My husband & I just left and I have to say that this was one of the worst meals we have had in a long time. I had the shrimp & grouper on soba noodles. The shrimp was inedible and the food was not on soba noodles, but ramen. There is a difference. The sauce the food was in was spicy as noted, but the flavor was not even close to being good & is still lingering to my dismay. My husband had the lamb chops and I watched him spit out more than he ate. They were razor thin & very tough. They way they were cut left large pieces of gristle. This is my first review ever, but the food was so bad I has to write one. At the cost of $ 114 for two meals & one drink I’m more than disappointed.

Our family used to go here regularly in the past years, but, sadly, I don’t think we’ll be dining here again. Entrée prices have increased yet the food quality has gone downhill. Our crab cakes were cold and mushy, the tuna tough and inedible. Management was non-existent and couldn’t address our complaints. The regular servers, who in past years were one of the main reason we enjoyed dining here, seemed to have changed and the new ones are clueless and could care less about pleasing their customers(at least that was our experience the other night). Overall, the place is going downhill.

They couldn’t even get the basic burgers right. They were ok the second time after we sent them back to be cooked properly but nowhere near what you would expect for what they charge. The shrimp was stale and barely edible. Also the food came out cold despite the high prices. Asked for the manager but no effective remedy except a lukewarm ‘sorry’. Poor management all around(back of the house and the front). It’s a shame for a place at such a prime spot.

Sad that we came here. Biggest wonder is why it’s so busy. «Best» chowder in Naples was white water. Burgers came out undercooked and cold; steak and shrimp inedible. Butter freezer burned. If you have to go here do yourself a favor and order basic grilled fish. Also, where do they get the guts to charge what they charge?

I’m visiting from out of town and came here with our extended family. This is without a doubt one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. It is shocking what these guys are getting away with charging $ 30+ per meal. The real shocker is how packed this place is. Maybe all the wealthy old folks just don’t have a clue and will waste their money on anything. Mind. Blown.

Stopped by for lunch today with 3 others. I had the Gulf shrimp roll… excellent. Great server!!! Doors were open to garden, and it made for a perfect lunch.

Ridgeway hosted my son’s wedding reception and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The food, the staff and the atmosphere were terrific. The snapper piccata was particularly delicious. Sukie and her team delivered big time! We highly recommend the Ridgeway Bar and Grill.

This was my first visit to Ridgway. I met a friend there for dinner after work. Our server Justin was very pleasant and helpful to us as we made our choices from a wonderful array of menu options. At his recommendation I started with the Florida Breeze cocktail, which was delicious, light and refreshing — perfect for an August night in Naples. For my entrée I enjoyed the rich and delectable Snapper Piccata and my friend savored the Florida Pink Shrimp, along with a couple of glasses of a wonderful Chardonnay. We sat there taking pleasure in our food and wine for good bit out on the enclosed patio, where the temperature was cool but we still had a lovely view of the garden. Ridgway is my new favorite place, I can’t wait to go back.

This was recommended to us by some locals. Great call, we had an excellent experience with great service and an extensive menu to satisfy more patrons. Selections from casual to exotic are on the menu as well as a good wine selection. Try this place, you will not be sorry!

Nestled in the 3rd Ave area, this is a great location. I was dumbfounded when we walked in their at 7:30 at night with no reservation and got a great table on the porch. The setting and building suit the tropical climate perfectly — a lot of open doors, patios, porches etc with plenty of breeze and an «outdoor» feel to it. The patio on the side would be awesome to rent out for a special event… Service was pretty good… they made a strong Mojito that is for sure. The menu is everything from steaks, to fish to continental/American faire. My dad(who is from Maine) started with the clam chowder and said it is the best he has ever had from a restaurant outside of Maine. My mom had some salad thing — sort of deconstructed(hard to explain) but seemingly centered around a giant slab of blue cheese… the blue cheese was absolutely excellent. My mom, who had complained all night that she didn’t want to eat anything big(she is about 90 lbs) suggested she and my dad split the meat loaf(because that isn’t heavy at all right?)…it came with mashed potatoes and, while I didn’t try it, it looked amazing. I ordered the torgadashi tuna… seared outside, raw inside — perfect! It came on a bed of greens and stuff — very well prepared, excellent seasoning and I was really happy with it. This is a great alternative to the inundated places on the block like Tommy Bahamas’ and The Pub… overall, a great experience. I pulled the waiter aside on my way to the gents and told him to bring me the bill no matter what… at the end of the meal, he did so and despite my father’s protests, which I had prepared him for, the waiter followed my instructions to the letter and ensured I was the one to pay. The bill was about $ 150 for two appetizers, 2 cocktails, 3 glasses of wine and two main courses(one split) which I felt was very fair given the caliber of venue, food, service and location.

