I LOVE this place the people are so friendly the food is good fresh and I love the fact that it’s a Christian business, also I love the new app

The only thing I find bad is the chicken! Store is clean, spotless! The service is friendly and crew is in perfect uniform! Like I said the chicken is the worst. Tasteless dry and small portion! Skip this chain!

Great quality chicken! A little pricey than normal for a fast food restaurant but it’s worth it for what you get!

I came in on a weekday for a quick bite since I was in the area and there are not any Chick-​fil-​a restaurants near me. I ordered chicken nuggets and a chocolate shake. The employee bringing out my food couldn’t find me, so I waited longer than usual, but no big deal. The chicken nuggets are made of actual pieces of chicken and the chocolate shake was perfect. I’ll be back when I’m in the area!

I haven’t been to a Chick-​Fil-​A since the early 2000’s down in Miami, so I can’t remember enough to compare.
This trip, I went through the drive-​thru on a week day around 4pm. The cars ahead of me were moving pretty quickly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a waffle fry. Both items were delicious and it cost me about $ 6. The sandwich was a lot bigger than I thought it would be so for the price, it’s definitely worth your time and $$$.

I have been eating here since opening day. What makes this location so special is Alvaro, his wife Alex, and Ana. Together they lead a group of wonderful, warm, courteous, professional, and respectful employees. The staff always say, «it is my pleasure» but they truly mean it, just look at their eyes when they are talking. The food is always hot and tasty, but it is the staff at this location that always bring me back, it’s like going home after a long absence. This location gets extra props from me as they do employee a special needs employee, that they help give her a real purpose, and she too values and enjoys her job in a most happy and professional way.

I usually LOVE chick fil a — I go to the one on State at least twice a week; however, I was disappointed to find a worm in my bowl of fruit. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know that they had contaminated fruit in inventory, and the person that I spoke to was very apologetic on the phone and reassured me that I’d receive a full refund. When I returned to the store, this was not the case. The manager Emily was rude with me and refused to issue a full refund because I didn’t bring back ALL the food, just the fruit bowl with the worm in it. I explained to her how ridiculous this was, and finally she brought up a general supervisor who gave me all my money back and blamed the issue on Chick-Fil-A’s suppliers (not sure if this was the most professional approach, but I just wanted my cash). All in all, horrible experience. If you eat here, AVOID THE FRUIT.
UPDATE: The owner of this particular Chick Fil A, Alvaro Botero, has called me to apologize for the worm in my food… only to accuse me mistaking the worm for a piece of orange… I most definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

My husband and I came here for lunch on a Saturday before we start our grocery shopping. I was craving chicken nuggets and this place was closest to our house. There weren’t many people inside when we got there (a little before 12pm). I had the 12 pieces chicken nuggets with fries meal and my husband ordered their grilled chicken. The chicken nugget pieces are very small! My husband says the good thing is that it’s not that breaded compared to other chicken nuggets but it is so tiny. Fries were good. Service was good. People are very friendly, and they have the cow mascot walking around greeting people.

Absolutely the friendliest most attentive staff I’ve seen in any restaurant. And for being fast food, super nice. The other fast food chains should come here and learn from this staff. My first time eating here and overall really good.

Inside the store or outside in the drive-​thru, THE SERVICE IS GREAT.
I’ve been to this store quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. The inside of the store is always very clean, bright, and inviting. Even times where the line is out the door and the seating area is packed, they work hard to ensure that it remains clean.
The drive-​thru always moves fast and my order is always right! Those are both bonuses in comparison to other «fast-​food» restaurants.
Though I do feel as though they are a bit pricey, the food is always fresh and tastes great!

How do you not give a Chick-​fil-​A five stars? Ok, I can think of one store that generally falters, but this is not it. As is standard with Chick-​fil-​A locations, the chicken sandwiches and nuggets are always hot and fresh, the waffle fries delicious, and the lemonade tastes as if it has just been squeezed and with the perfect amount of sugar added.
I’d give them a couple bonus stars for the exceptionally friendly and outgoing staff if I could.

After getting out of work late on a Saturday night, I was hungry and tired and didn’t want to stop somewhere… where I’d need to show my face. I hadn’t had time for a break and I decided stopping for dinner on the way home would be good enough. Driving around Riverside, looking for familiarity, I found a Chick-​fil-​A. Chick-​fil-​a is consistent in it’s food and customer service. I ordered the usual… spicy chicken sandwich meal and I was not disappointed. The fries runneth over and the customer service was fine. Not super friendly like most places, but good enough.
On a side note, the drive thru is really long so I bet it’s really useful at busy times.

Super friendly management and staff at this Chick Fil A. Nice and clean, great food! A definite favorite when I’m in the neighborhood.

I was delighted to see this fast food franchise come to North Riverside, and I think it’s a good addition to the area. The design of this location is convenient and comfortable. The drive thru has two lanes, for fast ordering. The dining room has lots of window seats. And reliable wi-​fi.
The star of the show of course is the chicken. Their spicy chicken sandwich is the real deal. As in, it will put a real hole in your stomach, and you will have to deal. I also enjoy the fruit salad, lemonade (regular and diet), and the waffle fries.
As in all Chick-​fil-​a locations, the staff here are so sweetly friendly that it’s easy to suspect they were kidnapped by a cult and brainwashed to work here. It’s never too much, but it does give one pause.
It is unfortunate that the family owners of Chick-​fil-​a have supported so many right wing religious causes, including an organization that campaigns against gay marriage. But I will continue to patronize this business because the chicken is good. And because gay marriage in America is winning. Spicy chicken and human rights go great together, don’t you think?
I do wish they were open on Sundays. Just because that’s when I most desire chicken.

Finally, I got to try out Chik-​fil-​A. The guys were friendly and joking with us.
I tried Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Combo. The chicken was good, but I think I will opt for plain next time. The lettuce and tomato just didn’t go too well with the sandwich. Waffle fries weren’t that good.
Would like to give them another try.

I love consistency! I love great service — when the folks taking my order realize that they are surrounded by several other businesses that I could have chosen to go to, but I chose their business.
This Chick-​fi-​A is new to the area. The only other one that is closer is west on route 56, west of Oak Brook. I don’t frequent them often, however, I do like their morals and standard. I was out and about, (at my rollerskating lesson), and the son wanted something special — I do spoil him too much — so Chick-​fil-​A.
The only down side that the son pointed out was the price $ 6.88 for an 8piece chicken nugget meal, (waffle fries and large drink), was a bit much, however, it’s real chicken, not pink goo. Still, nearly 7 dollars is a bit much.
The service was great — especially since I have received far less from other local establishments. Plus, I noticed that Chick-​fil-​A was busy on a Wednesday evening, inside and drive-​thru. The restaurant was clean. The parking lot and drive thru were equally impressive, (although it is new). People appeared happy. It’s nearby, what can I say — when it’s time for a treat for the family, (and momma doesn’t want to cook), I’ll run out to Chick-​fil-​A — it’s in the hood. :-)
