This particular Burger King is pretty mediocre. It has been given a repaint inside and out but that is far as the make over has gone. Service isn’t up to the normal BK standards. The staff seems to care less that you are there. No effort is made to open additional registers as the lines grow and the customers grow burly. Attentiveness to the orders is nonexistent. Have it your way doesn’t seem to make into the mindset here. They actually argued with how I wanted my burger… add onion and pickle brought the response«it doesn’t come with pickle and onion». I know that that is why I asked for it to be added. The menu board was not operational today adding to the confusion. Seriously with no printed menus and a customer that doesn’t frequent the joint to have it memorized what are we to do besides ask questions? No question is stupid when there is no menu posted so don’t get annoyed when we ask questions.(I actually tweeted the menu board fail). The ice machine on the soda dispenser on the left has been out for nearly 5 years, could be longer. Fix it already. Having it out creates unnecessary lines at the one machine that works. Our order was screwed up. It just wasn’t worth the hassle to try and fix it when it was the manager who took the order in the first place. I likely won’t go to this BK in the future. I’ve had decent luck with them on road trips in the past and may well relegate them to that status, once in a blue moon when there is nothing else on the road.
