The food is ok I mean is what you expect to be be from a fast food restaurant, but the service is beyond horrible, the new manager alejandra(an old woman) seems like she doesn’t know what’s going on, she is always drinking or eating or doing something also while there is a line of costumers and food to run to tables, my breakfast burrito took 20 minutes this morning cause the cashier was working by herself in front and the drive thru

What a difference in places compared to the Carl’s Jr on Main Street. In this place the employees are not idiots and they are very courtious. Everything is done with a professional attitude rather than I’m doing you a favor attitude. If your going to eat at Carl’s Jr. Make it this one.

I swear your location at 1520 E. Katella, Orange CA92867 is operated by idiots. One day, no fries. Another, no bacon. Today, they don’t even know the current promotions even if it’s posted all over the store. I ordered the Ultimate Care Package Combo, the cashier didn’t seem to know what it was, even while I was pointing to it on the counter. When I mentioned the Tex Mex combo, he rang it up as such And asked medium or large. So I said medium. When the combo arrives, there’s no game piece. When I asked about the game piece, cashier says only if you order a large, even though it says«when you order the ultimate care package combo OR a large drink» If I’m ordering the Ultimate Care Package combo off the bat, then shouldn’t he already know that means large then. Is it my fault the employee didn’t know the current promotion more so than the customer. Terrible service. The past 3 times I’ve been to this location, there is always an issue.

I had the worst experience tonight at this Carl’s jr. On katella. I pulled through the drive thru with my daughter and her friend and I also had my son in the car who was very sick, I went to get the 2 girls food food. I had a coupon for the chicken strips drink and fries for $ 5.00 usually $ 7 something. As I pulled up to the window to pay I noticed the drive thru attendant(named Dakota) run into the back and yell at the other staff, it was rude and disrespectful not only to the other employee but to me as the customer. When he returned to me he was fakely pleasant I handed him the coupon and my card, he said I needed another coupon to get 2 orders, I explained that I did have another coupon at home but my son was real sick, and asked if there was anything he could do to give me the same price. Seems silly to pay the $ 4.00 extra dollars he was charging me. He said no and was pretty rude then gave me my card back. When he gave me my card back he was rude and he forgot to give me my coupon so I asked for it. He handed me back a coupon that was not even mine. When I told him that it was the wrong coupon he was super rude in tone and actions. Then I asked for his managers number or a number to corporate. He refused to give me either number and proceeded to give me the phone number to the store and then told me he was in charge there. When he told me his was in charge I said to him«well if you are the one in charge you should not be, I heard you yell at your employees and you should not treat people with disrespect.» To this he yelled back at me! Well You should be able to pay your money!!! I can not believe the lack of respect this kid had toward me even my kids were upset, at how he treated us. Wow I am appalled by this behavior and the lack of customer service! Dakota refused to give me the corporate number so I drive around the front of the building a few minutes later only to find him doing something in front of the sticker on the window with the number to the corporate office. This is horrible customer service from a big chain, lack of compassion, respect, and professionalism! Sad to say we won’t be going back!

Ok, Carl’s junior is like the best cheap fast food hamburger chain but… this location is an embarrassment to the whole company. I went there on a Sunday night at 10:10 and went straight to the drive thru because I figured it was open later than the dine-in although I saw a few people eating inside. I waited at the drive thru screen for a couple minutes and there was silence so I drove around to the front door and checked the times. It said the drive thru closes at 10 but the dine-in part was open until 11. SWEET! Except the doors were locked and the worker or manager in there or whatever was staring at me through the glass telling me they’re closed. He finally came out to talk to me like 5 minutes later(10:20ish) and he said they are closed. I pointed at the hours on the window and he said they close at 10 and I said«no, the Sunday time shows that you’re open until 11» and he said no that’s a mistake ANDTHENHESTARTEDPEELINGOFFTHETIMEHOURSOFFTHETHEFREAKINGWINDOW! Are you SERIOUS!!! Usually Carl’s junior is sooooooo awesome! What the eff is wrong with that guy?! This location should be investigated by higher up management…

Just look around when you get here and you will know why it will never have more than half of the seats full at it’s busiest time. First of all, somebody needs to come and wipe down the tables in the seats they are messy and disgusting. The only reason I gave this place two stars was because the burger was actually pretty good. Do not order the onion rings they must have been made a week ago and they brought them out for me to have now.

I rarely and randomly get Carls Jr and when I do I’m just not pleased with the food. At least at this location it’s hit or miss and recently it’s been a lot of misses! Tonight our food was messy and not good that we ordered thru the drive thru. We ordered two bacon swiss sandwiches that do not have ketchup but for some reason the boxes they came in were dirty with ketchup on the outside and inside. You can tell they were trying to be wiped too because the bottom of the boxes looked smeared from a rag. The tomato in both were really soggy. One of them had a bun that looked like it was cut wrong and shaved thin. It was flaking off with just a touch. Also I know the mayo is usually a lot but it was literally blobbed so much that it was a mess when unwrapping. The grilled chicken salad had too many leafy greens and not enough chicken. The tomato was a half of a large tomato split in two so it was big enough that I still had to break down. The croutons had no seasoning and I just wasn’t very pleased. I know it’s fast food but I’ve eaten many other salads and sandwiches from fast food joints and not experienced this . There service at least is better than their prices or food!

