Really bad customer service. Once u placed ur order, u r nothing to them! Go shopping other places.

Terrible!!! We came from so far away to come and pickup an item that we had pre-ordered. Only to come and be told that they could not find it. We were also called 2 days before we went. This is not right of coach and lack organization.

I have always LOVED my COACH purses… however… recently it seems as if they are not made with the same quality… The staff at this store are friendly and remember their customers … I receive phone calls on their newest shipments and my husband laughs when i walk in and the staff lead me straight to what they know are my prefrences… I would give this store 5 stars if the quality was still the same… because their customer service is great i give them 4 stars…

I called this store to ask if they have a Madison Sophia satchel in plum. I told her that, and the price. Her reply«do you have the item number?» I said no, and was annoyed, because that’s her job. «Well, I can’t look anything up until I know the item number.(huge sigh). oh let me see. Do you mind if I put you on hold?» She put me on hold, and I guess she was looking for the item on the internet. But seriously, there’s only so many bags in the store. and this one was featured on Oprah’s favorite things, you work there, you should know. Anyways, the salesperson bugs me. I called Rodeo Drive Coach, they were knowledgeable, and didn’t have to search for the item number I was talking about.

I’ve shopped here a couple times and have found my «perfect pink» purse: D It’s only pink on the inside: P The store is really nice, open & pretty big layout. The service is pretty good depending on who you get. I come in here every once in a while to see the new styles. Love the tags & key chains! Go Coach!

Whether it’s a requirement for the stores salespeople to write you a follow up thank you card or not… let me just say that it was a very sweet gesture on behalf of worker«Betty’s» part. She had great attention to detail when I mentioned that I was shopping around as a gift for my mom… After 1 not so great experience at this store with their merchandise, I feel I have the right to inspect each and every product I have interest in before I buy it. I’m sure it was inconvenient for Betty to have to rewrap the purse that I had not personally inspected yet, but can you blame me? The time before that, the one I assumed they checked had a huge nail scratch on it… she was incredibly understanding and sweetly offered to rewrap it with no hesitation! Maybe this store does have potential after all? I love coach, but with employees like Betty, I love it even more!

So on a endless journey with the wife so she can find the perfect«wristlet/s» we found ourselves here at the Montebello Town Center I mean The Shops at Montebello or whatever it is they like to be called now after outing some stores in favor of higher end places like Coach. My wife went ahead of me and was already looking around and being helped by staff by the time I returned from See’s Candy. haha. I was able to sit down at one of two chairs in the middle of the store while she shopped. It seemed like this place had more selection than the Glendale Galleria one. There were also less shoppers and more staff and they were very friendly and helpful. More so than some of the ritzier ones like South Coast or even Glendale. Because of that my wife found two wristlets. So I guess she’s «a fan» while i’m more«eek’s me think not» cause I’m a cheap bastard. Give it a shot, don’t dismiss it because it’s Montebello.

I just visited this store today at lunch and Christina greeted me and and helped me find the right bag in less than 15 minutes. She and the other two girls at the store were super helpful and very friendly. I was impressed with their professionalism. Nice. I would buy there again.

Coach is my everyday, standard, go-to handbag. Although, I prefer the leather to the prints. Prints. Yawn. One of my graduation gifts was a Coach makeup bag and it holds a very dear place in my heart. And it’s held up some(mumbly) years later. I have take good care of it and had the liner changed twice. I’ve got the fru-fru stuff coming out the snooty bottom. But Coach is both timeless and classic. I use my agenda on a daily basis and it has worked out great for me well for over 15 years. The only time I ever lost a client, was when some phony-assed woman decided to «compliment» me on my «dear well-meaning» handbag. I complimented her right back and told her I thought the bags under her eyes would hold more. My boss still laughs about that. So, what have we learned here: Don’t be a bag snob. If it’s well-made and lasts, it’s a thing of beauty. It’s a trend, neither of you are worth this woman’s time. Get real and get over yourself. If you choose friends as you would accessories, I feel very sorry for you. End rant.

Only if I could give this store negative stars!!! First off, my mom nor I was greeted by anyone in the store and it’s not like they were too busy to notice us. My mom knew exactly what she wanted and so when I asked one of the associates if i can purchase the wallet she glared at me and then snatched the wallet off the table. She wrote an item number down on a post it and then gave it to me. She instructed me to get in line so I assumed that she was going to go get the item while i waited in line. While i was waiting i noticed that she wasn’t doing anything but staring into space. Again, i gave her the benefit of the doubt that she told someone on their headset to get the wallet. After 15 minutes of waiting I wanted to leave but my mom insisted she wanted this particular wallet. Finally when we got to the counter and paid for it, we then had to wait another 10 minutes to get the item. When she brought the bag i felt uncomfortable about the whole transaction and decided to make sure it was the correct wallet. The box that she put it in was too small and i asked if they had the correct box for it and she just ignored me. I was so upset by the whole transaction that i want to share my horrible experience. This was a very straight forward sale and this store managed to screw up my whole outlook of Coach as a whole. Also when my mom got home she said that the inside of the wallet looked used and she took it back the very next day.
