with our server. We were almost half way done with our 22 oz by the time the waiter came for our food order. Once again we asked for waters during this interaction. From this moment our food took nearly the normal time it would to be served. However once we received our food we still never saw our waiter nor our waters. After we finished our meals. We continued to sit and wait for a check… We grabbed the attention of another server to track down our waiter for our check. What infuriated me was the check had 18% gratuities included more than $ 11 tip for the worst service I have ever had! Ive been a waitress for several years and I have never seen such awful customer service.

Made a stop last night(Sunday)as i had bought a Groupon while on our visit to Miami(im a frugal traveler :)). Upon arrival we were seated immediately … However our server took at least 10 mins to greet us… we even asked our hostess for our server twice… When she finally came to take our order… she was friendly but never apologized for having us wait. We ordered and the food was ready in a great time. We had a ceasar salad… a 6 piece wing order and a quesadilla. Everything was tasty. Fresh n portions were right . The environment was very live and they had good music playing. For drinks we ordered the Rum Runner and the Frogasm 20ounce … Very strong but tasty … One thing to note is that they do add gratuity to every order. So pay attention. Overall… this place was fun and food was good. My only reason for giving them a 3 star rating is because they made us wait to be serviced.

Señor Frog’s was exactly what you’d expect it to be — a Miami Beach hot spot with pricey drinks and a big party! It was a very fun spot to visit, but I wouldn’t go regularly if I was a Miami resident. The food, again, was exactly what you’d expect — nothing to write home about. I certainly would not seek this place out for their food; a lot of it seemed to be reheated frozen food. But drinks were awesome! The frog punch was my favorite drink — refreshing, frozen and fruity. Not super strong though. We were here for Cinco De Mayo — so I’m not sure how they are on a regular day, but the party was happening! We arrived at about 6PM and by the time we left, there was karaōke, disco lights, and free shots for the entire restaurant! Our server, Toto, was extremely friendly and patient. We had a 10-person party and he helped everyone order and took ten different cards to pay for our bill on the back end. Good service! Overall, great to visit once if you’re in town, for the experience.

Came here on a Monday afternoon after stumbling down Collins Avenue during my stay in Miami for my birthday weekend. Been wanting to check out the chain for sometime and figured while in Miami would be the best time as any. Upon entering me greeted and Almost immediately seated. Our server was extremely nice and VERY attentive. She was very patient in helping us select the right drink for our tastes and even suggested drinks that she believed would be worth the try. The place is huge and decked out with statues, a stage, a huge bar & an area for you to purchase memorabilia. My friend and I ordered the two for one $ 28 refill cup. I started off with the Frog’s Punch, which was a citrusy, tart drink that went down easy. For my second drink I had the Mother Frogger which was a little stronger because of the tequila & possessed a kick! Overall the drinks were good and served its purpose. We ordered sliders off of the starters menu, which is composed of three juicy angus beef sliders with cheddar jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and came with a side of fries. The food wasn’t necessarily the highlight of my experience, I would have to go back and try something else outside of the starters to give a fair review on the meal, my review is based upon the drinks and the overall service; which was nothing short of great! Señor Frogs is definitely worth a try while visiting Miami Beach. P. S. upon requesting the check our server came out singing and shaking a tambourine along with a few other servers in celebration for my birthday. I was given a slice of white cake with white frosting with sprinkles, along with a shot! It was the highlight of the visit(not to mention the cake was tasty), it was nice to see that she listened and and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time at the chain and certainly shows that she took interest in her guests experience.

So, this spot used to be Jerry’s Deli and it was really suited for a place like that. Señor Frogs. meh, too big and too open of a venue. I loved going to Señor Frogs back in the day when they were located more south on Collins. It was different rooms and way more intimate. I also went at the worst time during Spring Break, but only as we had a Groupon for lunch for 4 people. One cool thing was we got balloon animals as hats. Was funny! I can’t really complain that much as the food was not bad and the service was great. Their computer system went down when we were about to pay so we got a round on the house as we waited. Cheers!

