4 small cucumber slices. Yes I said FOURSLICES. They charged $ 1.79 for adding this. Even though I didn’t get half the ingredients that were supposed to come with my salad. Customer service was awful. The girls rolled their eyes at me when I questioned why I was paying almost two dollars for adding four cucumber slices to my half salad. They shoved us through the line and when I said to take them back based on the premise of paying 6 times as much as an entire cucumber they shrugged. we will never come back to Zupas and I will tell all of my friends about this awful experience. Laugh and say I might not matter but if you don’t clean up your customer service act Zupas, you won’t make it. The tables were dirty, too. Such a shame because other locations are cleaner and have friendlier service.

Zupas. What is it? 1– It’s quick. Cafeteria style food. Walk through the line, ordering as you go, and pick up/pay for your food at the end. 2– Reasonably healthful food. It’s a million percent better for my body, than typical fast«food.» 3– Soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. That’s about it. 4– Friendly and helpful service. The«try 2 combo» will set you back less than $ 10 and will give you a full belly, without the gut-bomb bellyache of fast food. You pick your favorite 2 of soup/salad/sammie. The food here isn’t phenomenal, but it’s good, it’s consistent and it’s tasty. I always bring out-of-town colleagues to Zupas for a quick lunch and it’s always a hit. You can’t go wrong by going here.

The food was delicious but the employees were so rude at this location. Next time I’m driving to the Provo. Tone down the sass ladies.

In continuing with my healthy eating I decided to eat out with my fam at Café Zupas tonight. I ordered the Cherry Balsamic Salad and the Roasted Veggie Soup. The pears on that salad are really good, at first they look like apple slices. Although I’m trying to eat healthy I still ordered the extra chicken, not sure I will do that again. For an extra $ 1.79 they only give you an extra same size scoop full. Not worth it. Overall my meal and experience was as great as always.

I’ve always loved the grilled paninis and soups from Zupas but this time I branched out, getting an excellent protein salad, a new sandwich(fresh chicken or something like that), and a new soup too. I got large sizes and took the food to share with a niece. We were both stuffed long before the food was gone and it was even great the next day. Yum!

If you’re ever craving a soup/salad/sandwich meal, this is a good, quick option. Order over the counter with a walk-through line. Busy and loud like a café feel but tables turn over quickly. All soups can be sampled so take advantage of that. My usually order is the Turkey Cranberry(get it grilled) with a soup mixture of Tomato Basil and Wisconsin Cauliflower. Salads are all good too. I had a negative experience once with the Nuts About Berries salad because all the berries on my salad were moldy. When I brought this to their attention they replaced the entire salad with fresh berries. Careful not to overdue it here because you’ll get sick of it, but soon enough you’ll start craving it all over again.

Went there for lunch with my fiancé and it was delicious! Sandwich was grilled just right and the soup was yummy! Fast and friendly customer service! Will definitely be going back there again! Money very well spent!

I’ve eaten here 3 times this week. Service is FANTASTIC. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The paninis and soups are great. The chicken pesto sandwich has been my favorite. The soft drink bar is a great addition.

Their nuts about berries salad and chicken tortilla soup are delicious. They also have a good chicken pesto panini. I am not a huge fan of anything else in their menu. They have a fun soda bar that I would be fun if you are a soda drinker. They also have delicious fondue that is fun to order when you go with a group.

Terrible customer service and the most ridiculously small protein portions for their salads… definitely not going back. Ever.

I got the ½ soup and ½ design-your-own salad. The food is fresh and delicious. You get to choose the type of lettuce and toppings for your salad. You can even get chicken on your salad. I did frustrated with the«hurry, hurry, hurry» down the food line. It reminded me of the soup Nazi on Steinfield. Best to know what you want to order when you get to the food line. And don’t ask questions while in the line. I got the Wisconsin Cauliflower soup. It was creamy and delicious. The meal was served with a chocolate dipped strawberry and a slice of French bread. The meal was around $ 8.

