Our family attended the restaurant for dinner. It had been 9 months since we had come to red lobster. We were very excited! Jenn, our initial server was EXCEPTIONAL! She represented everything that customer service should represent. She was due to go off shift shortly, so MARY took over after about 10 minutes. Once our food arrived, we awaited for Mary to come back so we could ask for more silverware(ours were accidentally taken away with the salads), we also needed ranch for the broccoli, and gravy for the mashed potatoes. Mary never returned to ask how our food was, or to see if we needed anything else. After roughly 5 minutes, we asked a passing waiter for the silverware — he nicely gave us some. Still no waitress. She was ‘around’ but never stopped by. By this time, another 10 minutes passed by, we had no more drinks, needed 4 refills, still had no gravy or ranch because she hadn’t stopped by — so we hadn’t asked. By the time Mary returned, we were completely finished with our food. We inquired about where she had been and the requests we had. She copped attitude and stated she didn’t know we needed anything. At this time, in frustration, I asked for refills — but asked for the wrong refill(raspberry tea instead of raspberry lemonade). Once she brought the refill I asked — I noticed it was the wrong one. However, she did not offer to bring the intended raspberry lemonade. She then no less than threw the bill at the table and walked off. We had all intentions of not leaving a tip at all as she did not earn it. However, due to the incredible food, the chefs, the ambiance, and Jenn’s exemplar customer service, we felt it was right to leave a tip — even though it was NEVER intended for it to go to MARY. This review would rate a ZERO for Mary and top notch for the food and Jenn — hence the in between rating of 3 stars. We will keep an eye out and advise future patrons to refrain from using Mary as their waitress. We will sf odd them to ask specifically for Jenn.

I have had some bad service before but I have never waited so long to order, receive food, get any refills on beverages, or get the check let alone sign for one… our avg wait for most things was about 30 mins. at the end of our meal we told our server that we needed to pick up our child from school and we waited almost 15 mins for the check and 15 mins for the server to bring it back. The food was tasty but was not worth the almost 2 hour s it took from beginning til the end. The one bright note was a server named Jay, he realized the issues and tried to help multiple tables that were not his. That is true teamwork. We will not be going back.

Prices are quite steep here for the amount of portions they give you, but they do have some tremendous deals that are well worth the sit down. The Wait staff can be unfriendly at times, but it does get busy in there. Still and all you must smile thru the pain people come on now. Anywho, i go for the endless shrimp or anytime i catch a deal on a seafood feast, oh and the CHEDDARBUSCUITS are phenomenal !!!

Waited 10 minutes for a table, which was acceptable, then waited another 15 minutes and nobody even took our drinks. People being served next to us and they just sat down after their table was cleaned. What do u have to do to get serve at this place. Poor customer service REDLOBSTER!

Went in Valentine’s Day weekend Friday before the rush, the host said it would be about a 20⁄25 minute wait, but we were seated within 10⁄15 minutes, our server was great, Monique did such a great job at making my party comfortable & she took care of us all night, the food & drinks were excellent!

I came here because I was given a gift card from a friend. First and Last time here. Food is mediocre and overpriced. The hostess was not very inviting when we arrived. She made it very obvious that she did not enjoy her job. The wait was ridiculous. 15 mins to get seated. 15 mins to receive water. Another 20min to receive food! We never received any refills and our waitress only came back once just to give us our check.

We will never eat here again. My boyfriend and I had the worst dinning experience here. It was laughable. We waiting over 30 mins just to be seated in the bar, by the kitchen, with broken lamps. There’s lobster, mussels, and lots of shrimp items. This place is pretty good. Nice atmosphere; cozy and clean. Bread service. The menu is full of seafood like fish, crab legs and oysters. But the highlight is mainly lobster. Not the best lobster I’ve ever had, but decent. The majority of the items are shrimp related: deep fried, shrimp and macaroni, shrimp skewers and shrimp scampi. It was quite delicious. Most large entrees come with a salad or with an additional charge some soup. Sides include items such as mashed/baked potatoes and corn. I go here once in awhile to fill up on bread and decently priced seafood. I like shrimp, so I order the shrimp platter, 3 items for 19.99. There’s an option for 4 items at a price for 24.99 but three choices was more than enough for me and leftovers. The desserts seem nice but never tried it before because I have always been so full at the end of the meal.

