This place sucks. Sprint isn’t bad but this place sucks. I had to call customer service to straighten this mess out.

Sprint in general is a garbage, it’s 2015 and they are still on a 3G network. Internet is so slow.

Wish my friend had checked the rating before coming here. The staff is incompetent. Pushed a promotion that wasn’t available any more, wasted an hour and a half of our time, already ported number and info over and so now we have to call and undo what they did. Stupidity.

Wow! Walked in to ask a couple of questions about my contract with them and the manager, Kyle was acting like I was asking him to do a back flip or something. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long while. His attitude was horrid and I can only imagine how he trains his employees with that kind of an attitude! Can’t wait until my contract is up with this company. Unfortunately I’m locked in until next May.
