I was a little worried about what the chicken would be like after reading all the negative reviews… I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the chicken was delicious!

I order from here all of the time and when they started offering online ordering I thought it was going to be great. It was anything but. I had placed my usual order and waited. The driver delivered the incorrect order and still wanted payment. When I called the store to complain they said that I would have to drive to the store or wait for a credit next week that I may or may not be able to use. They refused to refund me or honor the original order.

Maybe you should listen to the person that called you to put in an order. Maybe you should treat customers with a little more respect then you did my call. Maybe you should not tell them where they live. Rudeness will NOT make the customer come back. Arguing with the customer will NOT make customer come back. Since I am that said customer I will NOT keep my mouth shut!

Nothing great. Fried wings dipped in sauce. They werent hot wings how i like them… they werent crispy and fried hard. But … for a quick meal grab… they sufficed. The employees were nice. Salad was huge. I like the fact that they deliver.

Food is horrible. Place smells like it has a sewage and mildew issue. My food even smelled like it last time. Dried out wings, always get my order wrong, usually forget to give me a blue cheese. Lost 12 pounds last time I had their wings due to food poisoning.

The staff is awesome and the chicken is great! The wait area is clean and they have sports on all the time.

I think the name of this establishment is fun and playful. Next time, I think I’m going to walk in the door and say«Cluck u too». This place is franchise restaurant located adjacent to Fort Meade, MD in Odenton. There are numerous locations located in the northeast. Parking is located in the back and a few on spots on the street. Nothing to rave home about as it has your basic chicken options, wings and boneless wings. I will give them a thumps up for the juicy boneless wings… they don’t give you that frozen taste that many boneless wings can give you. There are numerous sauce options to choose from… if you’re in the mood for mild or extremely hot, they have it. I think they go a tad bit overboard with the crazy. I ordered the 5-piece boneless wings which were fairly large, but it was drowning in the sauce that I picked which was sweet chili. Also, the macaroni and cheese lacked salt and flavor. It almost reminded me of the mac and cheese that comes out of the box from Kraft. Did take me back to my childhood though. Other than that, the chicken was pretty good. I probably will give them another go round if I’m in the mood for boneless wings. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They deliver throughout the Odenton area and also offer military discounts.

Their garlic park wings are a bit greasy, kinda made my chest hurt. But the Dijon chicken wrap was delicious! I love this place.

This place is ok. Nothing special. Decent food, low prices. The store is kind of run down but if you don’t like it Cluck U.

Fell off since they reopened from renovations in 2014. Chicken lacked flavor and biscuits didn’t have the honey taste from past. I asked for honey on the side which practically was brown water. They have seemed to put costs over taste. I hope they get back to what made them great.

When thinking about this place I think about that kitchen confidential episode where the chef wants to order the fattiest most unhealthy things from Anthony’s restaurant because his doctor said he will die soon due to a heart condition and he wanted to die a fat happy man. With that, there’s something to be said about frying everything and tossing it in various hot sauces. This location and I go way back so I might be rating based on sentimental value but I still crave those tenders tossed in the nuclear sauce with a side of fries and honey bees, hopefully it won’t be MY last meal some day. ;)

Since there has been a new owner this place has had a huge decline in service and food. My last order was incorrect(second time in as many orders since new owners and employees) and when I was eating my wings, which were dry, I found a hair in it. I used to frequently come to this location but don’t think I’ll be returning now.

Mmmm… love their fried chicken. Honey Bees are awesome too. I’m not a «wrap» girl, but my husband loves them and gets one every time we’re there. I’ve had the wings(they’re huge), but breaded and kind of soggy. That’s why I stick with the traditional fried chicken. The owner is always around and is a really nice guy. The workers there have always was courteous and patient while placing my order. They DO give military discounts if you ask. Like other reviewers stated, there are about 10 hot sauces(1 you have to sign a waiver to order) and different flavors like honey mustard, Old Bay, and teriyaki. The only negative thing I could possibly say about this location is that it always has this lingering public bathroom type smell. If they could get that under control, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

The wings were terrible. They tasted old and the sauce was just a cover up. There is also a funny smell in the restaurant when I went to pick up my food. I know it’s close to base but it’s just not worth the money or time.

For any drunken night, i can see how this place would be a hit. Otherwise, i might consider someplace else if I craved some wings. When I went, I ordered a batch of wings and a fried chicken sandwich all to my self. The bread to the chicken was a bit stale. And for the buffalo wings, the sauce tasted standard — and the breading to the wings were a bit soggy(perhaps from being drenched in the sauce for too long? I only ate them 5 minutes after I ordered them).

Right across from Ft Meade Army base. I’ve been here a couple of times for lunch. The place is clean enough. The service is above average. So far my favorite is the Old Bay wings. Very tasty and not messy at all. I recommend this place if you’re in the area and have a taste for a variety of chicken. For you heat seekers they have their extra spicy flavor that requires a waver to order if you’re into that sort of thing.

My first time ever having fried chicken smothered with honey, was here at Cluck U Chicken. I worked in the same complex as them so it was easy access. I dont come here often anymore since I work elsewhere. But when I did come here, I would either get their fried chicken with honey on top or their wings(Obviously). Caribbean Jerk. Honey BBQ. Atomic. Or Old Bay. Oh and the bread with honey! :O Everything I had here was great. Service was always good. Food was always good. 1 thing though… Do not get the wings with 911 sauce, unless you are ready to take on the challenge! Because if you’re not then you will be in trouble! Better have a gallon of milk and a tub of ice ready! 1 bite will make you feel pain!

The first time I went to Cluck-U I called in for an order and it was very simple. Even tho they were very busy, they were nice and fast with my order. I asked for a military discount, in which they gave me one when so many places don’t. Once I picked up my order it was hot and ready for pick-up. The order was completely wrapped in plastic over the styrofoam box. As for the place, it was extremely clean and it had an wall of their menu item with pretty pictures. :) I like pictures of food, I will always know what to expect. The place is a big fry joint and the menu proves it. The pricing is nice. It’s good to see that someone is not over charging for chicken wings. The wings them self’s where not my favorite because they were breaded and smothered in sauce which makes them smooshy. I don’t like eating chicken wings that taste like sponges filled with wing sauce. I know some people like that sort of thing and that’s why I only went down to a three star. Everything else was great. Great customer service, good choices, good pricing, and even on a busy Friday night they got my order out in a timely manner. Worth a 5 star but taste broke it down to a 3. Maybe if they had the option for naked and breaded chicken wings I would change my review.

This place is… EH! I’ve been wanting to try Cluck U chicken for a while. Not only did it not live up to the hype, I overpaid. I tried checking out the online menu, expecting to see prices for the food and combos that are offered. Turns out I had to call the store or visit them to get a different flyer with pricing information. That’s just too much work. The chicken was just«okay» however I can say that the french fries were damn good! That I can’t deny!
