Mojito’s were so so, nothing great. Food was bad and service was worse. There is a lady mexican waitress whos is RUDE to say the least. She will argue with you, make faces at you and slow as a tortoise. We will NEVEREVER go back. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Sadly, this place is never full, but it has managed to stay afloat for years. The food is incredible. I always eat empanadas, their fish filet dinner, and/or mango pie to finish up. The cuban sandwiches are also very authentic. This is real cuban food that my Cuban friends from Miami loved too. Do yourself a favor and go here. It is a little pricey but reasonable. Treat yourself and keep this gem alive!

My fav lunch spot here in Norcross/Peachtree Corners. I’ve had just about everything on the menu. The tres leche cake is divine. I love the THURSDAY chicken special. Yummers The food is fresh… made to order and simply delish!!!

This is a place originally introduced to me by a coworker some time ago. Since then, I’ve frequented here still, and today, while back home in Atlanta(having moved 700 miles), it was our first stop after leaving the airport! Their grilled fish fillet with diced onions and a side of chimichurri sauce(the delicious green sauce in the cup) is amazing mixed in the rice and the fish combined just is fantastic! I’ve literally craved this meal weekly since moving out of state over a year ago. The chicken empanadas are equally wonderful as a start. And the sweet plantains are a nice finish. We’ve had dessert here as well in the past and haven’t been disappointed. Well worth the trip! Staff are lovely, and even recognized us after such a long hiatus. :) Thank you again for a great meal amidst a deceptive strip mall location. What a hidden gem!

The food was excellent and the mojoto’s rocked. The place was not busy so go there and support it.

I decided to have some Cuban food for lunch as I have not been to this establishment in about a year. My how things have change in that time. Let me start by saying that the waitress/host was not pleased that I interrupted her phone call. As a patron I walked in and it took her about 3 minutes before she got off her phone. Then her attitude was not very friendly. Fast forward. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and after 2 bites I noticed that we were missing pickles. I informed the waitress that we had no pickles(after her 2nd phone call) her response to me — Are you sure? I could not believe my ears. The food here as always been tasty but how do you forget pickles on a Cuban Sandwich. This visit was shocking as the food was not like it use to be and the service was awful. White Bean Soup was full of chunks of fat. Never had it before that way but once removed the soup was tasty. I would give it another try just based on the past. However, this visit was bad

Good stuff ! I am a gringo, but I have a bunch of Latina sisters in law. I love different foods. Their pork entrée was really good, a little dry, but I enjoyed it very much. I also got their empanadas and these were awesome — could have eaten more of these. I see a few comments about them being slow or not attentive, but that was not the case for me. Staff was cool and very nice. I have no problem raising my hand to gesture to a waiter/waitress to come to my table, if I am not receiving prompt service. When the sisters in law get into town, I will take them up here. Rock on Palomilla’s !

Their food is great. I’ve been plenty of times with coworkers and have only had bad waiters three times. All three times I’ve given those waiters exactly 15% tips(instead of nothing) and they’ve made sure to round my number up some to give themselves more money. That’s stealing and after three times you’ve ruined it for everyone so Palomillas you’ll no longer receive my business.

As a Cuban in Atlanta I’m glad to have these fine folks for great authentic Cuban food, friendly attentive service at an affordable price. Never been there with anyone that hasn’t loved what they ordered.

The food here is really good. I suggest the black beans and rice with anything that you order. The fried pork and chicken are so good. The drinks are real drinks. The service is fast and very polite.

I liked this place for lunch for a long time. A co-worker and myself used to go a lot but it very slowly started to get worse and worse both in customer service and quality of product. The last time we went a condiment we always got with our food(this thimble full of garlic sauce) was an extra 75c on the tab and we sort of realized the place had changed. 75 cents is nothing obviously but it’s the fact that it was kind of hidden on our checks when we had literally been there 50 times before where it was free. They changes a few things like the rice and the fish so that the normal Lunch platter went from great to meh. In the end I think this place is a decent lunch but it ruined it for us when we knew how much better they had been before.

I always enjoy the food when I come to this delicious restaurant. it’s hard to find a good Cuban restaurant in Atlanta. There are ‘only a few in the whole metro. This is one the best — friendly service, family feel, great food. today I had pulled pork cover with onions black beans and rice and plantains and side salad delicious

I don’t know what happened… maybe the economy… maybe a pork shortage? All I know is that the Cuban sandwich I had today at Palomilla’s was the most disgusting thing I’ve eaten in ages. Not just bad, but disgusting. The ham tasted like the cheap kind you get in a plastic bag in the 99 cent section at Kroger. There was hardly any pork on the sandwich and what was there was dry and hard. To make it even worse they used«Swiss American» cheez instead of the normal Swiss cheese you’d find on a Cuban. Gag. I won’t be back.

WHO breads fish then grills it? I had the worse fish plate ever! Very disappointing… Black beans and Steam rice were good. The flan was OK. Nothing to brag about. I will not return, that’s for certain.

I have changed my mind and have decided to give this Cuban restaurant a try for the third time. I was seriously hoping that the third time would be the charm and that their food would have changed for the better. Boy, was I absolutely wrong! I ordered their Cuban Sandwich with fries for the first time last night for dinner. I am going to say that, first off, the French fries tasted like packaged fries. Their Cuban Sandwich lacked flavor. The only thing on the sandwich that I could taste were the pickles. I was most definitely not impressed with their Cuban Sandwich at all. The meat was a little bit tough, in my opinion. The only good thing about this place is the service and the staff. The food is just not good here. I hade made the actual decision that last night would be the last time that I order take out from this place. I sincerely do hope and wish that they would change how they make and cook their own food. However, I honestly highly doubt that their food will ever change and become better. I give this place just one extra star for their excellent customer service and super friendly and helpful staff. I have truly tried so hard to like this place, but I just cannot do it at all.

I would typically give 4 stars. Just finished eating and there is a dramatic difference in quality compared to all of our other visits here. Food was too greasy. Service was HORRIBLE!!! The serving crew were all different people than we used to get. I will not return. So sad because this was our fav place.

My mother and I were coming back from studio movie grille and wanted to try something different. This place has such high reviews I was expecting like a «wow! sooo good» kind of flavor. But iiicck. This place just isn’t my cup of tea. What we ordered: * Roast Pork — Lechon Asado: swimming in GREASE and lacked flavor. However, they did serve 4 pieces of fried plantains and rice with the pork. The plantains were yummy but again, kind of oily. * Steak sandwich: meat was overcooked and served on iceberg lettuce + bun. Again, flavor was nonexistent. In addition, service wasn’t great. It said«wait to be seated» but a customer told us to seat ourselves – apparently that was common? Sat there for a good 5 minutes without being acknowledged and no menu… awkkkward. When it came to getting our check, our server was on his cellphone behind the bar. WTH? Maybe it’s an off night or something. The only perk to this place was when we DID finally order, the food came out relatively fast.