I’m a huge fan of the Zupas franchise. I don’t know how healthy it actually is, but being a fat girl at heart, I don’t really care, it just makes me feel good I’m having quick food, but not fast food. When I come here, it’s a struggle. I can’t ever make up my mind. I want EVERYTHING… The one star lacking is because sometimes when I order a large soup to go, it’s barely over half of the container. I would accept it if it’s 3 quarters, but barely over half, no. Why did I pay extra money if I was only getting a little over half size? So yeah, that’s my only complaint. Love it here otherwise. Oh, and wait is rather long during weekday lunch hours.

Not five stars because employees here are annoying. They’re weirdly perky. They always ask me how many are in my party, and I always have to say it’s just me, since I only go there for lunch during work. Thanks for making me feel like a loser, even though most people can tell who’s with who in a line. Apparently these guys can’t. There’s no point in them even asking that question unless it’s the cashier. It’s seriously so irritating. Food is always delicious, however. Get a mix of the chicken enchilada chili and cauliflower soups. It’s really good.

Food is delicious and healthy, I just wish I didn’t have to repeat my order several times. It can get busy at peak times too.

Most of the food is pretty good. I live the strawberry and roll. Great, flexible combo options too. The service is very friendly. So why give them a one star rating? False advertising. The«Crab Avocado Melt» sandwich uses fake crab. You can’t call it crab if it’s not, and they do so in the name and description. Screencap from menu attached. They are flat out lying to their customers. Not cool. That particular sandwich was disgusting.

The soups are great, and the salads tasty if not skimpy on the toppings. The weird part is the in-your-face assembly-line interactions with like 10 people, repeating your order to each person. Here is the weirdest of interactions I’ve had so far: (I pick up my salad from the assembly line) Perky Employee: I need your salad. Me: What for? Perky Employee: To put it in a bag and put bread in it. Me: No thanks. Perky Employee: But it need it. Me: No thanks. Perky Employe: But that’s not how we do it here at Zupas. You need to give it to me, so I can put it in a bag. Me: I don’t want a bag or bread or strawberry. Perky Employee: But I need to tell the cashier what you ordered. Me(now with much sarcasm): Oh, that’s right. Because I can’t remember what I ordered 30 seconds ago. She finally let me be. Seriously, Zupas, you have some intensely weird training for your folks behind the counter. Because this type of discussion has happened with like 2 other employees. Sadly I avoid your tasty food because of the bizarre customer service. Please stop the weirdness.

Zupas is a delicious fresh meal with many varieties of salads, sandwiches and soups to choose from. It’s helpful to know what’s on the menu before you get shuttled thru the line. It’s a busy place and the line moves quickly, so be ready to order! Our meal was fresh and fast with yummy dipped strawberries and slices of bread. I always get the chicken pesto with mango berry salad. This is usually enough to feed me and share with a friend! Don’t forget to order your dessert and get you soda cup. They have a special«drink bar» for unique mix-in. A server came by and checked on us and cleared away some empty plates. Christmas time is a bit busy. We love zupas! Bring a jacket– it’s always a bit chilly.

Mmm, where do you go when you are craving soup, salad, sandwiches, and chocolate dipped strawberries? The answer’s easy: Café Zupas. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and menus, the employees were efficient and fast, which is nice when you know exactly what you want. I always order the Pesto Chicken sandwich and Nuts About Berries salad. Seriously, if you have no idea where to start, get that – then grab a to-go menu and check out the other options for future reference. After I paid for my meal(which was less than $ 10) I took advantage of the soda bar and mix ins, as well as the complimentary electronic charging station! I left fat and happy. TIPS&TRICKS: * Again, the employees are fast at what they do, so if you need a minute to look over the menu, don’t do it in line! Grab a pamphlet and glance over it, it’s less stressful and you can take your time debating between the Chicken Enchilada or the Tomato Basil soup. * Speaking of the Chicken Enchilada soup, make sure you get the sour cream on top – but forego the cheese, unless you like melted cheese sticking to your chin.
