This place is an absolute dump. I can’t believe it doesn’t get some sort of sanitary violations. Food was fine — normal Arby’s — but Jesus somebody needs to put a few bucks into a makeover

Decent fast food at a reasonable price. I’m kind of surprised there aren’t more Arby’s. Right now they have the 2 Reuben’s for $ 6. They’re not bad for a quick meal. In the past I have had some issues with the staff at this location, but today the gentleman serving everyone was very good taking the orders and thanking people as they came in and left. They have a bell to ring as you are leaving if you are happy with the service and everyone including me rang the bell

Go to spot to get curly fries, they are amazing especially when are straight put of the frier. Went through the drive through around 530 pm it was pretty fast being the third car in line.

Simply put Terrible ! Service was horrible. Waited 10 min and no one at counter to take order. Several people standing around waiting for order. I walked out with others.

Stop by for a quick bite and the lady in the drive thru named Flo is the nicest person ever. Thank you for your service.

I very rarely bother to log on and write a review about a chain fast-food joint, but this one deserved to have one written. When I walked in I was immediately struck by the outdated style and furnishings and the first thought through my head was«this place is a dump»… but I have to say that the food was quite good, not any greaser than any other Arby’s and service was fast. My main reason for logging on to leave a review about this place is because of the service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name, but the man behind the counter today was absolutely fabulous! It has been a very very long time since I have seen a worker anywhere be so attentive, responsive, outgoing and overall just a friendly person. I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be ready and every interaction he had with people in that time was so very impressive. I really can’t say enough about what an asset this man is to this store. Bravo!

This is the only Arby’s near the north/Northwest side of the city. That being said, the food is typical Arby’s and it satisfies a craving I get for something other than burgers or hot dogs. I’ve read the reviews, and I dispute the statements that the food is greasy and the place is dirty. The employee’s may seem loud and obnoxious, but I believe that this is due more to the architecture of the building itself. This Arby’s is one of the older style restaurants with the cathedral ceiling that amplifies sound. As far as cleanliness, the place is clean. It looks dirty because the seats and table’s are old, worn, and they don’t match. Corporate needs to redo the interior. No argument there.

Good place to go to mix up your fast food fix. Love the curly fries! It’s definitely not the best place in the area to go for Roast Beef or a Beef & Cheddar, but it works. I guess their variety of sauces kind of makes up for it. This place tends to be a little on the slow side when it comes to service but they are pretty friendly. A big plus: their drivethrough is open until 11 on a Monday(and probably during the rest of the week too)!

This is the best Arbys not because the food is any better but the guy who is usually at the drive through window in the evening is great. Always nice and gives me enough horsey and Arby sauce.

Why can this Arby’s not be walking distance from my work? Why? Why? Why? Being slave to the reverse commute via Metra, I don’t get out for lunch often. And I am craving Arby’s Sauce slathered on a giant Roast Beef sandwich accompanied by potato cakes. Arby’s was the only culinary solace of the food court that I had when I worked in the Merchandise Mart. Now I have to wait until someone at work says«I’m going to Arby’s» and only at that moment do my eyes light up and I beg to come along. Hell, I’ll even ride in the trunk! Just get me potato cakies and thinly-sliced processed beef slathered with Arby’s Sauce and I’m your bitch for the rest of the day! An open haiku to Arby: Arby’s is so great Get me beef and I’m your bitch Potato Cakes rock!

The employees should be beaten with sticks for their horrible customer service. Yes, I am inciting violence.

It’s November 19, 2008 and this location is back in operation. From a consumer’s standpoint, there’s not much difference between pre-fire and post-fire. The dining room décor and furniture look exactly the same. The kitchen and menu board appears to be new. The most significant upgrade was to the bathroom. Prior to the fire, there were two tiny, ugly bathrooms with access from outside the building. Now there is one uni-sex bathroom, accessed from inside the building. It’s clean and nicely decorated with ceramic tile. There’s no electric hand dryer, which is nice. On to the food… I ordered a combo meal – Beef ‘n Cheddar, potato cakes and soft drink. The beef is the same ‘ol beef dust turned into meat log slices as before. I find the potato cakes with horsey sauce addictive. This location now offers self-service Pepsi fountain drinks. Bottom line… The food is okay. If you’re tired of the same fast food, you can throw Arby’s into the mix every once in awhile for a change of pace. The staff was friendly – perhaps a bit too friendly. Try it and see what you think for yourself.
