McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is very unprepared I asked for salad turns out they didn’t have any salads I asked for large drink turns out they didn’t have large drinks not the cups or anything in general. The manager in charge gave me two Mac café cups and said he was going to charge me as a large drink so I gave it one star because their unprepared and also because there bathrooms are very disgusting; they don’t clean them every hour most likely they clean them every week or so.

For at least the past two months this McDonald’s has not had ice cream. The have no warning sign to alert you in the drive-​thru and attempting to purchase a cone results in not only frustration but also a wasted wait in line. Other equipment breaks including soda machines with the same results. Time for a refresh.

worst service ever! it was 2pm and the dinning room looked like a tornado hit. I asked to sub big mav sauce on my mcdouble. First i already knew if u hit the sub mac sauce key there is no extra charge. The dimwit at the register was befudled that i knew that. then when i asked for sauce on both buns they wanted to charge extra.“only sauce on top bun is free”, says the dimwit at the register. which is totally false. ive eaten at every mcds in the area and i never saw a team so determined to pinch an extra 60 cents for mac sauce. then i asked for pico on the side, which surprisingly they didnt want to charge me, but the idiot cook AND manager were stupid enough to flop it into a cardboard mcnuggets container instead of a plastic soffet container. i was like this shit is going to drip all over my bag can u put it in a salsa container? the dimwit cook rolled her eyes and finally figured it out so im smh saying «yeah thats what those plastic containers are made for Moron» she hands me the container and when i dont say anything she snaps «you’re welcome». what a dumb bitch. this place is a dump and should it burn down it would not be missed.

This location is filthy. Everything looks dirty, the food is poorly prepared. And the cashiers are rude. If you don’t want to help out your customers then why work in customer service? The restrooms are disgusting and there’s always homeless hanging out. I went in to eat with my son and the whole place was surrounded by flies. If I wanted to eat with the flies I would’ve stayed in my own back yard.

Went inside for the very first time and Holy Shit this place is absolutely disgusting. There were left over trash from previous customers oders on several tables. i even saw a seperate room by the kids area where it looked like a bomb went off in there. As i was close to finishing i saw a man from one table walk across to an empty table with random napkins and grab them and wipe his mouth. I was like WTH… gross. Not to mention i am about to empty my tray into the trash there was no room for me to even squeeze my trash into the damn trash can… THIS PLACE NEEDS A HEALTH INSPECTOR IMMEDIATELY!!! Never eaten at a place this bad ever.

Disgusting restrooms flooded and the employees are not cleaning it. Kids pay ground is dirty. Homeless hanging out all around. Tables dirty. Place needs help l!

I believe the issues start with the Owners of the Mc Donald’s. I happened to be at the Rancho Cucamonga Mc Donald’s on foothill near the Victoria Gardens where there was a meeting with looked like some store owners. I sat a listened as I learned that these people gathered where the owners of the Mc Donald’s on 4^th Street on Ontario and a couple of others in the area I think I heard La Puente and West Covina. Turns out it was members of the Web Family Management.
From what I could gather the company was mainly founded by the father who was probably in in late 70’s. Surrounded by his children and probably in laws. The family is all African American decent. All were dressed as if they were on their way to church in their Sundays best which included fur coats.
The person that was running the meeting appeared to be a regional manager that explained the reason why they called the meeting at the brand new rancho Cucamonga store we was to show that them how well the new store was doing with all the neat upgrades and accommodations. The regional manager had explained that 3 of the 4 stores needed major reconstruction to be in line with the rest of the Mc Donald locations. It was explained that all of the stores were late 90’s style reconstructions stores. You can tell they are 90’s store by the red roof tile with yellow beams.
Reaction from the family was concerning. They responded with making statements that they did not want to make any changes to the stores and that it was not worth making the investment. They felt like they were in a «buy back» situation. Further research into the Mc Donald’s franchise revealed that this would mean Mc Donald’s would buy back their store. Why did they feel this way? Because apparently they had gotten millions of dollars in debt from the 4 stores they own and have since paid off but did not want to invest in their store again. Suggestions that the trees in the front of the store should cut down because you cant even see the store! Those suggestions were shot down.
My opinion and this only my opinion is that this store and other related store is the product of poor management and investment.
TIP the best stores you will visit will be the corporate stores. Look up Mc Donald’s website. One of the best ones I have ever been to was the one at Foothill and Archibald. The employees are so happy and confidant in their jobs. Order is always hot. The packing is neat and fresh.
There are always shady looking people lurking in the parking lot. Parking lot smells like old food and mildew. Homeless people posting up in the drive thru begging for food.
I will not be visiting the 4^th street store until after I see some MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION.

