Great food! Kobe Express is the real deal. Being a local, I’ve tried a handful of Japanese plates around here and came back here and been a regular ever since. Chow.

These mom-and-pop places are a dime-a-dozen and in every strip mall in every town in America. But boy these folks have got it right. Pricing is usual and customary and fair.
The Combo dinners with spring roll and fried rice are it… the seafood-steak or chicken combo is what I would recommend. Gonna come back for the Sushi at some point.
Portions are very ample and you could take home a doggy bag.
Place is clean and neat.
Ginger sauce and «White» sauce are done right and appear/taste to be home-made.

Great deals here. Lunch specials are worth it completely. Not in the mood for white rice or fried rice with your bowl, substitute lo mein. The sauces available are good.
We had the chicken teriyaki lo mein and hibachi bowls with white and fried rice.
$ 4.95 a plate
— family of 5 eating for less than a trip to your regular fast food.
I wish this were closer to home.

I have been eating here for years, but my last experience was pretty bad! I ordered a shrimp bowl, shrimp tempura roll and a side of fried rice. My side of rice had shrimp legs in it (the peelings of the shrimp) my sushi was worse. The shrimp had not been peeled properly and every bite contained the shrimps shell… I was completely grossed out by everything and sorely disappointed … Go to miyabi express! Ten times better !!

Loved it! The food is amazing. Our sushi was cooked to order, spring rolls were good too. Teriyaki chicken was so tender and delicious! Will definitely be returning!

The food is good but the atmosphere is very «fast food.» The prices are okay, although I think for the quality they may be a little high. The service is fast, which is nice, and everything is cooked to order. Overall, not a bad alternative to other restaurants in the area in this price range.
