Been here 10 minutes waiting for my food and 2 parties ahead of me have been waiting for their food to be re-fired because they served it cold. Dont put new people on the computer in the front with no 2nd person thats experienced there next to them. Slowest service ever!

I come here at least twice a week and I always order a bean and cheese burrito. Every time I switch it up to the famous star though I feel sick to my stomach! I start feeling nauseous, about to throw up. It’s the same with my boyfriend’s chicken club. I don’t know if they’re not keeping the meats at the right temperature or not washing their hands but i will not be coming to this location anymore.

By far worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been too. I order a six dollar burger in drive thru and they made me go wait in front cause it takes longer to cook. So when she hands me the bag I noticed it was reading light. So I go to check out burger and there’s no meat. I couldn’t believe it. I go in side tell them and they goto back and minute later they tell me sorry and hand me my burger. Thinking they fixed it but all they did is add one of the small pattys instead of thicker six dollar patty. Being on my lunch break I couldn’t go back. Never again

I will NEVER come back to this Carl’s Jr again. I’ve been here three times after renovation and the service here is still terrible. They really like to mess up your order. Just today we waited for our order until a couple came in after us. He let the couple go before us although the guy at the register said he would go to us first. He knew we existed. So we just left. Even my seven year old son noticed it. The previous time they mixed my taco salad with a chicken salad. I would give this place zero stars.

I ordered a teriyaki burger without onions or lettuce, as soon as I made it home I noticed that they didn’t remove either of those things from my burger. There was also no teriyaki sauce. Just ketchup and mayo. I mean… Cmon Carl’s Jr. You just reopened and you’re already screwing up orders? LAME.

The remodel hasn’t increased anyone’s IQ at this location. They leave the open signs on and then get mad when you pull through the drive-through. Didn’t appreciate being laughed at by the staff member as I tried to back out of the drive-through at 1AM because it was too much trouble for the contractor to move his truck blocking the exit. I won’t bother at this location again.

The first time I came to this location was for my little sister. I was taking her to her doctor when we saw the grand opening signs and her the guy on the megaphone saying to come in to win prizes and what not. After her appointment we went to get her food and ask what exactly they were giving away. To our dismay, they weren’t giving away anything. They were just trying to bring people in for business. Also, that there would be a radio station coming but that wasn’t until October 10th and they will be giving away prizes. Ok. Whatever. I end up returning later strictly out of convenience. I really didn’t pay much attention to the timing since I was hungry and annoyed by the employee saying«my pleasure«after every word I said. But I’m sure I wait 5 minutes at the window for the food. My tenders were nice and crispy but my sauce(honey mustard) on the other hand was watery and tasteless! I returned today(per the mister) to order chicken tenders meal and kid meal. And a famous star combo. After pulling up to the window, the guy handed me my drinks and said he would be right back. Around 4 minutes later he asked if I could pull to the front so they can bring my food right out. After 13 mins a guy finally comes out with my bag of food. The food was ok. Tenders were nice and crispy but one batch of fires was beyond over cooked. Carl’s has always had the best BBQ sauce out of all the fast food chains. Not any more! Just like their honey mustard, it’s watered down and bland. As much as I wouldn’t want to come back due to their slow service, I will. That’s only because I brought some coupon books off one of the kids near my moms house lol.

Run away and don’t look back! Can someone please show these workers how a little bit of elbow grease can go a long way? First of all, this place is FILTHY and in terrible shape. Siding and backing falling off of booths, all wall tiles and bathroom doors are greasy and covered in handprints. Now let’s get to how awful their service is. This lady saw us standing at the register and turned her back without so much as saying«I’ll be with you in a moment.» Then she went on to ignore us for nearly 5 minutes while she was simply staring into the kitchen without moving. She then turns around and says, «are you ready to order?» Oh, thank you for saying hello and greeting me in a polite and welcoming manner!!! Whoever owns this particular location needs to SERIOUSLY overhaul their dining room and retrain their staff!!!

never returning. this is not the first time i had a bad exsperience. in previous visits, i have been shorted items, received cold coffee, received wrong orders, received cold fries– all the time while using the drive through. i have to get off the car every time they error– DEFEATINGTHEPURPOSEOF A DRIVETHRU! this time i ordered a combo– the soda was warm, the burger was dry, and here is a picture of the LARGE criss cut fries. i was totally screwed. i live 2 blocks away and love carls jr. too bad this one SUCKS!

I came to this Carl’s Jr. on the way home from a 3-hour road trip on 12/15/2013, despite my general distrust of fast-food restaurants near interstate highways(see my review of the Carl’s Jr. in Coalinga, CA as a good example). I had a late breakfast, so I only ordered fries and a drink, but the rest of my group each ordered a full meal. The general manager, whose name I can’t remember now, took our order and brought our food to the table. Unlike the food at the aforementioned Carl’s, the food here was properly cooked, looked appetizing, and tasted great. As I was finishing my meal, the general manager walked over with a survey form and encouraged us to leave some feedback. The bathroom was clean, as well, and all the essentials were in stock. I am very impressed with the manager’s involvement in the store’s upkeep, and for that alone I give her and the rest of the staff five stars.

Great place, the guy with the mustache is really nice. Got my food in less than 3 minutes on Easter Sunday. Very clean place friendly staff, good food.
