I have been to this kfc 6 times threw the
drive thru, and every single time they have left out items from my order. And items that come with my order. They always forget my cookies from my $ 5 dollar meals and they are ALWAYS forgetting my potato wedges or every side item that comes with the meal. No special orders or anything like that, just the regular side items that comes with the meals! I will no longer go here and I don’t think you should either!
THIER WILL BE ITEMS MISSING FROM UR ORDER!!!

I’m updating my review of this KFC on January 14, 2016 was approached by a homeless person as I enter the doorway to eat inside as I was eating my chicken the homeless person kept telling me not to eat so much to leave him some meat on the bones so he could pick it out of the trash as he went through the trash cans getting empty cups and filling it with free soda walking around attempting to do the same to others customers the best thing you can do as an owner get yourself a security guard during business hours to keep the homeless out thank you

once again got the order wrong, and how hard can it be, all I ordered was a $ 5 Fill-​up meal. Chicken was old old old, easily from the day before., Used to be in the restaurant business and I know old food when I see/​taste it. Place is dirty, I am notifying the health department, bathroom like Calcutta in june. I will go to the one in Cathderal City @ Date Palm, always good. It is clear the «inmates» are running the asylum.

Worst KFC hands down, I would give them zero stars if I could. I saw all the other posts but still decided to roll the dice and give them a chance cuz we were Hangry… mistake… I got a 18 piece extra crispy for the Krew after swimming at the pool. We got it to go which didn’t give me a chance to look at the food til we got back to our hotel room. Utter Disappointment man!!! The chicken looked hella overcooked and it was extra dark brown… I asked for extra crispy. The chicken totally tasted like Vons Fried Chicken. Man not the finger licking good experience I was hoping for! Eat here at your own RISK!!!

Horrible horrible KFC, the place needs to be closed. They never have original recipe chicken made, and ask you to wait 16 minutes while they make it. Last night was the last straw, we got chicken dripping in grease, with yellow flappy skin, it was so discussing we tried but couldn’t eat it when we got it home, and we were starving. I tried to eat a half breast and it made me ill last night and this morning.
KFC Corp or the health department needs to close this place down.

I walked in nobody in there and four employees working. Every single one of tables where dirty soda every where. They are very dirty.

Why does this place always have a funny smell? Why do they never have original recipe? Why do I go back every six months or so? I’m always disappointed!

it’s KFC; what do you expect???

We were tourists from the UK and went in because of the amazing building — the architecture is really cool (and KFC is my friend’s guilty secret and choice for last meal). Who knew you could have a blast at a KFC! The place was adorable on the inside, great 80s music and the décor was retro heaven. Could have been a set from a Tarantino movie. It was very clean, the staff were kind and friendly, and my chum assured me the chicken was fresh and delicious. Best KFC EVA’ :)

Sorry, this place is a major FAIL. From giving me the wrong change, to the wrong order, to the soft drink machine being out of my selection. (This was right after they opened without checking the levels). Total fail. I won’t be back.

This location seems to always be out of Original recipe chicken breasts. On two recent occasions, I got home to find out I received only 7 pieces of chicken in an 8-​pc Meal. A chicken breast was missing both times.
Went again on New Years Eve late afternoon (I’m an optimist:) This time they told me I would have to wait 17 minutes for Original chicken breasts. After waiting about 15 minutes or so, I overheard the cashier tell a customer it would still be a 15 minute wait. I asked the cashier why there was an additional 15 minutes wait. The response: «the chicken breasts were never put on the first time». Asked for manager, who wasn’t available.
Isn’t this supposed to be a «FAST» food chicken restaurant?

The staff was friendly, food was good and the dining room was clean. There wasn’t much activity in the parking lot like there usually is. They offer free WiFi which is good.

This place wins the gold in the absolute worst place for customers service and efficiency. This place deserves a MINUS star. Please save yourself a big headache and avoid this place like a plague. I don’t even understand how they stay in business. I guess it’s because they are the only fried chicken fast food place around. This place is beyond bad !!! I can’t believe one person would eat here. Just no words can describe how BAD this place is. EVERYONE needs to be FIRED.

Been to this location few times.
Each time there homeless people all over patio, inside table dirty floor was full of good to the workers in the back to busy talking :(
The Building is great looking look food was ok. but will not return until they clean it up

worst kfc ever ordered the hot bites … old chicken so hard u could use it to throw at someone… wedges old, breast of chicken old and dry… biscuit hard as a rock… these people don’t want to serve you well and don’t seem to care

I wish I didn’t have to give this place a star. I am here currently, and the woman working here is so rude and when I thought an order came with something, instead of having customer service and explaining that meal didn’t come with it, she was short, rude, and was argumentative. I am so disappointed and cannot believe how we are treated. I recognize that is ‘just’ fast food, but that poor of customer service is unacceptable.

This place is so filth in the customer area, one has to wonder how filthy the kitchen is. There were empty tables with half eaten food everywhere, and none of the employees seemed to want to clean them. The only (halfway) clean looking table I sat at was so sticky with food residue I couldn’t take it any longer. I asked for a towel to wipe it. They refused and said someone would do it for me. Then a young lady came out and wiped half of the table leaving half of the residual food, and turned to leave. I stopped her and said wipe the whole table, please. To which she replied, I didn’t want to get all the residue on your lap so I only wiped the middle. And then she left to return to the kitchen where she and the other workers were standing around gossiping, but didn’t seem concerned every table around me was littered with abandoned food.
Worse yet, the floor of the restaurant is so filthy, you stick to it as you walyk in and toward the counter. The filth on the floor is VISIBLE, but no one seems to care.
Oh, and finally, the chicken was miserable… old, cold and awful!!!

This is the first dinner of the trip… Since we were up since 3am and it really has ben an exhausting day… for TB to be driving and for me getting all the excitement of seeing all my favorite tennis players at the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells, we have no choice but to get a quick meal fix and what better way of doing that… going to a KFC drive thru.

This KFC actually seems pretty nice inside, maybe because it’s part of an AW. It’s also housed in a building that looks like it’s shaped like a spaceship … like much of the retro 80s architecture in PS, but I digress. Sometimes fried chicken really hits the spot and KFC was right on yesterday. Thumbs up on regular drumstick and thigh. Neutral thumb for the popcorn chicken (good but could’ve been more flavorful). Thumbs down on the Honey BBQ Snacker — the chicken was so dry and not tasty at all.

I have got to submit a review of this place — normally I wouldn’t for a fast food place — but there is a kid who works there that just makes your day better.
A few of us were talking randomly at work and I mentioned that I went to the drive-​thru and that there was the nicest guy … I immediately was interrupted by two other co-​workers who agreed. Quite hilarious, but comments like, «oh yeah — I know — I LOVE that guy — he is so nice — talk about customer service», etc. I don’t know his name. He is a young African-​American guy and is generally working the drive-​thru there. Seriously he deserves a raise. Goes to show that superlative customer service really does make a difference.
