The donuts here are delicious! The sandwiches are good too. They have boba but they are just awful. I do not suggest trying it. My boyfriend got me Thai tea and it tasted like a cup of soy sauce…

They have BOBA!
Came for a turkey sandwich but they ran out of turkey by 11am. Ended up getting the ham, cheese and egg. It was pretty good. The croissant has huge. Good deal for $ 3.50. The donut was nice and soft.
Guy was super nice too. BOBA was great. He prepared the thai ice tea differently, but still great.
