I’ve been shopping at Marshalls and TJ Maxx since the late eighties. This store is the worst run store I’ve ever been to I was treated like a thief. I purchased some diesel jeans at a good price there in the clearance aisle for 39.99. The managers and sales people treated me as if I had switched tags I felt humiliated and insulted. Do you people have any idea how much money I’ve spent over the years between your two companies the management there should be fired immediately. They had me standing there for over 30 minutes while they pondered whether I was a thief or not and question my honesty. I regretted that I didn’t video tape the whole incident so I could possibly get an attorney and sue them. I had to go and show I think the assistant manager where I had found the jeans which there was another pair for the same price point. I went there the next day to see if maybe it was just me the same so call the assistant manager followed me around and treating me like a thief again I will never go back and I video tape that and will be posting it on YouTube. I called the manager of the Marshalls store in Palm Desert California and she assured me that the regional or district manager would get back to me on this matter they never did so they don’t care about their customers at all.

One of the neatest well organized Marshall’s stores that I have seen in a long time. Fun place to find some truly discounted buys from children’s toys, books, housewares, cosmetics, shoes, hats, pet supplies, luggage, hand bags, furniture, garden, towels & bedding, pictures, kitchen goods, and decorative pieces. It’s not just clothing. If you got some time, this place is great for shopping therapy.

This store is very clean. Even though it’s «that» season, there were no clothes on the floor, and the shelves were organised. This is about good as it gets in retail world. Their housewares areas have deeply discounted items.

Great House ware Department excellent pans and stuff. The loss of stars come from the men’s wear dept. Marshall’s usually has high end stuff but this place did not. I was very surprised as this is in Palm Springs. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful the way Marshall’s staff always is. They should beef up the men’s section I was in th mood for a bargain priced Armani or Versace!

I love Marshalls and some locations are better than other locations. This location is great, and excellent selection of guys clothes. Some locations ignore the guys and guys make up half the population. One can get an item here that Nordstroms sells for 3 – 4 x times more. Connie is super smart cashier and knows what is in the store.

Clean, great selection, didn’t have a lot of time to shop as we are heading to the airport but great selection! Good sale prices. Ties for $ 9 and good selection of boys clothes. Furniture looked very nice, better than our choices in Washington.

This is a pretty nice Marshalls. Big selection, well stocked, clean and a nice staff. I managed to finish my entire back to school shopping for my son here. Tons of nice Ralph Lauren and nautical Polos for $ 10, lots of nice pants as well. Marshalls is really stepping up with getting bigger name designer brands for women, love it keep it up and I’ll be a regular.

Marshall’s, Marshall’s, Marshall’s…You are one drab-looking store which once you move past the surface, you find one-off pieces at cheerful prices. While you can find $ 20 dresses, you will also find $ 70 dresses; you will find purses at over $ 100, and this is already discounted! It really depends on what you are looking. And what you are willing to spend & purchase. I don’t find the shoes particularly appealing. But I find the summer dresses(maxi dresses) and gym wear very appealing and affordable. To each their own. The sales associate at the cash was very helpful and friendly.

Although physically separated from Ross Dress for Less by only a Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls is worlds away from Ross when it comes to the shopping experience. Marshalls is clean, tidy, and bright, with employees milling about the store to assist customers. The two stores carry similar product lines at similar prices, but that is where the similarities end. When you’re finding yourself considering shopping at a discount department store, do yourself a favor and hit Marshalls.

I went into the store tonight to find a shower curtain and met Norma who works in the household item section, what an asset she is to this store!!! She was helpful and gave me some great ideas. My bathroom is complete now thanks to her. What a nice, clean and awesome experience it was! Thank you Norma!

I gotta say… I’m kind of impressed. This is not an upscale store so it must be rated for what it is. It’s clean, the staff is nice & outgoing and I find what I’m looking for each and every time. The fitting room lady was so outgoing. She was a middle aged hispanic lady. Wanted to help take the things we didn’t want, friendly… it was great. Allow me to stay on this one subject for a second because it deserves it. The line at the cash wrap. Fabulous. Clean, fast and the invitation that you receive when there is an available cashier is great. There’s no waiting for the person in front of you to realize there is an opening. You’re in and out in no time. I love it.