Went for the first time and had the seaside shrimp trio. It came with battered and fried shrimp, buttered shrimp, and shrimp linguini Alfredo, one side, and a salad. I picked broccoli as my side but it was really overcooked and was wayyy too soft. The battered shrimp was not to my liking either. I like greasy foods but it was too much and super salty even when it was covered with the dipping sauce. The buttered shrimp was really good though. Alfredo/linguini was alright, the little shrimp in it made that part of the dish better otherwise I wouldn’t have enjoyed it that much either. Wouldn’t recommend trying this dish if you’re craving shrimp. The breads they gave were bomb though and we had the stuffed mushroom appetizer and that was really good too. The service was good, can’t complain cause it was lunch time and they were really busy and out waiter was nice so it was a decent overall experience. I don’t regret going but I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon

First and last visit to Red Lobster. The food was mediocre and over-priced for what it was. Service was slow even though we came early(4:15). There wasn’t any silverware on the table when the waitress brought our salads and I guess she didn’t notice? Had to ask two or three times for everything. My husband finally had to go to the bar to get my three year old granddaughter’s orange juice. Our waitress was very nice but either overwhelmed or in the wrong business. This place was very forgettable and I would not recommend.

I am a big fan of Red Lobster and often visit them when I am home in the San Francisco Bay Area. Unfortunately our visit here was not pleasant. We came on a Sunday night around 9:30pm and it looked like they were annoyed we came so late. First the oysters looked and smelled fishy, we sent them back. Gross! Salad didn’t taste fresh. Our lobster dishes were so so, very dry. Not to the standards I expected. Only bright side is our drinks were good. Staff started vacuuming around us WHILE we were eating. That drove me nuts. I don’t care if it is almost closing time but if you have guest you can’t be rude. Visit was just a shame.

Came here for dinner with my girlfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and it took our server, Leilani(Leila?), half an hour to even come to our table and ask us what we wanted to drink; apparently she didn’t see us waiting right next to her other 2 tables she was serving. She was also giving everyone else attention over us. When we were done eating, we waited another half hour for her to take our payment, and she forgot about us again of course, then proceeded to laugh at us when she remembered we were there. The manager was nice enough to deduct the bill in half, and the food was really good, but lesbi-honest, our server was horrible.

We stopped by pretty late for their all you can eat Shrimp Fest. We had the most amazing service at the bar! I wish I got his name. He was the bartender but had this calmness and ease about himself. I really, really liked that he was relaxed and efficient at the same time. There were two other females working and talking with us and they were actually enjoying doing their work. We had a great visit! Great food!!!

I Would first like to Say to the Management at the Ontario Mills Red Lobster, THANKYOU for Ruining My Mothers 78thBIRTHDAY!!! I personally called at 1:00pm requesting to make a Reservation for my family of 13 People to eat Dinner there, Red Lobster used to be my Parents favorite place to eat, until September 24th. The Person that answered the phone said you did not take reservations. When I arrived there, What did I see on Your Wall!!! Call ahead for RESERVATIONS. So the gentleman taking names, asked this person and he told him that he talked to me. I would have thought that he would try to seat Us, no we waited for over 45 minutes and their big Room was Empty this whole time. Your Company has lost our entire family because of this. I will also make sure that my friends are aware of the lousy service we had at this location.

First thing all the food was good, except the ranch dressing(weak flavor), & The Lobster Bisque! Almost $ 6. For a cup of pink liquid w NOLOBSTER at all. Asked our server who said, «I know, I don’t know why, they used to put lobster in it.» Grrr what the heck‼ I am disabled, using a cane, had my 88 yo mom with me celebrating my birthday. She uses a walker & has bad eyes. The waitress & a manager on break suggested going out this door thru the patio gate. NOONE warned us that when you step thru the gate there is an immediate curb drop off‼ I stepped down it by accident wrenching my back & quickly warned her to turn left & go down the HC ramp! She would have fallen off that curb w her walker & God knows what injuries she would have sustained. This needs fixing immediately!
