Logan’s Roadhouse

I ordered a chicken fried steak which was way over cooked and dry like jerky. My salad consisted of a pile of lettuce with 2 slices of tomato on top. With all of the places to eat in the Odessa area I will not be returning here.

We ate here today, the first time I’ve eaten at a logans I hate to say I wasn’t to impressed with my sirloin it was cooked right but it was bland. The fried pickels were good and the staff was friendly, the waiter was great. I’m not sure if I’ll be going back.

Shut it down. Please. Cold food. Felt like I was an intruder, not a customer. Bye bye.

We decided to give this place a try again. Worst mistake I made. The restaurant was half full at best. It took 10 minutes for our waiter to show up. When he finally did show up he smelt like cigarettes bad. Gagging bad. There was no smiling just what can I get you to drink. Like we were inconveniencing him by eating there. We ordered our food and my parents also ordered side salads. Let’s just say the salads never showed up. Not until I got the on to the manager for this. The waiters excuse was that he had forgotten because he was busy. He had my table and another. That’s it. Well at least my food was hot. I gave this place a second try. Never again. You’re better off going to Chilis or Cheddars.

Service was horrible. They ran out of baked potatoes! Kept promising it would be out in a couple of minutes… 30 minutes later after our meal was done we asked for it to go. They were less than a third full. Everyone around us was privileged to the same service. Food was mediocre at best. Meat Was tough and we only asked for medium. After all of this we received $ 3 off… Wow! All of staff acted like it was their first day on the job??? Do not recommend this place.

So yes this place should have 2 stars the only great item were the pickle chips and they we’re only good after we sent the first batch back. Also sent back cold lunch veggies and everything is drenched in butter

Horrible service, horrible food. Which is something that is not out of the ordinary when you are discussing Logan’s Roadhouse. Honestly, we won’t ever come back here.

The place was out of the key menu items, out of bbq sauce for the ribs and out of ribeyes, so the salads are what they are. Best of luck!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was terrible, and the food was terrible as well. Everything we got was COLD and it took 30 minutes to just get our drinks and appetizer. Will never come here again and I would advise everyone else not a bother at this place either

The hostess waited on us pretty much, and she was great, while the waiter was hanging out in the kitchen. Our steaks were burnt and taken back to the kitchen. Such a shame that we waited about 45 minutes for our food to come out, we didn’t even eat because we were aggravated at this point. Our waiter was horrible, I couldn’t pay the guy enough for a frikin smile.

The Regional manager contacted me. He was appalled. He just took over the midland Odessa area. He thanked me for my feedback and I believe they will try to fix things at this location.
STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT TRY TO EAT AT LOGANS IN ODESSA. We ordered and 55 minutes later our waitress just said I have no idea when your food will be ready. We asked for the manager and waited a few minutes and he/​she never showed up. We said something about leaving and the waitress said she understood. Another table got up and left about 20 minutes before us without eating also. We left and went to Rosa’s. STAY AWAY FROM LOGANS IN ODESSA!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! !! From the time i arrived with my family. …3 team members standing at the greet and not even a Hello .We get seated right in front of the kitchen area. Big mistake!! we got to listen to all the bickering going on, then a fight breaks out between the wait staff. Service was pathetic and to top it all off out waitress gets Fired on the spot for fighting… Omg!!This place is in dire straits and needs a management Team !!!

Sat at the bar for thirty mins with out so much as a we will be with u shortly or hello. The only person that seem to be able to get service was a young lady whom seemed to be a coworker. This was my first visit to a Logan’s roadhouse and I was very disappointed! We would not recommend unless you enjoy terrible service!

Chicken was burnt. Steak was over cooked. Biscuits were hard. Salad bowls were hot. Service took unusually long for the amount of staffing/​clientele.

The place is filthy! The soap dispenser in the bathroom is filled with water, not soap. The rolls of paper towel are sitting on the water soaked sink top… Ack!!!
If the customers can’t wash there hands, then neither can the staff that use the bathroom

Unfortunately I seem to have visited my local Logan’s at such a bad time. We arrived at around 6pm on a Sunday evening and we were seated quickly. My review will be sorted by both the food and the service. First off let’s review the service.
We were seated quickly, really surprising for a Sunday evening or perhaps a warning sign for the time ahead of us. Once we were seated we haven’t been helped until about 10 minutes just sitting there our waiter finally appeared. He took our drink orders as well as our appetizer and food order. After about 15 more minutes he appears with our salads, but guess what, still no drinks! I mean aren’t you suppose to bring the drinks before anything else and at the same time my mother didn’t get her salad just the dressing. One of our utensils had some green junk on it, I guess Logan’s doesn’t know how to wash dishes. Another 10 minutes rolled on by and my mom finally gets her salad and we finally get our drinks. Our waiter seem to only drop off our food and drinks and take off WITHOUT ASKING IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE, I MEAN WHERE’S THE SERVICE!?! After about 15 minutes our food came in and we cancelled our order of wings for appetizer since we didn’t even get it BEFORE our main entrees came out. As time went on I noticed our waiter was slowly but surely improving his hospitality towards us, at least he made an effort to cater to us towards the end of our visit, in short the kitchen manager came out because the Country Fried Steak was a monstrosity, hard as a rock, what a way to spoil our dinner! We requested the manager take it off our ticket and take it back after about looking at it some of us lost our appetite. Overall we spent about 2 hours here and not worth the visit, won’t be dining at Logan’s anywhere anytime soon.
Secondly the FOOD… as mentioned earlier the Country Fried Steak came out looking disgusting, it was hard as a rock, dried out, not cooked well at all, at least the sirloin steak and fried shrimp came out decent although fried shrimp was soggy not crispy at all. The salad was ok, the rolls had better days, they were really dry and I see there’s a peanut rationing going on.
Overall: I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE, THIS LOGANS HAD BETTER DAYS, IT REALLY HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND THE SERVICE/​FOOD HERE IS HORRIBLE. IF YOUR WANTING STEAKS GO TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE INSTEAD, BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE!!!

Love there filet mignon very tender and there skewered veghie yummy love there appetizer and they good with kids I have gotten a bad waiter there. just yet…

Ate here for the first time was highly empressed fast service waitresses where nice glass of tea never got below half empty or half full food was hot and I will return.

Slow Service. Food was cold when it finally arrived. They messed up on the order as well. we were seated under AC vent, everyone was freezing their balls off.

I’ve been disappointed with the food here lately. The service is great, but food quality is getting worse and worse.
