Pizza was good. Nothing bugs me more than when I pay extra to add sausage to my pizza only to have 3 dime sized pieces on each slice. Time to be less stingey with toppings.

Okay so mad I didn’t know about this place before a couple weeks ago. ITSSOFREAKINGGOOD!!! Like just go. We started with cheese sticks. Don’t even know how they made them that good. It’s a huge portion and soo yummy. Then we got a supreme pizza and a meatball sub. Oh my gosh. The bread on everything is so delicious. Literally everything was amazing. Coming back ASAP

My go to pizza place in Orem! I’m. Addicted to the Margharita Pizza with the red sauce.

Our favorite pizza place! Absolutely delicious! It’s a sit down, waiter style pizza place which is nice when on a date. Or you can order to go and take it home to enjoy. My husband and I love the New York style pizza with the thin crust. This pizza is just that with a wonderful sauce and lovely cheese. The toppings are great too and the pizza of the month specials are awesome! More expensive than Dominos but so much better and worth it!

Came here because of Unilocal and wasn’t disappointed. Very good margarita pizza and awesome crust. Good service. Adding to the list of go-to pizza.

Their cheese bread was great! Best I ever had. Did not get any pizza but excited to go back and try the pizza.

This was the third trip. It was during a slow time of day. It started all too normal. Screaming kid nearby. Server need to be flagged down by the kitchen to get off her cell and seat us. Not good. This time we went for pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. You can see the pictures of the front and back. It came out perfect. When a piece was folded(you do eat it like a New Yorker I assume) it had the correct structure that the front drooped just right for the first bite, and had structure for the rest. It still wouldn’t make it in the Village, but what an improvement. The beer selection is solid. Despite the initial hiccups, it was a solid experience. We decided to become more regular going forward.

I first tried this place in Idaho Falls, ID and loved it. I’m glad to say the Orem location is just as good. My wife doesn’t like pizza(I know, right?) but she likes Lucy’s. The pizza is delish. We went a while back with the kiddos even though they were a bit teary. The waitress gave us complementary breadsticks and, when my daughter decided to have a little cry during dinner, gave her a candy bar. Great service, great food. Lucy’s.

The pizza is just stunning. 2 slices in, and I’m in love. Hot Zespian pizza with an amazing sauce. The flavor was rich and left a lasting impression with me. The staff are friendly and will talk about more than just the order. The open cooking area is a nice touch, even if it’s the standard nowadays. There’s not much I could advise the staff about in terms of improvement. They’re doing a good job.

The food was ok but the service wasn’t great. We needed water but didn’t see the server for 20 – 30 minutes. The food came at all different times and the apps came out last. I did enjoy the fried mozzarella but the pizza wasn’t anything special.

The smell is correct. The smell of seared dough. Without it, you’re not really making thin crust pizza. I can’t claim to have eaten pizza in NYC. But this pizza isn’t bad pizza. If you ate at a Sounds Easy in the 90’s, this is maybe a hair better. If that sounds harsh, that’s just the harsh state of pizza in this town, ever since Nick went home. Being in the same range as Sounds Easy was in about 1996 means they are above average. Yeah i’ll be back. I had the buffalo chicken, and it was ok. Saltier than expected. In case the Lucy’s brain trust see this, 600 degrees is on the low end of the temperature range for this style pizza. I know you make a big deal about that on your website, but, 600 is barely in the right range. I know you’re saying to yourself right now, «But if we go up to the AVPN mandated 905f, the pizza will burn!» And you’re right — THIS pizza will burn, because your crust is too thick and doughy to really be called thin crust. Brush up on dough conditioning, get over your fear of sticky things, and make a better pizza. I dare you.

Hallelujah! Another decent pizza place in Utah County with quality ingredients where I’m not overloaded by cheap crust and blah tomato sauce! I usually don’t like pepperoni, but I tried my kids and could not stop! Very tasty and affordable! I struggle with eating the crust, but there was not one end left! Great place that satisfies by the adults and the kids! I’ve definitely become a repeat customer!

Pretty good overall. The bronx-style margherita is definitely worth it. The buffalo is not. I ordered the buffalo chicken 12 inch and thought the sauce was overwhelming for dough-to-sauce-to-cheese ratio. I also ordered the Zestbian at the behest of the server, who told me the ranch and bbq sauce combo was out of this world. I thought it was a nicely flavored(and layered) pizza, but I don’t think the two sauce lavors melded into something that transcends exactly what they both are – ranch and bbq. However, the dessert calzone is incredible, and that + the marghertia merits four stars in my( Unilocaly) little book. It’s filling, rich, unique, and nicely priced. I’ll go back just for the dessert calzone. I’ll go back today, probably. Fantastic.

We finally found a good, affordable, family friendly pizzeria. It was our first time and I picked Lucy’s based on other positive comments on Unilocal. It didn’t disappoint. We loved everything about Lucy’s. The pizza was great. Their sauce with simple and fresh. The crust was excellent too. Crispy on the outside, with just the right amount of chewiness. The house salad was good, and I highly recommend the cheese bread for an appetizer. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and our order was ready soon after placing it. Bonus points for their pizza box designs. We will definitely be back, most likely with friends.

