Waited 25 minutes for food everyone also ordered more food than us that came after us got their food faster than us poor poor service and didn’t even apologize about the wait nor did he had map kids out on the floor under for us to get up to go

I went to go try the new French toast breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good. I’ve always liked sausage and French toast together. I asked for a side of syrup and the syrup was like molasses it was almost too thick to dip your sandwich in but the sandwich was still pretty good.

Husband got a chicken sandwich and a famous star. Chicken sandwich was cold and dry. Hamburger was also cold. Both sandwiches were made with stale buns. We loved this restaurant before it was rebuilt. So disappointed.

Stopped in for some breakfast. Didn’t expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. A sharp, hard working woman named Maria very politely took my order. I can tell she was a little nervous, as if perhaps she is not yet used to interacting with so many people on a daily basis. None the less, she did it and was wonderful! She speaks English very well. Shortly after my order was placed, a young man arrived at my table with a piping hot tray of biscuits & gravy, hash brown nuggets and a breakfast burrito. The server was a gentleman. The food was actually pretty decent and the dining area was clean. However, this review isn’t about the food or restaurant. The employees made this experience exceptional and I think they deserve recognition. Even if it’s from a scruffy old man just stopping by for some breakfast.

Came in tonight to grab some dinner through the drive thru the Drive Thru attendant was really fast got to the point. so I placed my order and took it home everything was great everything was fresh prices have gone up here that’s for sure 3 stars because of the prices you can get a value meal for $ 9.73 ridiculous. food size down prices up.

I usually have a good expierence when I visit this location. However, my last visit, I was treated pretty rudely. I ordered through drive-​thru and presented a coupon. The employee at the window rudely told me I was supposed to inform the speaker taking my order about the coupon. Even the manager was rude, and seemed like it was such a hassle to fix the order. Maybe this problem would have been avoided if the coupon said to inform them of the coupon before its time to pay.

Sorry food, sorry service, sorry response. After last night’s boxing match, we went to this Carl’s Jr. for a quick burger & fries. Over 20 minutes later, they brought our food – our burgers were cold. When I contacted the manager, the only response was I’m sorry – no offer of refund or vouchers for future food. I don’t eat fast food often, but I will not be returning to this place.

Heck no, don’t come here. I ordered 2 burgers and both of them were cold and had stale cheese on top. I assume they left the burgers sitting out way to long and decided to serve it to a customer anyway. On one of the burgers they put a fresh cheese on top of the stale one, I’m guessing to try to cover it up. Super wack burgers the cheese looked translucent by the time it got to me. Can’t believe them, I’ll never go to that carls jr ever again.

I’m really upset because I just ordered chicken strips and onion rings here and they were cold! The chicken strips are usually really good but not cold! My mothers burger had onions and I said no onion. I’m really disappointed that was a waste of my $ because it’s in the trash now.

Worst Carl’s Jr ever. No customer service rude employees. I went in for dinner and got a number 2 no onions and a six dollar burger plain no cheese. It took them 3 times to make the six dollar burger correct and when I finally got home and started eating dinner the number 2 had onion on it. I was so fed up of going back and forth I ate the sand which after taking the opinion off and ended up with an allergic reaction. Thanks Carl’s Jr. Plus the number 2 has two meats i only got one. To make matters worse I got no apology for the mistake or anything. What kind of customer service is that u always apologize for a mistake.

I order the grilled chicken salad and got the most disgusting putrid salad you could imagine. It even smelled bad. The chicken was the disgusting part so I tried picking it off but the taste & smell was left on the lettuce. I told the manager and was so upset I walked out. I should have gotten a refund. I just wanted to post this so no one else’s lunch gets ruined.

Oh my gosh.
It’s Monday, 9:45am.
And I had to use the restroom.
So I did, for a number two.
When I was wiping clean, someone opens the door! WTF!!! I locked it!!! WTF!!!
That restroom lock needs to get fixed!
About the service and food. Everything was perfectly fine. My loaded burrito combo came out exactly as it should. The taters were great too. Ate-​in and got served my food with ketchup and salsa. Great service. Nice latin ladies.

They were really dry burgers with no sauce.

We understand economy is bad but Carls jr on vineyard and oxnard blvd has cut cost they shouldn’t… they eliminated the little rectangular sauce packs and replaced them with the little circular ones. The kind u have to fill. Wouldnt be bad if we filled our own but they prefilled them. The problem is the sauce pack they gave us was used already had piece chicken strip and crumbs in it. Absolutely disgusting … we wont be going back to this place… what else do they reuse? Lettuce, buns? Not taking a chance! Bye carls jr

I’ve been here a few times. They almost always mess up my order and all of the employees I’ve had contact with at the counter and drive through don’t understand much English.

I like there salad’s stuff! Also not much into there fat stuff as much. I will stay with there salad’s for now on. When I was a kid there fat food was much better back then. But now am older not as good when I was a kid.

This food does not agree with me, I feel bloated and heavy afterward. However, the taco salad and the lettuce wrap burger cut that bad feeling in half. That goes for all of these places.

I love Carl’s Jr. This place is the closest place to my house as a fast food restaurant and has been a to go place with my family when we’re feeling really cheap lol my favorite is the Western Bacon Cheeseburger!
