great customer service. Very attentive and were on it when I needed a different size or color. Cute white boy with glasses helped me out. Probably wasn’t straight tho, don’t get your hopes up.

the cashier was really nice and helpful, even though I was the only one in the store. also he was very very handsome.

When I came into the store I wasn’t greeted at all, nor was I helped out. However, when another person came into the store, the worker automatically greeted them and helped them out. Perhaps it was because I wasn’t as nicely dressed as them and wore comfy clothing. Nonetheless, I the workers should have been disrespectful. I also noticed a slight trend with the workers in this store. The workers here would lounge around and chat with one another. Well that’s what I noticed from the past couple trips I had here and my current trip in which I spent I approximately 30 minutes. Honestly I would never come to this location because every time I come into this pacsun store I feel unwelcome as opposed to the one at Santa Anita.

The associates here are too busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to customer needs. We waited patiently for them to help us, it never happened. I had to interrupt their conversation so we can get a dressing room, which they got irritated with. Poor, poor service.

The Manager, Ernie, is the most accomodating and has the best customer service! This location also seems to have the best selection and discounts! Thanks Ernie for all your help! I will be back!

I bought a hat that I changed my mind about later so I went to return it and the «manager» named Teresa helped me she was so rude she was so upset about me wanting to return she did not say one word to me while doing the return she didn’t tell me what I was getting back, how I was going to get it back on my card I couldn’t believe she was a manager when I asked to speak with the SM i forgot his name I told him everything that happened and he laughed in my face and said he will talk with her. Yeah right he was not going to talk to her about anything.
They lost my service

Very low selection on Obey and Diamond shirts but awesome deal on socks and the buy one item get another item 50 percent off it’s awesome!
I was asked about three times if I needed help and the checkout was super fast.

I went to return 3 items that I bought at the PAC-​SUN from Stonewood and the male cashier was upset that I was returning the items with him at this store. He tried putting me through a guilt trip about his sales dwindling and then suggested I go return the items to Stonewood. Not cool
I don’t think I’ll be shopping at this PAC-​SUN for a good long while but if I do return I’ll update my review.

According to my kid, this is the best place for jeans. They usually have a special buy 1 get the other ½ off. Also look for Foursquare Deals

Good deals. But changed my mind on some shirts I bought I wanted 2 return them didn’t want them after all. cashier asked me 2 do it another day or have my sis buy it since she had bad sales. throwing a pity party. Never again will I go 2 that
