Came in here because of bagel Tuesday. However, 75% of the bagels are not there on the shelf. It’s only 7 am y’all. I ordered a power sandwich with turkey sausage. The nice cashier lady said they had no turkey sausage and they had no egg whites?! Wow. They offered regular sausage and eggs? Lol. If you have eggs can’t you just the egg whites from eggs? Whatever. I don’t even know why I continue coming here if they advertise they have all these stuff but when you come in they actually don’t. I might have to drive the extra miles and go to a different one or just find a local breakfast place nearby. I’m disappointed in this location and don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’m giving it two stars because the bathroom was clean and the cashier was nice. I’m speaking the truth. Would take. Pic of their empty bagels shelf but cashier was right in front of me. Also this isn’t the first time it was empty but multiple times. Something needs to be done.

Went here for breakfast at 7am. They were pretty much out of every bagel. They had no egg whites or turkey sausage for my breakfast power sandwich. Ridiculous. The cashier was very nice, but whomever is responsible for ordering supplies needs to go. Definitely won’t be coming here again. I guess I’ll try my luck at the one in Palm Desert.

My husband and I went for lunch the other day, and just let me tell you, our service was amazing! The staff was so nice, and I just wanted to mention that the staff member we met named, Doug, was so sweet and was an excellent example of great character and deserves a rase for his hard work and excellent customer service!

There is something seriously wrong with this Panera. I come here because I love their products but most of the time they run out of things and take forever to help you. They have one person behind the counter who al runs and gets a bagel cuts it. .etc. a pain to order. Waiting.. Waiting. and then they run out.

This was the first time I have ever been to a Panera. Came here for lunch. The service was friendly and the place was clean. Nice patio area to enjoy the outdoors. But, the food itself was rather boring and overpriced in my opinion. For those who seem to love Panera, I say, go for it.. . I just don’t get it, and will pass.

I keep trying to give the Panera in my city the benefit of a doubt, yet again, it is a disappointment. Nearly every time I visit for breakfast(I come in around 7 or 7:30 am), they are out of what I order. Usually it is egg whites! How can Panera keep being out of egg whites when it is an ingredient in nearly every one of their breakfast items!!! Today it was turkey sausage, another ingredient they are usually out of as well. Poorly run. I am done, never going back.

Always a good place to eat … They could serve a little more soup and not so much bread.

This Panera Bread at Ramon in Palm Springs is without a doubt the worse managed store in the chain. Multiple times I have went to this store close to 6:30 a.m. for their bagel special on Tuesday to find no or almost no inventory to sell. This morning the same story. The employees give you a blank stare with the answer«I’m sorry we are out». I asked my girl how could you be out at 6:30 a.m. Bait and Switch is the only conclusion I can come up with. I have been to other Panera stores and don’t find the low level of competence I find at this store.

These guys are solid. Expensive. But solid. Healthy. So much better than fast food and fries and the oils and fats and bleh…

I had to do a architectural presentation at one of my key clients — so I tried the catering Panera phone application which sucked and was difficult to log on and navigate near to placing an order for 10 for lunch. I attempted to use the online Catering application for at least a solid hour during dinner at a restaurant. I ending up calling this store directly and spoke to Phil who oversees catering. He put my order within minutes once I gave my credit card, address of my customer and advised me to print the coupon out for $ 20 off which I received by e mail. He advised me to present the printed e mail at my clients place of business and the discount $ 20.00 would have already been appied. Being ahead of schedule I actually stopped into Panera on the way to my client to give him the coupon directly to Phil and Thank him but unfortunately Phil was not present. The woman I dealt with said the coupon was no good because I ordered over the phone versus placing the order online. That sucked and I was pissed when I advised this. I had several exchanges with her and the manager there who winded up calling corporate headquarters. Bottom line was I advised her that I wouldn’t be doing business with Panera in the future due to the incompetent decision corporate made due to the faulty phone application to place my order and I didn’t receive a $ 20 discount. My order consisted of 10 varieties of sandwiches, bags of potato chips, apples, two different salads — Mediterranean & Cesar salad, 4 liters of brewed iced tea and a variety of cookies. Panera provided everything including plates utensils and even a bag of ice for the drinks. I was quite impressed with detail and execution even down to the friendly female who made the delivery and setup. Overall the food was delicious and everything provided which made this business presentation a success after I arrived late due to the fiasco at the store. I already did the online survey which Panera e mailed me and I was straight forward about the negative experience. It’s a shame — I just purchased two bagel packs the last two days in Palm Desert and LA Quinta and usually purchase client bagel packs at least one to two times weekly. Lunch today was just shy of $ 185.00 for my client luncheon. I guess they’re doing so well they don’t need my business!

