I’ll keep it simple, we all had the ribs, its apparently their thing. They were terrible. Chewy, tough, slathered in some disgusting sauce. Had to ask for a steak knife to cut through them. Not what I would expect from Mississippi bbq. I had cole slaw as one side, it tasted like it was scooped from a bucket. My other side was a salad with blue cheese, the dressing tasted like ranch. They claim to have made all in house, I have no idea if they made a terrible blue cheese or just screwed up and gave me ranch. Location was great, service was good, food was bad. That’s it.

Great location on the river with excellent food and craft beer. Really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, from the melts to the burgers to the tacos. The fries are delicious as well. Great selection of craft beer.

Fantastic venue. Even though they were busy they made sure we were looked after. Best spot for a sunset. I would go back next time we are in town

We were driving through from Memphis back home to New Orleans and decided to stop in Natchez to check it out. We stopped at the camp for dinner, the view is amazing, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and the man who greeted and sat us was so nice! Our waitress was not very good. Food was okay. Here’s the kicker… I’m not even sure how to say this but here goes. I went to the restroom right after another person, and just sat down. No worries right?! Wrong. Very wrong. So there’s shutters on the inside of the window no curtain, no fogged glass, no barrier. The shutters were open so I look out the window and employees are out there pointing at me, looked like she was telling more kitchen people that I was in there. Honestly, what bothered me was that they wouldn’t walk away so I could get up and put my pants on. We just had a stare off. So I just got up turned around and pulled my pants up an awkward minute later. Washed up walked out and asked for boxes and the check. The waitress tried to justify why they were standing there to me. Wtf. Unacceptable. I get that the building is old and maybe they didn’t want to change the Windows, but dear god WALKAWAYSO I CANGETUP. At least give me a little respect after you’ve seen my lady goods. #peepingtom

First visit was such a pleasure we had to go back to make sure it wasn’t an off night. This place is nothing fancy, burgers, appetizers and cold beer. First with the fried appetizers; we got the pickles/jalapeños and it was the only thing I had there that I wasn’t crazy about. It was a bit greasy and had tons of jalapeños it it, I’m sure others like that it just wasn’t for me. The burger however was top notch, fresh ground meat and authentic! Cold craft beer… What more is there to say about that? Swing by, you won’t be disappointed.

Came here on a Monday night. Not too crowded and a laid back atmosphere with tv’s on walls playing sports and a variety of beers. Wine selection is lacking. Ordered the fried cauliflower as an appetizer – don’t. Soggy, flavorless and greasy. I had the chicken tacos for dinner and they came with chips and salsa. They were good – others in my party had a burger, fish tacos and buffalo chicken sandwich. All enjoyed the meal.

Cute place! Right next to the Mississippi River! I had the Brisket sandwich and it was huge! We sat down and ordered an appetizer and our food, however we seen a couple friends and moved tables. We did notify our waitress. They sat someone at the table we were sitting at and then gave them our appetizer!!! Idk why the people didn’t say«hey, we didn’t order this.» Anyways, they took it off our bill then proceeded to bring our sandwiches to the other table, ugh! Other than the mix up with the food, the sandwiches were awesome

Came here to try out, great place. The people are very very nice. And the food is awesome! Somebody in this kitchen knows what’s going on! I was very very pleased with The camp. This place could be a chill place or a date night place. Great view. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is cause hardly no one gets 5 stars. However this one came

Loved it. Great atmosphere. Had the 3 sliders…1) guacamole and bacon, 2) chili and cheese, and 3) blue cheese and bacon. Started off with a really good Hot Toddy, even though there were 17 beers on tap. Great place. I’ll be back.

Visiting from the coast. Ate there 3 times in 1 week. Very good food and a super cool olé building. Great selection of beers. Good service. Breakfast burger is the best. Look up the history of the olé building and imagine it 150 years ago.

After riding all day on The Natchez Trace Parkway, I can’t think of a better place to plop my tired butt than The Camp. I started with a local Black IPA called Delta Shadow. Loved it. Taylor tries to sell me on the quesadillas but I went with The Camp burger. It was killer! House mayo was a nice touch, but what out this burger over the top was the just crunchy crust that added texture and flavor. Fries with house ketchup were great. I let Taylor talk me into the house made bread pudding and did not regret it. Not too sweet, flavorful, delish. After another Delta Shadow I headed back up the hill full and happy. Great service, fun local vibe, great food and beer. What’s not to love.

Absolutely perfect for lunch! After walking around the town and hitting up the Casino for a few minutes, this was amazing end to our adventure in Natchez. The owner was very hospitable and excellent service. Fried pickles to die for. Defintely a go to!

I visited The Camp on a recent road trip. The location is fantastic and the view was beautiful. We chose to sit instead to escape the heat but there is a lovely looking porch where you can sit out front. The bar and restaurant look great and the staff were super friendly. I order a burger and my wife ordered steak quesadillas and we were not disappointed. The steak in the quesadillas was delicious and the burger was probably the best burger I ate on the road trip. If you happen to visit Natchez, The Camp is definitely worth a visit.

Amazing beer, great people. If you want good craft beer and delicious food, then go here! It’s right on the river, and has an amazing view if you sit outside. Definitely will be coming back here.

I came to The Camp because Thai food was closed. I had never tried it before. It’s located on the river. We came on a Saturday afternoon to find it very full. I ordered the patty melt with a side salad. My wife got the Delta Blues premium slider with fries. We also got the fried cauliflower. The beef patties were unreal. The bread was fabulous. Most everything is made in house. I’ve eaten all over Natchez and all over the U.S. This is probably in the top 2 in Natchez. Come try it!

The food is good. The service is consistently awful. You will wait a long time to get your food, the food will be cold from sitting in the window waiting to be brought to you, and once you get your food, your order will probably be wrong. It’s a shame because the location is great and the food tastes great.

What happened here, Unilocal?Service was incredibly slow(took about 45 minutes to get our food!!). I got the camp burger, and it was pretty dry. Definitely not worth its value. Hubbie got the sliders, which he said were alright. Fried pickles/jalapenos were pretty good.