For a Carl’s and Green Burrito combo, it’s about what you would expect. The problem with this place isn’t food quality, but order to table service time. Their drive thru is much faster, but I don’t do drive thru at this location. It’s a bit frustrating to see a small order(one item) take longer to receive than whole meals in the drive thru, especially when they order AFTER you. It’s a guarantee that you’ll wait at least 5 minutes for anything you get outside of drinks, and even if they have no customers inside or at the drive thru window. I usually order a Big Hamburger, and even with this order being so simple, it takes anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes– too long to receive.

I’m a real Carl’s Jr prude. I believe the true test of a Carl’s Jr. is how much BBQ sauce they put on a Western Bacon Burger. Pretty much every Carl’s in the Orange area makes their Westerns either too dry or too sloppy. Not this Carl’s. This place consistently puts the perfect amount of sauce on their Westerns. The same could be said about the mayo on their spicy chicken sandwiches(Typically at other Carl’s locations you get more mayo then chicken on the sandwich.) Also, another big plus: they managed to cook the cris-cut fries without them being completely oil-sodden, which is quite rare in the Carl’s universe. This is definitely my new favorite Carl’s Jr. location. Only way it could be better is if they delivered, or if it was free.

Short-n-Sweet: Carls Jr./Green Burrito combo location; Breakfast stops at 10:30AM; fast service, convenient location since you can get to it from either direction. Story Time: Yes, I’m a fan. No shame in liking fast food. But there’s fast-and-blah, and then there’s fast-and-hit-the-spot. This Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito was a winner the day the nation went«turkey.» I quickly called my bro and see if he wanted anything before I headed out to him 10 miles away. He agreed to my suggestion of some 2 for 1 Bacon and Egg Biscuit special. Then I find out they stopped serving breakfast past 10:30am. Dang. Shudda woken up earlier. But we’re Mexican. So having a bbq chicken quesadilla, steak burrito, and some chicken fingers for kicks didn’t seem unusual for brunch food. Thank God this was a «combo location!» Otherwise, this review would have taken a different turn if I had to write about eating massive hamburgers when we were supposed to save our appetites for turkey dinner. So guess what, my food was still warm when I finally got to my bro 20 min later. The food was fast-food good, and it hit the spot so that we could go on with our day and not be crabby with the parents as they treated us like we were still teens. Oh, the joys of the holidays. Good job, Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito. Your efficiency and reliability hindered me from going elsewhere and supporting the locals. =)

finally had to try to the $ 6.00 hamburger combo. Dont! Dried out patty that certainly isnt a ½ lb patty. Stuffed with too much lettuce, mushy tomatoes, fries that had to have been sitting too long. Best part, large drink little ice.

Carls Jr. is my go to fast food restaurant. This one in particular is not to shabby. Good service(most of the time), good food and this one has a Green Burrito as well. They are alwasy busy though. It seems Ive never just drove up to the speaker. I always have to wait, but that tells you something about this Carls Jr. restaurant.

A close and convenient location, I like these combination franchises which satisfies the needs of larger party with selections of either burgers or Mexican. Service was good tonight and the food was adequate. We tend to come back. Better since the remodel, as they changed up the drive thru lane.

Just a simple fast food option of many out there, but it holds a special place in my heart. I’m in love with the salsa bar. Oh yeah, me likey. I eat at the Green B. all the time so, maybe there’s no point in posting a review more than once… But alls I gotta say is, it’s hits my taco/salsa spot forreal!

Best Carls Jr in this area. Not super greasy as some of the different Carls tend to get. As sad as it sounds I am kinda picky about the service at Carls and this one is top notch!

Ok, to be honest I don’t eat bugers very often. BUT, THISISTHEONLYPLACE I BUYMYBURGERS! I love Carl’s Jr burgers. I tried each of them, in sandwiches without combo. My favorites so far are the mushroom burger, jalapeño and the recent cheese steak burgers. And I always have a vanilla shake or chocolate chips banana shake with my burger.

So I was starving on a Friday during Lent(which means no meat for us catholics) SO I go looking for some fish tacos but on a budget. Usuaally the good places have fish tacos but end up being like $ 10 total. So I see a sign outside of Carls Jr $ 4.99 Fish tacos. There it is. Thinking it wouldnt be enough but got it any ways. I was amazed that it came with spanish rice, beans, chips and two large fish taco. Man I was seriously full. The refriend beans were prety damn good for a fast food joint named Carl’s jr. Yes I know its a green burrito too. But I never did a review for a fast food chain since it basically the same everywhere but this was surprising and pretty good.
