I’ve got email from jack in the box for million burger giveaway. So i asked if i can use the coupon but this guy told me i need text message only. Then Why do you guys send the coupon by mail if you only accept the coupon by text. Are you kidding me? So stupid

This is a great Jack-in-the-Box, service is gray, place is very clean, everyone is very very very helpful. Had a great time here enjoyed one of the new items on for breakfast. The worst jack in the box ever! They ALWAYS get the orders wrong, I asked for a breakfast sandwich and they didn’t give me the right one. On one sandwich I asked for extra meat and they charged me and when I opened it they didn’t add it and when I went back thur she didn’t understand how I paid for extra and it wasn’t there.

Horrible, absolute horrible! I was hungry so I jumped off the freeway and found jack in the back right away. I parked and walked in, looking at the menu the guy seemed annoyed he had to wait for us. My husband ordered a burger with curly fries and I ordered a 2 tacos and curly fries. As we were waiting for our food there was a rancid smell, i was hoping it was coming from the bathroom, but after we got our food it very well could have been coming from the kitchen. We got our food to go so we could get back on the road. We told the guy to have a good day(i guess only our parents taught us manners) and we got a grunt back from him. As we got on the free way, we noticed they only gave us one curly fry… checked the receipt and we were charged for 2… thanks jack in the box. The food tasted horrible! the oil they cooked the fries in was dirty tasting and teh taco was soggy. I have been looking to lose a pound of 2 so i guess i should thank them for helping out with that… if you catch my drift.

Our total order was 1 burger an order of fries and 2 regular tacos. I asked for redhot and ranch. They gave Mr one of each. When I asked for 1 more of each they said .10 cents each. Now, I advised that the burger was for my boyfriend and the two tacos were for me and we would share fries; so since they are going to two different people could I again get an extra ranch and red hot just as if we were to have ordered separately. The guy who took my order, Gerardo, turn to the manager and asked him. The manager said«no sorry» I said this was ridiculous because he himself has given me extra condiments before without any problems or even asked charge me he just repeated again«Sorry.» The reason for my bad review is not that they are charging 10 cents, it’s the simple fact that it’s going to two different people and if I’m asking for an extra ranch and extra red hot it shouldn’t be a problem. Especially when I’ve been there before plenty of times before and we have ordered the same thing.

Usually when I order fast food I don’t leave reviews, but I can’t believe how badly overcooked these stuffed jalepenos were. I’m not a food critic, and I don’t expect perfection from every place I go to– especially when it comes to fast food. That being said, I’m not totally oblivious to the point where I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I worked in fast food and I know how it works. When a food item is ordered and then cancelled after it’s already cooked, it’s left out to be kept warm for reheating on the next order. Most items are okay that way and no one knows the difference. But with fried items like this? TOTALLYOBVIOUS! These were so disgusting that I couldn’t get past the first bite. If I hadn’t taken it home I would’ve returned it and spoken with the manager(nicely because I’ve been in customer service way too long to ever be a b****) and I wouldn’t have left this review. So look at this as a message to management: pick your battles when it comes to reheating food! GROSS!

It’s JIB — it’s fast food. I don’t care how good the commercials are(love the ones with a stoned Jack!), it’s still fast food. It’s not gourmet. That said, this is a good location. Good, fast service. They are super nice.

This is my go-to Jack in the Box, and I have to say whether you actually go in or you go through the drive thru, the employees here are AWESOME!!! I am a Jack in the box addict so they pretty much know me here. Unlike some Jack in the Box’s they actually give me all the sauce I want. instead of limiting the preggo to a few lowly cups of ranch, they give me a whole handful. I love it! The machine in the front can be kind of annoying but if it gets really bad, you can always just order with a live human cashier.

I Had went to this Jack in the box mainly because I work across the street. They have this new machine its says order here and get two free tacos with your order. So I made my order it came to 4.92 I Paid with my ATM. I never got my tacos. I was like what ever I dont really need them 3 days latter I made a deposit in my account and It was short 5 bucks. I found out the that Jack in Box charge me twice. I called my bank and they told me no problem call Jack in the Box and talk to them first. At first it was cool when I had called yes no problem come in tomorrow. and the manager will help you between 8 and 4. the next day I walk in and the manager was rude hardly wanted to talk me just being really mean and very unprofessional told me she cant help me and that was it… scene i was all ready there i had paid with cash and left…
