To start off, the service here was AMAZING! The girl that helped me the whole time, Kelly, was the nicest woman. Very easy to talk to and knows what she is talking about. She convinced me to get a salad and it was tasty and fresh. I definitely recommend coming back here.

Went to subway earlier today for lunch and their staff was friendly. My server Desiree was very pleasant and always smiling. Way better service than before. Will definitely come back

Didn’t even get to order anything. Just walked out. I was just grabbing cookies and they skipped me a few times and didn’t even notice me or say anything to me. Seen them being rude to other customers.

Amazing place ! Been coming here for the past months & ive had great service and the workers that i have gotten some guy(Chris) & some girl i think her names(cassy) they are extremely friendly & always try to start a conversation with me so makes my wait go by faster, this subway is definitely better than most ive gone too, always clean. & even though i go when its rush hour, all the workers try & finish everyones orders asap and the sub ends up looking perfectly done at the end! I would definitely recommend to eat here if you want great service & speed

I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. The first time I came here the girl making my sandwhich was so beyond rude, slamming the food, ignoring us, just messing around with her co-worker I almost walked out. Second time I was like great same person same service. I decided that I was not coming back. Well tonight we were hungry and my daughters were craving subway. I thought it would be safe since it had been several months since I had been back. The second we walked in I regretted it. Even my daughters were like OMG she’s still here! There was nobody else there but it still took her more than 5 minutes to acknowledge us. In the middle of prepping our sandwiches then phone rang and she left us there to answer the phone. I kept looking around to see if there were any other employees and there was one in a corner not bothering to get up even though about 6 more customers arrived after me. I love subway and their sandwiches but this is by far the worst customer service I have gotten. I’m new to Unilocal so I came on here to see the reviews(I had plenty of time while I waited on her) and to my «surprise» all the bad reviews were on a particular employee named Marisol. I looked for her name tag and saw. Marisol was prepping my food. Well needless to say I won’t be going back to that subway anymore. I gave it 3 chances too many!

I haven’t been back to this subway since my last bad experience. However, my wife an daughter wanted subway, so I went for them. It was around 7pm and two young men were behind the counter. They appeared to be fairly new. One of the guys was named Jacob. I had 3 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes! To get out of there. It wasn’t the young men’s fault, they were doing the best they could and very apologetic. They ran out of a couple of items and as I said… They weren’t that experienced. I try to support this place because I live in the community, but they MUST do better. Get the guys some help!

To start off the customer service was absolutely horrible. The girl behind the counter(Marisol) is completely rude. I had to wait for about 5 minutes to even begin ordering. Every time I’d attempt to get her attention she’d snap and say«give me a minute I’m busy». When she finally started my sub, apparently they were out of what I wanted and they«didn’t make that anymore» the girl was so rude, rolling her eyes and SMASHING my food while she made it. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she was the only person on duty. on a Saturday? I didn’t think so. But I won’t be back to that subway again. They really need to hire people that have courtesy!

First time I went there I had a real good experience, but on my next visit, marisol made my sandwich and talk about a miserable human being. I almost walked out, but thank god the other employee there was real nice.

Wow. I go into this place at 6pm, there’s no one there so I figured it was almost closing hour but I looked at the hours of operation and they close at 11. I stand in front of the counter ready to order and the employee is just tossing some bread on the counter completely ignoring me. He didn’t even greet me. I finally got tired of it and told him I was ready to order. I asked for the Italian herbs and cheese bread and he said they didn’t have any so he was just going to give me white bread. This was my first time here so I just figured they were busy throughout the day and they were baking more bread so I didn’t disagree with his selection. It came down to me ordering my toppings and he overflows it with sauces so he takes a step back, looks at it, and just scoops off the sauces off my sandwich with his fingers. It completely disgusted me. Yes, he had gloves on but were there no spoons you could have grabbed so you can scoop the sauce off? I used to work fast food and if I ever messed up on an order, I’d take it back and completely remake it because bottom line, as much as I disliked hearing a customer complain, it was much more satisfying knowing you did something right and you can move along with your day without getting upset.

This subway was horrible. The lady behind the counter had no idea what she was doing and seemed very confused by everything. Unfortunately I chose the wrong time to visit this location because when a confused and unintelligent customer pairs with a very slow and confused worker you get long lines and frustrated people. The poor lady behind the counter was nice but she def needs to find a new line of work. It was half the employee and half the customer but I was next in line and I could have driven to the subway in Norco, gotten my sandwich, and driven back to limonite in less time than it took to deal with the horrible combination in front of me. 2 people that were in line behind me left because they had better sense than me. I won’t go back to that location just to make sure I never get that employee again. I prefer to get my sandwich in less than 30 min.

There is a guy who works there named Jason who has the best customer service I have seen in awhile. It is not necessarily his bedside manners that I am talking about — although he has never been rude in any way — but, it his sense of urgency that really impresses me! Either he is just a very fast worker, or he understands the value of people’s time, but when he works the counter, he always does everything he can to expedite the orders, always taking the initiative to assist even other employees whenever he can just to get the line going. I love that guy! As far as everyone else goes, I really haven’t had any negative experiences with them. Coming to this place is always a pleasant experience!

Best service ever! Me and my boyfriend love sriracha so we got a sandwhich and I got the salad and asked for extra sriracha. So the girl working at the time(which I wish I knew her name) hooked us up and made it the best subway ever! Even gave us extra sides of sriracha. I even gave her a tip since the the service was great. I’m a cheap person that hardly gives tip but for me giving her a tip, it must be good! I will come back again to this particular subway.

I go here all the time for lunch. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. It’s a Subway though so it is what it is.
