No better way to wait for Madonna while she is running late. Great view. Great food and tons of drink mixers. Numerous of bathrooms near by. First time therefore, I was left speechless. Awesome experience. «A MUST» experience. Last but not the least, the staff in charge of the second floor are ALL extremely attentive, polite and truly excellent.

This is a nice place to eat and drink during heat games but this one bartender ruined my bday celebration with my group of girls. We asked for beers at the bar, which is a high end bar in the arena so drinks are not cheap. He said they have 20 different types but the first 3 we asked for happened to be out. We ask about other ones he stated he is not listing them all. We asked for a beer list he refused. Then walked away and told another bar tender to serve us he couldn’t be bothered. My friend called the manager and she was very sweet and comped our round. She saved the night. I hope she takes it out of his check — douche bag.

Had such a lovely evening in the reserved seating area, thanks to my husband’s work who have seats there. What a fun and comfortable way to enjoy a Heat game. Personally, the best experience I’ve had at a Heat game.
Endless wine and decent food at the buffet. I don’t eat meat so it was tricky to figure out all in all what had pork/​beef and so on. Desserts were pretty terrible except for the cookies which were delicious.
Wish they could have a vegetarian stand separately, but overall a wonderful experience. The waiters are attentive and polite. Hope we get to do it again soon!

I very lucky to attend a work related function here. It was my first time even going to a basketball game and now I feel so spoiled by dewars club level that I don’t know if I will be able to go back to a game with regular seats. Service was great, the suite was spectacular and very big and the seats had a great view.

OK if you get rail seats; above average buffet. some VERY «thirsty» women up in there! glad my wife was with me.

I was fortunate enough to catch the HEAT Orlando game at the American Airlines Arena from a prized box seat location. One look at the menu had Unilocal stars blinding my vision. It was so incredible I had to upload my first Unilocal photo. I had a Hotdog Panini and Guiness. Others had nachos, Cuban sandwich, chicken fingers, etc. But come on — a hotdog panini! Complete with grilled onions, cheese and 2 dipping selections (mustard and ketchup) What a meal! Not to mention the crazy dessert station with every kind of cake, sweetness and sundae bar one could want. If you get the chance, take it.
Don’t hate… investigate.