People who believe that 100% accuracy is real are extremely silly. Mistakes happen, sometimes more so than it should but it does. Especially when there’s new people training or when it gets a little out of hand and you are confused on where things are. Training is the whole purpose of things, so they can learn. these unrealistic jerks who come on here because they have a 5 star expectation and if things are quick enough AND perfect AND100% AND great then people get all pissed off. I know people who work here who are happy to help you and will go the extra step if you’re nice about it too. who pissed in your cheerios? They aren’t there for you to yell at them if you are missing chips or got an extra chip instead of bread. Things happen. If you are searching for perfection, you should stay at home because nothing is perfect. Sometimes, it isn’t your day and you unfortunately get something left out or tossed in. They work their hardest and some may not but that doesn’t mean you need to be a jerk when you come in. Things are changing. There are less cashiers because more people want their food faster and more accurate so they get put over to make food… so use the app or Kiosk. They work on double checking better. If something is forgotten, they always try to make it right. maybe it shouldn’t have happened. But it did, so get over it, you can’t change it, but they will try to do better. Yeah you are having a bad day, but don’t take it out on someone who has nothing to do with it. or sometimes even if they do, try to breathe and remember what it was like when you had a job when you were younger.

Bummed that I came here to get some work done and I can’t log on to the internet again after it kicked me off! It’s not even peak hours! Ice tea is fine though, but not why I came today. Really needed the wifi and Internet access!

And the service here gets worse and worse. The online/Rapid Pick Up rarely are on time. 4 out of 5 of my recent visits, had to stand around waiting or ask. Then is an excuse why they are running late. Lately they have stopped online all together. I think I’ll just go elsewhere.

Sandwiches are good tasty n flavorful. Had a cranberry salad sandwich that was very good. Bread freah n soft. Standard chips they serve are very crispy n crunchy. Havent tried the side kiosks for quick check in n out… look like a nice concept. Like the electronic board that lets u know the status of your order. Whether still prepping or done… Staff friendly n helpful. Parking lot looks like it can be jammed because of so many food places at the corner now…

Finally had a good experience at Panera Bread! I love their ipad ordering as you can customize to your hearts content! really cool and there are so many options that you never knew what existed. I think this what the new wave of ordering will be, I like it, but I can also see how someone not so tech savvy will easily get confused. We will see how it goes. Looking forward to going back and having another great sandwich, salad and great iced teas.

One of the better Panera experiences I’ve had in years. Came in for breakfast and decided that it is definitely the way to go at Panera– better value and way more consistent food quality. Ordered 4 bagels, one oatmeal, and a fruit cup. We got cream cheese for each bagel and the girl taking our order changed the individual cream cheeses to a tub — more product and cheaper price, which I appreciated. Our entire order came out to $ 15, which I thought seemed perfect. There is ample seating at this location. We did have to wait a bit longer than I expected for our food, but the girl who brought it out was very friendly. This location(and maybe all — its been a while because I have felt like their food quality has gone down) served all the food on ceramic white square dishes, as opposed to the melamine dishes I’ve seen previously. The food quality was fine. My husband commented that his blueberry bagel was very delicious with a lot of fresh blueberry flavor.

Ordered the Pick 2: chicken cobb and avocado salad, and chicken noodle soup; and fiancé got the bbq chicken flat bread and chicken noodle soup. The cashier was helpful and patient after we asked tons of questions about the menu. Food came out in 10 minutes. The sourdough bread was warm and delicious. The bbq sandwich came with cheese, even though we ordered it without. The soup was average, slightly watered down, and not hot enough. Eh. Standard Panera Bread food.
