When we are at this plaza and want a coffee this is the place. The staff has always been friendly and there are plenty of electrical plugs if you need to charge your electronic. You can sit out side and people watch those in the plaza and walking over from the beach. The food and drinks are the same as any other Starbucks. Dog friendly as well outside.

Worst starbucks ever. Slow service with only 3 people in line. Glad I wasn’t in a rush. Customer service horrible, not friendly at all. I still love starbucks but I’ll never go to this one again.

Shelton, CT
Ordered a coffee and slow roasted ham breakfast sandwich. Coffee came right away. Waited 10 minutes and the girl had forgot to prepare my sandwich. Manager noticed and she then put it in oven. What got me was how cold, unfriendly and unapologetic all 3 workers were there. Starbucks is losing its quality control.

Ordered one frap around 8 a.m. and it took about 15 minutes for them to get it complete, now granted it was morning but they were not very polite and seemed to give little concern for the well being of the customer! I will probably return though, may have just been a bad experience!

This is my go to Starbucks with a friendly staff and a layed back atmosphere… My family goes to this location a lot and have never left disipointed with our coffee and it’s by the beach! Win win :)

This is a great Starbucks the employees are always very friendly and smiling that’s not a prerequisite to me getting my fix but it is really nice. I would stop back here when in the area. I love the lemon pound cake with my latte :)

The service here is great, but, sometimes a little slow. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Unlike other area Starbucks, when you ask the barista for their opinion on the beverage, they will give you one and not tell you «all of our drinks are great».

I love the fact that they are so close to the beach. You can grab a cup and walk across Atlantic Ave. and enjoy the coffee by the waves. Very friendly staff. Service is quick and efficient.

Yay! This Starbucks is located beachside. I remember when it opened, I was so happy since my office was SO close. It was always nice to be able to walk over to the park and the beach or to come on a Sunday and read the paper while waiting for a table at Peach Valley Café. Most of the barristas are cook, quirky and artsy in some way.
