Awesome job! I placed a big order over a 3 week span and they delivered on time with a great product! Great staff who cares about the customer. Will definitely be using them again.

Ordered big cookie for my daughter’s bd. Very overpriced for the taste and quality. It did look nice, lovely lettering. The frosting was nasty and I got a bit on my finger that would not come off without scrubbing with a brush a while. Makes you wonder what they used for the color and what it would do to your stomach, yuck! Good news, no one ate more than a taste before agreeing. The two females that worked there were not nasty, exactly, but more like showed how obviously they did not want to be there or help customers. When we came five mins before the time, one girl snapped ‘not till 7′ and turned away. She did come out with the cookie at the 7 pm mark, so maybe she thought better of it. Won’t go back again for a $ 30 cookie that we waited 90 for, especially now that my finger is still colored, yucky in deed.

I visited this shop at 5:37 pm the afternoon of 7÷24÷15, purchased 3 cookies(+ 1 free for $ 5.97), 1 chocolate chip, 2 chocolate chip with nuts, 1 macadamia, didn’t open the bag until I got home 25 minutes away. ALL, and I mean, ALL the cookies were extremely soft to the point that for me to remove them from the bag the bag had to be sliced open. If I tried to grab each cookie to remove individually, the cookie would break into small pieces because of the softness. Once outside the bag I inspected them and they all looked raw to me, there was a thin interior layer of what looked like uncooked cookie dough. I put them all in my toaster oven for almost 12 minutes at 330 and, finally, they turned into the types of cookies I was expecting… solid and crunchy. Those with compromised immune systems and very young kids shouldn’t eat uncooked cookie dough. Mrs. Fields, please take note and discuss this important issue with this particular store. Thanks.(Inv. #203477) I’d also like to mention that every time I’ve visited this store they never have brownies with nuts available. Why not?

Awesome! My company placed a corporate order for over 100 cookie tins that needed to be produced over three days. The new owner, Hector, did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He customized the design on the cookies tins per our request and made sure the cookies were all baked fresh in the morning for a 9AM pick-up. Our customers LOVE them! I also have to compliment his team at the store for ensuring all the tins were professionally assembled with the correct mix of cookies. No dented tins, no sloppy layering of the cookies, and everything was cooked to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking to make a big impression on your clients — they handled everything we threw at them.

Everytime time I go to The Falls I always pass by Mrs. Fields because they are absolutely delicious cookies. The aroma of the cookies just makes me always want to go there. The ladies that work there are very nice and attentive to their customers. I passed by last night and the two girls working were very nice and gave great customer service that I will definitely be going there over and over again. Also, they have a free rewards card which is perfect if you go there often. Definitely recommend going here!

Came in and the little girl was washing something. I was there for 5 mins and she never came to ask for my order. My wife and I walked out as I yelled BYE

Dear Mrs. Fields, The sweet aroma of cookies that permeates throughout the Falls causes me to make immediate turns towards the scent whenever I am there. This, of course, is usually against my own will, as I never really want to eat cookies, but with a smell like that, who can resist?! Last time I stopped by my love and I ordered one of each of sugar, butter toffee, and chocolate chip macadamia nut. To be quite frank, the cookies weren’t anything special. They were a little too sweet, almost cold, and very chewy, in a bad way. Maybe I caught you at an off time… Not sure, but hopefully you’ll improve. Sincerely, SabrinaAnna*

I paid $ 35 for a cookie cake last week. Not because I wanted it, but because I was asked to pick it up for a birthday party. Mrs. Fields, really? I know for a fact that I can make a much better cookie cake(oh, sooooo much better) for $ 9 worth of ingredients from Publix. The cookie had the consistency of thick paste, and the chocolate chips have a horrible artificial taste to them. I would gladly pay $ 35 or even $ 50 for a cookie cake, but this so wasn’t worth it.