I dined here last Friday with family and loved every minute of it! The actual restaurant is gorgeous and HUGE… there is a dining room, a full bar area, a wine cellar, sunroom, patio in front, patio on the side. I mean this joint has no shortage of seats which was great for my fam of 7. We were seated right away in the sunroom by our request so those who wanted sun could enjoy, and those who wanted shade could enjoy. It was perfect:) I was a little weary of the menu at first because it appeared a little fancy pants but turns out everyone found something they were able to enjoy… even the children. Most of the adults went with the fish sandwich. I had the pleasure to try this and the fish was delectable. It was very light and the crispy breading wasn’t too heavy. It was served with a delicious creamy tarter-type sauce on the side. Yum yum yum. For my meal, I went with the fish tacos. WOW! Some of the best I’ve ever had to be honest. They were served with a mango salsa which gave the already flavorful tacos… can you guess it… more flavor! I didn’t think it was possible, trust me. My only hang up was that the tacos were a bit small and did not come with any sides. They could definitely stand to serve another, and make it an order of 3, instead of 2. The kids menu was pretty extensive which included traditional kid-fare such as pizza, macaroni, pasta, chicken fingers, fish sticks, etc. Trust me, every child that enters Ridgeway will most definitely find something to satisfy their unevolved palettes. All in all The Ridgeway Bar and Grill is a fabulous lunch spot, a must-eat-at in Naples. I will say it is a bit pricey, but the quality of the food and the ambiance is well worth the extra cash-ola. With lunch being this good, I would love to see what their dinner menu has to offer. I’ll have to add it to the list next time I am visiting the area. :)

A big disappointment. Came here with wife on Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately we both ordered the same entrée so this review is based on the same regular menu item. We ordered the coq au vin. Ugh! One of my French bistros favorites was the worst I have ever had. It had no taste. The carrots were hard as rocks, very few onions, tough chicken in a very watery broth. We did have two different appetizers. My wife had a Caesar salad that she did not like. It was made with a vinaigrette dressing instead of the traditional Caesar dressing, I lucked out and had pork belly, they were outstanding. My wife tried to do a trade salad for pork. No deal, I did share however. On a happy note the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant.

The food was good and the waitress was ok. Nothing outstanding about this place. Now, which one is the hostess and where is she? I walked in to no one attending, there was a girl seating down and another eating, both employees. We had to ask for service. Seemed like the girl eating was on the clock, which doesn’t look good, because she continued working right after eating. Other customers walked in not knowing what to do or where to go because there was no one at the hostess place and no one even acknowledging their presence. Due to the location, I think they should do a little extra to attract customers. No wonder it was so empty compared to other places. Nothing outstanding about this place. Even the hidden, alley restaurant had more people than this place. Would not recommend, would not come back. Got a 2 because the food was good. Hard, cold butter was served on a very cold plate.

We dined this evening and were extremely disappointed. I do not eat red meat. We have been here before and I was able to substitute items on the vegetable entrée. Tonight the waitress would not subsitite anything. She actually said we make no substitutions. Never informed us of the chefs specials. We had to ask for refills on our beverages. It cost us close to $ 80 fly husband had a burger and fires amd 1 coke(no refills on soda at $ 3.75 a pop) I had side of ratatouille and oven roasted fingerling potatoes(which were ice cole as if they came out of the fridge) and a cup of tomato soup. The waitress was unfriendly and rude. The food was marginal at best. there are so many better optionsin Naples. The only plus is outdoor dining.

We loved our delicious dinner on the patio. The seafood we ordered(Pan Seared Grouper & Shrimp, and Yellowtail Snapper Piccata) was exceptional. We hope to return someday to try more dishes. Thanks to Chef Tony for checking with us at the start of our meal to make sure everything was perfect!

Excellent. Went to dinner visiting grandparents. No draft beer but good selection of craft. Good appetizer. And fresh bread. Highlight was the fish. Blackened grouper was excellent. Side of ratatouille was great as well. Desert was apple tart. Perfect end to meal. Prompt service.
