After much need remodeling and change in management this location is on the right course. Good service and food. Clean dinning area. Free Wi-Fi.

short and sweet. this place is crap. i brought my son here for halloween. we sat inside and the place was very dirty. The man preparing the fries was eating them and getting his fingers in his mouth and NOTWEARINGGLOVES. i asked the man at the counter if the guy could wear gloves when he gets my fries and if i could get fresh ones. they made new ones and the same guy did not wear gloves so i did not get the fries. we had to have our burgers replaced 3 times because they were not hot at all. the cheese was not even melted. after the second time sending the food back i went to my car and got my infared temp gun and when we got the food i i opened one of the burges and temp it in front of the person working. it came out to 110 °F!!! beef has to be at least 141 °F or you run the risk of foodborne illness. NEVERAGAINWILL I RETURNTO A PLACETHATBREAKSTHELAWANDDOESNTCAREABOUTTHEHEALTHOFTHEPATRONS. It’s fast food people this is not science class from now on wendys will be off our list.

I have to agree with everyone else that this is truly a BADBAD Wendy’s to say the least. I for one have only dealt with the drive through employees. For the most part, they are ignorant and rude. Time and time again I have always asked for extra ketchup and I get a response«I already gave you ketchup» yes I know but I would like extra. It’s like I’ve asked them to dig me some gold out of the floor. It’s just ketchup. Il be happy to never come to this branch again.

Feb. 2016: RENOVATION! The 135 Wendy’s(my name for this Wendy’s, since there are 2 in Natick, and this one is location on Route 135…), just got a restaurant renovation! Now, they didn’t get one of those reno’s when builders demolish a building and rebuild from scratch, they just completely redid the interior restaurant and front exterior. So, now I view this Wendy’s COMPLETELY different than I had in the past. I feel much better eating from a place that DOES in fact LOOK clean and new, and not old and«in the past». This location has a drive thru and extremely fast drive thru service(I haven’t ever been inside the actual restaurant). Food is great(as Wendy’s is by far the best in the fast food business), and prices even better. I will definitely be back. This Wendy’s lies on W Central Street, just east of the Framingham Town Line. 5 stars. Dec. 2014: Pretty good, a bit dirtier and not as consumer friendly as the Route 9 location, but it still works. Fine food, convenient location, and not nearly as busy as other location. Would be 5 stars when they REMODEL! 4 stars.

Went to this Wendys late night and had the worst service ever. We tried ordering the baconater and they said they didn’t have anything with bacon in it. The lights on half the menu were out so we said we couldn’t see it. A man in the background yelled«Well were not going to go out there and change it for you.» I understand it was late and people can get annoying after midnight but we were just trying to order some food. We ended up just driving away because we were too angry listening to the man in the backgrounds fresh comments, that I don’t think he knew we heard. I have driven through her for lunch before and received the wrong order. Bottom line, try Burger King or McDonalds next time, or another Wendys… just not this location

Dear Wendy, Please put someone at the drive thru window that you can understand. I have no idea what she was saying when she spoke through the intercom. This woman spoke so fast and with her accent I had no clue as to what she was saying. I skipped over it all and put in my ordering. The fries were cold… I hate that. I know they have to use what is cooked and there but that heat lamp either doesn’t work or the time between batches is too long. I know your dad Dave would have wanted it done right.
