WORST STARBUCKS! They can’t make the drinks right, they have bad attitude!!!
I ordered 2 caramel macchiato and went to use the restroom with my friend. There were no other customers ordering or waiting, just me and my friends. We came back from the bathroom and tried to pick up our coffee… not ready. The employees are chatting with each other and the cups were sitting there with just espresso in it, so we had to ask for our drinks.
Then we got our caramel macchiato, and immediately knew it didn’t taste «right». It wasn’t hot, it tasted nothing like caramel macchiato. I drink caramel macchiato from Starbucks more than 3 times a week so I know how it taste. When I mentioned it to the employees they gave us a huge attitude and insisted it’s supposed to taste like that.
They DID NOT WANT to fix our drink. They kept saying they did it right, what else we wanted in the drink… speechless. I am NOT going back there.

Literally just had one of the most terrible experiences here. Granted, it was busy, but that’s no excuse. The three girls working today had terrible attitudes from the moment we got there, they screwed up every item we ordered except for the hot chocolate and they basically filled our iced drinks up with ice and barely any actual coffee. I guess we should have expected this from a Starbucks inside of a Vons.

It’s always super busy at this location, but the girls are all awesome. Super friendly staff. Keep up the awesome work Katie, Jazz, & Tashina!!!

I love this Starbucks. There is 3 or 4 girls working there and everyone of them are wonderful. They greet you with a smile and I feel welcomed every time I’m there. I do wish they were open later because it’s so hard to find a Starbucks in Oxnard. Thank you ladies for brightening my mornings.

Apparently the cashiers at this Starbucks don’t even consider this to be a «real» Starbucks, as you are not allowed to redeem your Starbucks Gold Card rewards here. Minus stars for unnecessary cashier bitchiness, drink preparation slowness, and the fact that they are almost always out of something (ex. Evolution smoothies). You really only come here for convenience.

First and last time I ever come this Starbucks. It took the girl there like 10 min to come to the register. And when she did she didn’t greet me or asked what I wanted. And while she took my order she was talking to another employee. She didn’t ask if I wanted my pastry heated. And my drink didn’t taste like it usually does when I go to other Starbucks’

I had my own cup and asked for a small (tall) size coffee… she not only charged me for a grande but she didn’t even give me the 10 cent discount for having my own cup!
I will avoid going back to this location.

Really bad customer service especially from the cashier ashley she is so rude and acts like she hates being there always with a bad bitchy face. Most of the girls there are so rude! Stay away from ashley for sure though

1 star because I came in here the girls are always busy putting other stuff away. I had to wait 30 minutes in line because there was only one girl working while the other girl was doing other things I wanted to get a pastry and there was a bug inside. Horrible service and it’s always so dirty.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I have visited this Starbucks 4x before writing this review to ensure it wasn’t 1 bad employee. Every individual I came in contact was rude and disappointed that I needed coffee.
My most recent experience was really bad… I walked up to order and the employee was cleaning something towards the back and she said «I’ll be right with you» and I said «sounds good». No joke … 3 full minutes went by before she came to assist me. People started lining up behind me during that time too. Then without ever looking at me… Asks what I want… I tell her and she gives me the total … Again, she still hasn’t looked up from her register. No smile, no hello, just what do you want? Now pay me. I give her my debit card and then she runs it and gives me my receipt without ever looking at me then screams «NEXT!»
I will never return to this place! The worst! Don’t go here!!!

I hate this Starbucks. I try to avoid it as much as possible. Service is awful and they don’t know how to make the drinks. Not to mention they are always running out of ingredients and my husband never walks out of there with the drink he originally wanted.
Usually I love the fact that there’s a Starbucks inside a grocery store because it’s so convenient. But this one is all in all just awful.

I came in today with my boyfriend I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with «extra extra extra caramel» I literally said it like that and I seen on the screen she charged me 60 cents for «extra sauce» (other starbucks usually dont charge me) so i thought mmmmm caramel. we finally get our drinks walk to my car and take a sip right a way I noticed I didn’t taste any caramel so I said I’ll let it sit for a second let it go down a bit. So I did and barely any caramel was coming down so I thought I’m gonna go back in there and show them. I walked in show them and the lady gladly took it and switched the cup and began to swirl Caramel on top I hear her co worker (she originally made my drink the first time) and said to her «you know it’s 60 cents for extra caramel?» And I said out loud «yea I payed 60 cents for extra caramel» and she said sorry they handed my drink and drank some it was the same shit.: (so mad I even took a pic of it if I could show it on here I would

I like Starbucks but this one inside the Vons supermarket could not accommodate my Starbucks iPhone app… bummer!

This Starbucks is inside the Vons at the Rose Shopping Center. It’s about what you expect from a Starbucks inside a supermarket — it’s small, not much in terms of seating as well as choice of their pastry, and it could take some time to get your coffee if the place is busy. Granted when I visit this place it’s before 630 in the morning — this is the only Starbucks that is actually on my way in to work — they aren’t busy at all. Some times their bold drip coffee isn’t ready yet but the different employees I have run into at this location has been nothing but courteous, cheerful and charming. So I don’t mind a little bit of a wait and conversation while I wait for my coffee.
