Great pizza, good beer and Jessica was a fun, helpful and prompt server. The atmosphere was cozy and entertaining with all the highway memorabilia making you feel like you’re on the iconic route of it’s name sake.

Tried the pizza it was very very good. I would definitely come back. Tried the Vegetarian sandwich not worth the $ 9! Thought it was really over priced and too well done. They were busy so it was a long wait for a disappointing sandwich. The staff was very nice though and I will go back for the pizza and friendly atmosphere.

Ordered a couple beers and got one and maybe half a beer with the head taking up most the glass. I’ve never seen this because you just don’t do that. The waitress dropped it off at the table like nothing was wrong. There was maybe like 4 oz of beer in the pint glass after the head settled. Had to take it up to the counter and have the other cook pour me another one. Why would you try and serve that to your customer? Pizza was ok.

Delicious pizzas but lil pricier than Pizza Hut.

If I could do less stars I would. Didn’t get beers ever and I’m pretty sure I got over charged after I left. Not even good food.

This place makes a decent pizza, I will say that much — the two star review is for the quantity of food you get for your buck. I ordered a large pepperoni and a half order of wings for me and my buddy to watch the Seahawks. We actually laughed when it arrived at the door and opened it up. We got a large pizza and FIVE little wings for $ 20.22! Then I tipped the driver on top of that… I don’t care about supporting«local» businesses when they rip people off. I’ll hit up Pizza Hut or Papa Murphys from now on, I’m done here.

Boyfriend had the Route 66 pizza, friends had the Hawaiian and I had a meatball calzone. Boyfriend didn’t like the pizza sauce, I LOVED my calzobe.

If a mistake is made and they offer you a free pizza, Take it on the spot! Because when you try to redeem it at a later date there won’t any info in their«system». And then when you can’t provide exact dates & names they stop just short of calling you a scammer. To be fair we got the pizza at no charge but the attitude and insinuation that it was undeserved have put us off Route 66. There are too many choices out there… Trackside Pizza in Puyallup and Sumner. Farrelli’s. Pizza Hut. Amante Pizza & Pasta. Aversano’s. Giorgio’s. The Rock.

Just tried for the first time. Got a pitcher and a large pizza. It was delicious and quick and the pizza is great. I enjoyed the music selection as well.

The food is great and the customer service is admirable. My boyfriend and I are regulars here as we live right down the road. I came here on a hot summer day, it was at least 80 degrees outside which meant inside it had to have been at least 95. Those employees are handling hot food all day and working the ovens and the owners or whoever is in charge doesn’t care about the employees OR the customers enough to install a decent air conditioning system. This is a major safety hazard. No wonder why everyone eats on the patio and not inside the restaurant.

Their pizza is great. I especially like that the crust has a garlic tinge to it. They’re priced appropriately and have specials often.

Took a little while longer than I was hoping to get our food but the HUGE Pizza that we received for the same size as a large, due to a discount card, was so tasty and completely delicious. Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted in my life. I totally recommend the chicken barbecue pineapple pizza. It is a little pricey but worth the extra cash considering the only other pizza place in Orting is Pizza Hut and that stuff is total crap.

Unfortunately, I cannot give them less than one star or I would. This place seems to hire nothing but snot nosed teenagers. I’ve never met or seen anyone who looks over the age of 18 working there aside from a woman by the name of ‘Jessie’ or ‘Jessica’ or something who calls herself a manager and that’s a joke. And from other reviews I’ve read on here, she has failed to impress quite a few customers. The food is not at all what you would expect for the wait and the price. Oh, and if you have to deal with an employee named ‘Sissy’, don’t bother. She could give a crap less what her customers want, she prefers to spend her time flirting with her male co workers in the kitchen. Apparently this place is more of a dating service than a restaurant. I’ve never even written a review on a business before, much less such a negative one, but I’ve given this place quite a few attempts and it just makes me so furious that I and everyone else are supposed to come there and pay for overpriced pizza that may be good, but is completely overshadowed by the idiocy going on with their employees. Funny what a customer notices while being completely ignored at their table by the stuck up snot nosed ‘Sissy’. Not to mention the fact that one of my neighbors had to make a call about a year ago reporting that one of their delivery drivers was seen spray painting on signs while he was supposed to be out DELIVERING. He probably should have taken the Route 66 sign off of his car and not have been wearing a shirt with a company logo.MORONS. I love to support local businesses and I love this town, but I find it hard to believe the owners do when they employ people who could clearly give a crap.(Or in some cases, are out vandalizing the town.) Save your money and go to Pizza Hut. At least their employees seem respectful. Route 66 is a ridiculous excuse for a business.

YAY! Another vegan option in such a small town. Thank goodness their crust is dairy/egg free! So what i order is a Pizza with no cheese and the following toppings. Jalapenos, pineapple, olives, bell pepper, onion, spinach, and garlic. WOW these flavors just really make the pizza pop! They are so fresh and flavorful! You really don’t need cheese at all. Its filling, fresh, tasty Pizza, the Service is AMAZING, very friendly and helpful people and were willing to answer all of my questions about the ingredients. This is a great place to go if you are Vegan/Vegetarian/omnivore! Everyone gets their food!

I hate to give this place anything less than a 5 star review, but they’ve changed. And maybe it’s for the better? I don’t know. I haven’t been there since I found out they stopped serving burgers. I live 2 hours away, yet I used to go there ALL. THE. TIME for burgers and cheesy bread. It was THAT good. Why would they stop serving such a delicious menu item? According to the snooty and condescending Jessie«it was the best decision for our business.» Okay, Jessie. I’m sorry the best decision for your business means I won’t be returning again, and even more sorry that your unfriendly attitude when I inquired inspired this review. :(

When we arrived, the place was busy. We presented coupons and were treated just as well as paying customers. The service was outstanding, even with a confused order in which the incorrect item was left at the table complimentary for all to enjoy. With kids present, and obviously a really busy place, this restaurant maintains the cleanest restroom I have seen in a long time. As far as the pizza goes… OUTSTANDING! I will ride out to Orting just to enjoy another one of their delicious pies. Well done, Route 66!

WooHoo! The great Route 66 crust is BACK! They’ve switched back to their previous style oven which bakes, browns, and crisps their fresh made daily bread dough into a wonderful crispy on the bottom, chewy inside crust with an airy fluff to it. They are again on the top of our pizza hierarchy for this area and we’re GLAD! Thank you, Randy!