I got ripped off! Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and got 10 pieces in return. Sadly i couldnt go back considering I was in a hurry and went through the drive through. I dont want to sterotype, but the young college students working there in the times after school are the ones who really can mess ur order. I almost left without dip and a drink without asking in the pick up window. Also, there was a white speck on my chicken nugget. What was it? I threw that piece away and ate the others. Didnt want to be ripped off more by not eating them.

The guys there were very nice, very clean cut… Idk what it was they made me feel welcome. Very fast, everything was great.

Should of checked Unilocal before coming here. was a quick stop so didn’t think about it… staff is rude and dumb I went through the drive-​thru and had to repeat my order several times seamed like the person did not know what they were doing at the register once I paid I pulled up to get my food and the guy was so rude not even a thank you or your welcome not even acknowledge that your at the window! Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I rarely come to this McDonald’s. I only do because it’s close by, but not anymore. Of all the times I’ve came here, every single time they mess up my order. You would think once would be alright but every single time you go??? That’s ridiculous. I do not recommend this McDonald’s unless you like getting your order wrong.

Do not recommend coming here. We were served fries that were really stale and some that were looking hella rotten. The ice machine definitely needed to be cleaned; there was mold on the machine + water gross

This has to b the worst Mac Donald’s I’ve ever gone to the employees are so rude and the manager don’t really do anything thing the only employees that actually had nice costumer skills was a young girl I think her name was Melanie I give this star tanks to her

This MacD has the worse service, got a combo and noticed my large fries was barely full, I just wanted them to look like the advertisement on the wall. I politely ask three times to make it right and each time they took my bag, disappeared behind the wall, then gave me back my bag with the same amount of fries. This was done by the manager working at 5:45 pm on Friday the 19^th.
They just laughed and probably do this to all their customers, giving up on MacD. MacD Headquarters, please do something (provide proper training, especially for your managers).

So. I’m back. God damn the manager is a joke. No wonder the employees are equally as incompetent lol. I was going to get 3 mc. doubles, so since it was close I thought hey whatever it won’t be trouble. Hell no! Drive thru AGAIN is horrendous so I decide to get off and go in since it was 9 I was thinking it’d be open. All doors are locked with no open/​closed sign in sight and just so I don’t look like I’m complaining because it was closed, the manager from far away signals idk wtf (maybe gtfo?) but it looked like the hand gesture to go around to idk where?. Either that or he decided to do spontaneous ballet. Ugh. Who the hell hired this fool? This particular mc. Donald’s give a disgusting rep to the brand. P. s. The place still looks like sh*t.

This place is dirty they need to maintain the dinning area it looks like a crap and the manager is very unprofessional not only did i wait 20 minutes in the dinning area for my food it came out cold i advice the young lady about my food and she happily did the exchange also i over heard the manager say to her «give it to them cold send them away i reply and said I’ve been here 20 minutes for a happy meal and a coffee he ignored me like a coward «really hope your corporate reads this totally unprofessional was there on 11÷5÷2015 at 5:20 pm the manager was a African American who needs better training and keep the business clean! thumbs down you lost a loyal McDonald’s customer …

I find the comments on this place kind of sad but also funny. Can’t believe these things happened here. I’m so glad I didn’t have any issue here when I was here. I had bought these gift cards to try out. I guess when you use one, you always have to have the cashier click on a button. That was so annoying. It was rather funny also.
We ordered coffee, chicken wrap and the southwest chicken salad. Everything tasted pretty good. The southwest didn’t taste as great as it used to though. It was one of my favorite salads here back in the day.
If you’re into free stuff, there’s a survey on the receipt that you can do within 7 days. Then within the next 30 days, you can get a BOGO quarter pounder with cheese or egg mcmuffin.

Gilbert the Manager is very good customer service. He listened to me and replaced my food without any hassle.
I gave 4 stars and food looks great

This place is DISGUSTING!!! I understand it’s in a low income area that doesn’t mean the staff doesn’t have to clean, Every single table was dirty I ended up having to wipe someone else’s filth off the table just to sit down. The ketchup was empty the trash can in the playground area is broken making it difficult to throw your trash away low life’s everywhere stay away at all cost.

If I could give them no stars that’s what I would do.
They served me a RAW CHICKEN sandwich! I will be posting a picture so you can see. I know McDonald’s is a CHEAP fast food place, I’m not asking for much other than a fully cooked sandwich!!! How hard is that!!! So disgusting! I will NEVER eat McDonalds again! Make sure to check and see if your food is cooked!
I called the store and they said they couldn’t hear me… I was on my work landline when I called soooo pretty sure they could hear me. I was hung up on! I also called/​email corporate and haven’t heard a thing. Cool!
Honestly the most disgusting thing ever!