Lively place, inattentive service. Came in here on a Monday night and it was poppin’. The bouncer at the front door wasn’t paying attention, so after waiting for a bit, I just walked in. Seconds later he chased me down like I broke the law… I went to the bar and leaned over, hoping to order a drink. After waiting 10 minutes and even making eye contact with the bartender, he, nor anyone else acknowledged me. Seriously? Was this a game? It wasn’t very busy at the bar either, so no excuses. I walked right out after getting nothing. The only reason I didn’t give this place 1-star was that other patrons appeared to be having fun, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I think I am about 20 years too old for this place, and I’m 37. I can’t think of a time where this would be a fun spot to hang. Hard materials make for a very loud venue, the screens are big and blaring, the music(none of which I recognized) was loud and pulsing. I can’t figure out the balloon animals. Anyone that is the right age for a balloon animal is the wrong age for Señor Frogs. And $ 20 – 60 drinks? Get over yourself.

This place is god awful. The breakfast burrito was ok. I didn’t even stay to have a drink or dessert. The waitress only seemed to care about us getting our check, even though the place was empty. Everyone else was careless and paid us no mind. Almost felt that it was intentional, but obviously it’s just bad management. I regret giving them time I can’t get back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I never write reviews, but this one is necessary. This has been my WORST restaurant experience ever and I do NOT recommend this place. It all started when we entered the restaurant and it took 10WHOLE minutes for any waiter to approach us. In addition, when the waiter brought our water, he proceeded to accidentally spill one entire glass of ice cold water on my friend’s back. WTH? The manager came over to our table, but did not acknowledge the incident. She didn’t apologize or even mention the incident. INSTEAD, she handed us shots of WATEREDDOWN God-knows-what. I took one sip, and discarded that garbage. That happened. Let’s talk about the frozen food they serve here. I do NOT recommend the slider burgers. The fries were decent. The cheese sticks tasted like wax. I didn’t try anything else. There was alot going on at the restaurant including super loud music, a live band, and a POPCORN fight(I found popcorn in my purse days later). Did I mention the place was practically empty? We only came here because of groupon, but do me a favor and save your coins. Save them! Not worth it. It you are looking to get drunk or are already drunk, then come here, but this is an embarrassment of an establishment. Management needs to re-evaluate this place.

Quick Background about me: 9 years in the hospitality industry(from dishwasher, server, manager, you name it!). Have worked as a personal chef. Traveled extensively through Europe, lived in Africa and South America, Now the U.S. I find myself a foodie, eat out almost every night with friends, and pretty decent at wine… Review: came in with my boyfriend for a quick meal before the cinema. I hate touristy traps like this but I actually went to Mexico and went to one of these and it was quick, simple, and not too $$$. The food was decent and my boyfriend got this giant fajita dish and it was actually really delicious. The server did take a good 5 – 7 minutes to greet us, which I actually understood because they kept calling him on stage to like do songs/dances whatever. Maybe a little understaffed? But when he did come, he was super friendly super kind, and got the order and drinks right. My complaint: why no complimentary chips and salsa? Wah I hate corporate rules. Also, it’s super loud. I know you can’t help it but holy moly it’s LOUD. I may be back.

They get a star for the atmosphere. Its a great place to visit if you’re in the party mood. There is live music, shot girls coming around, and a red carpet where you can dress up with their props for pictures. All which add to the components that make for a great night out. Thats where my love ends sadly. My food was SO salty, but my waitress and management did everything they could to rectify the situation.* adds star*I wouldn’t come here for the food but I’d come here to pregame for a night out on the beach. Tip: Prior to coming check their website for coupons!

This was my first trip to Miami and I really just came to Señor Frogs so that my daughter could treat me to an affordable dinner and a drink, which was close to our hotel. I had a really good time that evening! My waitress was awesome! We got 2 entrées and 2 yards… and 2FREE Bday shots! YAY We had balloon hats and took pics in Sombrero hats… all in good fun. I was so tipsy, I paid for our Sombrero pics, and left the pic there… I realized after I got back to the hotel and sobered up a bit! I was leaving the next evening so I had plenty of time to go back the next day to ask for my pic. The greeters said they would ask when the picture man came in. So off site-seeing I went. I came back and they couldn’t find my pic but the picture man re-printed it for me! I was so happy because it was taken on my birthday! The service I received was excellent! The food needs work but hey, it works when you’re drinking and having a good time! Can’t wait to visit the other locations during my cruise!

