Stopped her to use the bathrooms and pick up a bite on way from Sonoma to SFO. The bathrooms were not very clean and it took forever to place our order. They had two cashiers going, but both were alternating between taking orders and preparing food. Very disorganized.

Yikes, ordered a cheeseburger; and got a bun, cheese, pickle, onion, and ketchup,(No burger inside). Ordered an ice tea with half lemonade, was assured twice that’s what I got however it was(unsweetened ice tea only). Returned to the restaurant and the guy could care less, asked me if I wanted another cheeseburger,(Really?) I asked for a refund and he simply walked away saying something in Spanish to the clerk who gave me a refund then asked me to fill out a lengthy«refund» slip.(Seriously?) WORST place I have ever ordered food; please go to «In and Out» north of this disaster of a restaurant.

Haven’t been in a while and I had an egg mcmuffin craving one morning this week. 1. Coffee was ridiculously hot. Yes, I frequent coffee shops and have never had this problem. They gave me some excuse, «we always want to serve the best there is.»(quote from Nora Aguayo when I asked about the too hot coffee). Funny, McDonalds coffee needs to be so hot I can’t drink it even after 5 minutes of patiently waiting but I have no problem with Starbucks, Peets and the local shops. 2. Wifi — crawling slow. You could count seconds for each web page to load. 3. Bathroom filthy. As bad as the worst truck stop. Dirty, graffiti, fixtures were ugly institutional. 4. Price — not cheap. Could have had coffee and a nice quality pastry for the same price pretty much anywhere. I don’t think a craving will turn into McDonalds again so maybe this low-end McDonalds is for the best. Btw, in my opinion, the best choice in the immediate area to this for coffee and a snack is the Whole Foods on Blithedale.

Thanks for making my 6 year old nephew cry. This is truly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It seems nuts to even review a McDonalds, but this was truly horrible. Cold burgers? Unmelted cheese? How is this even possible? This place was some kind of filthy inside as well. My nephew’s happy meal was sans drink and sans toy, how is this even… yuuuuuuuck.

Several stops at this current Mc Donalds location has left its mark on my life(not a good mark either) i always drink Mc Donalds coffee cause it’s delicious and the price is right… every time i come here they efff up my coffee order… how hard is it to make a simple coffee? This McDonald’s in 25% higher than advertised prices. Why is that? Service very slow. Untrained staff had to ask the manager about each order. Bathrooms filthy with no toilet paper. Stay away. Stay far far away.

This place sucks! It took me 10 minutes to get my order in. Keep in mind there were only two couples ahead of me. Hardly fast food. The cashier LaShawn, who was wearing a teal colored shirt was slower than molasses. She was very hard to understand, but maybe that’s because I don’t speak Ebonics. Keep it real girlfriend!

This is the worst McDonald’s. Do yourself a favor, go to the one in San Rafael, it’s cheaper, cleaner, more helpful, and they actually accept coupons. The interior is shot at this location, and they can’t make the excuse that it’s too expensive, they have been here for decades, they are not beholden to the same issues places that are just starting up experience. Avoid at all costs. Go north.

Poor Customer Service Watch out for the heavy set Hispanic manager! He restricts your beverage refills to just one per visit. This rule is not posted anywhere in the restaurant, and it is appalling that he would make a big deal over repeat refills especially since refills probably cost the restaurant hardly anything. Keep in mind that other McDonalds locations have no problem giving as many refills as the customer desires, and the In-N-Out down the street has a refill your own beverage bar. Why go to this McDonalds location and endure the grief from this guy? This manager should be ashamed of himself. Are restricting refills more valuable to this restaurant than losing customers?

This is the letter that I am sending to corporate. They need to know. I think you need to shake up your Mill Valley, CA location, store #1561. My wife and I stopped while driving though at 6pm. There were no customers present and in addition to the openly yawning counter person there was one clean-up guy emptying the trash. The store was nothing less than filthy. The floor needed a wet mopping, the condiment area was stained and sticky and the two ketchup pump dispensers were completely empty. I did not venture into the dining area or into the rest rooms. I told the yawner about the ketchup. My order was simple: a daily double meal and an additional diet Coke. the yawner forgot the additional drink, so had to ring it up and I had to pay again. The sandwich was fine, a good menu addition. However, the fries were awful: barely warm, soggy, limp and obviously had been in-queue for more than the 10 minute limit. We discovered how bad the fries were once we were in the car and given the situation just kissed off the experience and threw the fires out with the trash. How sad to find a McDonald’s restaurant in such a deplorable condition as «I don’t care» attitude, dirty, lacking in condiments and inaccurate order taking and delivery. Enclosed are the two receipts. Please look into this sorry representative of your brand. I do not need a reply as I am certain that McDonald’s does care about customer care and food quality far, far more than your Mill Valley operation. Your fan,
