Pizza Hut

My pizza was hot and had more toppings than I expected. Our delivery lady was earlier than expected and very friendly.

Ordering pizza shouldn’t be a spin of the roulette wheel it at this location it is. Out orders have been screwed up so many times that we gave up. After a two month boycott we tried again Nd it was wrong again. We order from Jets because they get our orders right and don’t give us the blank stairs we get at Pizza Hut when we share our order is wrong. You’ve been warned!!!

Since my most recent review I’ve ordered here twice with good results. Well distributed toppings and accurate order. Hopefully they can keep it up.

Pizza ordered at 6:24pm on Tues, ³⁄₁₇. Expected delivery time at 6:54. pizza arrived at 7:23pm, lukewarm at best. Crust had cold, uncooked spots. Delivery driver could care less if I left ANY tip. We order pizza once a week usually. If you are loking at pizza, look at Jet’s at the corner of Concord and Nolensville, or Pie in the Sky in Lenox village. The old saying of «ya get what ya pay for» seems to ring true. Just for reference on pizza delivery time, we live exactly 3.5mi from store. 59 minutes for a lukewarm pizza… I think I could have made one in that time frame.

We order from here a couple of times a month. So far, it’s been on par and no issues.

Horrible we ordered a pizza, husband picked it upon the way home from work. We both tired he worked 14 hrs so we decided Friday night lets have a movie stay at home relax night. He got home with the pizza and it had NO SAUCE!!! Called about it and were informed that we had to come in with the pizza so they could view it and replace it for free. Well honestly we did NOT want to go back out so they said they’d give us a credit for 6 bucks… because «we can’t just give out free pizza». Horrible we have never disliked their pizzas before and are a regular customer.
Just imagine that we are trying to get a free pizza to replace a bad one… and we’ve ordered from them oh 3 times a month min.
Bad management as well their is a larger lady manager who is rude acts as if you are ignorant when asking questions, we’ve overlooked her in the past due to good pizza.