There is a HUGE difference between Señor Frogs in Cancun vs. Miami Beach. The one in Cancun is literally a party house any night of the week, but Señor Frogs in Miami on a Sunday night was dead. It’s sad that the franchise locations are not the same everywhere but that’s okay. My friends and I went to Señor Frogs in South Beach with a groupon voucher — we got an entrée of our choice, a yard of any drink, a tequila shot, and a t-shirt in our deal. 5 of us ordered fajitas and they were absolutely delicious. The souvenirs we got to keep were also an awesome thing to come home with, but the place was literally dead on Sunday. The only upside of our night that night was that our friend got called to the stage with a few others and did a bunch of funny activities with the host. Luckily we came on our last day in Miami, but it was somewhat of a buzzkil for all the talks of South Beach being party central 7 nights a week. It was still a great place if you’re looking for a chill spot to have dinner at or not looking for a party.

So, needed to find out what the hype was about… and that’s what it was… typical tourist trap place on South Beach. We managed to get free tickets which ended up not even being needed when we arrived… I went through all that on the net and they didn’t even bother with asking. We had to wait for seating and until then we sat at the bar… service was dull… there is no motivation for servers/bartenders as the 18% gratuity is automatically added and the prices were typical South Beach. Got to our table fairly quick, our server was from IBIZA! He was a very upbeat and cool guy but I’m confused… aren’t there enough servers who are looking for jobs in the US?! I’m all about fair and may the best be picked… anyways… The menu was as generic as it gets and prices were above anything worthwhile, we still stayed and had dinner, the vibe was party-like, live band was good and the DJ kept the energy going but all in all there are dozens of places that can blow the lid off of this place… had to learn by experience… go spend your hard earned money on places that will give what you are looking for in return.

Wonderful experience start to finish! First, the place has a very energetic vibe from the color palette to the balloon artist. Service was fantastic and attentive with a smile. Presentation is the best! Appetizers on small skateboards, wings in a crate, fajitas on a small grill. Loved it all. Not to mention how delicious all of the food was. And so much of it. The appetizers alone could fill two adults. If my trip to Miami wasn’t already jam packed we’d definitely be back.

I know as tourist-y and cliché as this place may seem, this place is totally wild if you are young at heart. When we walked in it was very easy to get a table, they had tons of large groups too so its a good place to go for a birthday or celebration. in a way this place was cheesy but at least it was interactive, the live singers had on funky costumes and sang their hearts out with the customers, there was a live dj on set too. we came here while a big soccer game was on, half the place was filled with turnt up Colombians, when their home country won the whole place exploded with confetti and other shenanigans it was such a fun sight to see! the waiters were super friendly, we told them we were coming in from south beach with Fontainebleau and the hotel gave us one free drink [limited menu] and one free appetizer. we decided to get nachos and frozen margaritas along with buffalo wings. the margaritas came on quick and they were on point, after we redeemed our first free drink, every other margarita was one dollar, they also have deals on other days of the week where you can get two drinks for the price of one [limited menu though]. the loaded nachos were super tasty and very filling, that appetizer alone may actually fill you up, they put jalapenos, guac, sour cream, tons of beef and cheese. they also have their infamous souvenir cup drinks you can keep and refill, and yes you may end up with a whacky balloon on your head. during our dinner, the waiters were required to hop on stage and dance, and they looked like they had a lot of fun doing it and really do love their job, at one point they unfortunately dragged me to the stage for a sing off, I lost very quickly haha, if you win you get a free shot! speaking of shots, the shots over there are crazy strong, they come in these test tube looking thing for a few bucks, haha drink at your own risk. overall this place is fun and inexpensive, just be prepared to come here with all your energy, youll need it.

Honestamente nada que ver con los otros señor frogs de cancun o acapulco, aparte de que los precios son muy altos, el camarero se la paso bailando en vez de atenderte, la comida horrible, espere 17 min para que me trajeran una salsa picante!