Wow, this place was full of surprises for me. Surprise #1: this is a wait-to-be-seated, your-waitress-will-be-right-with-you type of establishment. For some reason, I was expecting to walk up to the counter and place my order. Not bad. Surprise #2: immediately after I placed my order, the waitress returned with a plate of pickle spears and spiced black olives. Seriously, the olives are coated in two kinds of cheese plus red pepper flakes along with a couple other things… and they are yummy! Very nice. Surprise #3: the slices are HUGE. Their lunch special offers«two slices & a drink for $ 6.50.» Okay, why not. I also ordered cheese sticks because they sounded good(and they were!), and the second she put the tray with my slices on the table, I knew there was NO way I’d be eating it all. The food was great, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and they sprinkle humor here and there as well. This is a great pizza restaurant and is certainly an excellent value for the price; my grand total with tax was $ 11.85 and it would have easily fed two people.

Lucy’s Pizza is one of my new favorite restaurants. Authentic, new york style pizza and it’s good. Really good. I came here because I am truly in love with pizza, and I was not disappointed. If you like thin crust new york style pizza, this place is definitely for you. Lucy’s is very easy to get in an out of. Friendly staff, and a delicious variety of options, it is hard to beat this place. I ALWAYS start my meal with their cheese bread which is some of the best I have ever had. Covered in tons of melted cheese and a variety of herbs, dipped in marina sauce it is as good as it gets. In fact, sometimes I just order two of these for the table and get nothing else. The pizza is exactly as you would expect good new york pizza to taste like, plenty of flavor and cooked to perfection. I like that you can order slices throughout the entire day, and not just on the lunch hour. A good lunch here for me consists of cheese bread, and 1 – 2 slices of pizza. They usually have a pizza of the month or week or something, and that is usually what the slice offering consists of. I want everyone I know to come and try this place so they can become popular enough to stick around. I really like what they have going, and it is nice to take a break from places like nicolitalias and pizzeria 712. Come try the pizza, and please do not forget the cheese bread. You will not be disappointed.

First time there, service was excellent! Kids da enjoyed the cheese pizza(kids halves pizza is half a med pizza) & wings. We tried the Zestbian 15″ & one slice was fulling. The ranch bbq sauce was really good & jalapeños were fresh & they served beer which is rare in Utah County

New York style pizza is the king of all pizza. SORRYCHICAGO, but DEEPDISH is so WEIRD. I don’t want a sauce pie. I really dont want much sauce to begin with. I want thin, enormous pizza with a crispy CRISPY crust. Lucy’s fills my new york pizza sized hole in my heart(also probably plugs it up a little, amirite?). The pizza is fresh and delicious and hot off the press… er…oven? The slices are LARGE and BRIMMINGWITHCHEESE and whatever else you put on it. The service was above average. I had a to-go order and I waited in the restaurant for about 10 minutes(which is worth the wait for fresh pizza, cheese sticks and cannolis). The pizza boxes are the best part. «Live free, pie hard» and George Washington wearing a «#1 dad» apron, flipping a pizza emblazoned on each box. I can’t… I love it so much. I haven’t had a bad pizza there, and their bread sticks are decent. The cannolis are adorable and so delicious and the perfect tiny size so you don’t feel like a horribly disgusting person eating pizza AND cannoli’s in one sitting. I LOooooOooVVVeeEEE you Lucy’s.

I ate here before with my husband and saw they have a side room. I decided after our first delicious meal that I wanted to have my birthday party there. It was awesome. The pizza was excellent. We went in the night before the party and got everything arranged to have pizza ready when guests arrived. Our server Nick arranged everything, and was so nice and easy to work with. They set aside a few things for us. They even set the place up with balloons and a card signed by the Lucy’s crew. It was those kind of extra touches that made my evening special. I really felt like Nick and the manager were eager to please us. Every time I went in, asking questions about parties, etc. they were extremely helpful. They have some fun creative flavors. Try the fire sticks and the zestpian. I also really like their margherita pizza. They even made us something called a Lucy’s Log for dessert that was basically a giant log of sweet, sugary goodness. I’ll be back and feel like a regular at a home town pizzeria.

Not so great food combined with awful service. The saddest part is that it says«Voted best pizza in Idaho Falls 2011, 2012, 2013» or something like that, I feel so bad for the people of Idaho Falls if this is the best they get. We came in here after some disc golf at Scera Park and were ready to eat. After getting seated we didn’t see the waitress for another 20 minutes. After she finally came back she hadn’t brought our waters, so she just took our orders and promised to bring the drinks soon. We ordered a slice of pizza each, cheese sticks and the hot buffalo sticks. We were asked if we would like them to come before the pizza or during the pizza… neither happened. We got our pizza and it just wasn’t exciting. Coming from Salt Lake where there are 4 or 5 awesome by the slice places I was expecting better. The pizza was okay, a good sized slice for three dollars, but again, nothing stood out about it. The Mountain Dew with flavor shots was great. Much better than the flavor shots you get from a gas station. I had the huckleberry and the watermelon, both were really, really good. The buffalo sticks didn’t come out until it was too late. At this point we had been at what we thought would be a quick pizza place for over 45 minutes. We asked for them to go. I tried them in my car and was really disappointed. The first bites were okay, but after that the cheese had a very odd texture and just didn’t taste good. I didn’t even eat a fourth of them. I did notice that they have a $ 6.50 lunch special that includes a slice, drink and salad. I think that would be a good deal. The monthly slice flavor was BBQ chicken, which I’m honestly over eating at this point. I would like to see something more exciting like Pie Hole’s potato and bacon pizza or any of the other flavor of the day slices that Pie Hole has. I really think that Orem could use some good pizza places in the style of Lucy’s, but I don’t think Lucy’s does it for me. For what it’s worth, my friend with me from New York enjoyed it a lot. The service was really, really awful and I don’t think I’ve stated that enough in this review. I didn’t get charged for the Mountain Dew though, so that was a plus!
