When I need a quick bite I go to Carl’s Jr. because the quality of the food seems better than the other three big burger chains. But today I was very disappointed. I ordered their newly advertised Steakhouse Thickburger and it was ruined by the bleu cheese they put on it. It was way too sour! It tasted like sour milk instead of anything near bleu cheese. It truly left a bad taste in my mouth! I don’t recommend this burger at all. Next time I’ll get the bacon guacamole Thickburger or one of their other classic menu items.

I keep eating here because I have no other choice. Lunch time with 10 in line and 1 cashier. Poor decision making and lack of foresight. Place is always clean and not too crowded. I just wish the service was better.

I don’t know why I even try with these fast food restaurants that hire stupid dumbasses. Went to the drive through tonight and I ordered two burgers plain with nothing in it. I clarified this three times. I’m highly lactose intolerant so I made sure three times there was going to be no cheese. What the fuck did I find in my burger? Fucking CHEESE!

I had lunch here. It was pleasant. Aside from an irritate employee. I had a good experience. They do not offer the special other Carl’s jrs offer. The bathroom are decent. I have never had real issues frequenting this establishment.

I’ve been to this location twice and the service here is nice. The manager and staff are friendly but that’s where the goodness ends. I ordered the original $ 6 burger with sesame seed buns(large buns) and the buns were so old and brittle that my burger fell apart when I picked it up. I know it’s fast food but when you pay $ 8 for a combo you expect to get something decent. I asked to get the buns replaced and the 2nd set were almost as bad. I was on lunch break so on my way out I ordered a double western for my coworker. I waited for about 10 minutes with the burger just sitting under the heat lamp before someone finally gave it to me. I saw it there when it was first placed but I wanted to see how long it would take them to hand it over. To make it worse they had about 3 employees by the register. Carl’s Jr in general is horrible food. My mistake for giving it another chance. For the same price you can go to Tam’s burgers and get an actual burger

I ordered the mile high bacon cheeseburger and the amount of bacon on it looks like regular bacon cheeseburger. And the chop up the bacon tiny to make it look like more! The taste of the burger is good… however the lack of bacon is disappointing

Great Service And Great food. Waiting time is minimal and food is always warm. I ordered the X — tra bacon egg and cheese and it was delicious. I just wish the orange juice was bigger in size but other than that it’s all good.

They have great salad… I know it’s not healthy but they make a mean one.

When I started Unilocaling, I told myself that I would never review a place that deserved only one or two stars. As Bambi’s friend Thumper’s father told Thumper: «If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all.» Well, I am making an exception on this(and only this) Carl’s Jr. Why, because I truly like Carl’s Jr. To me, Carl’s Jr. is second only to In-N-Out Burger when it comes to hamburgers for fast food(if In-N-Out can ever be considered fast food at all). This Carl’s Jr. is simply not up to par with all the other Carl’s Jr. s and corporate needs to be aware of it. One thing I’ll get out of the way first is that the trays at this restaurant are warped at the middle and will not sit evenly on the tables. You can actually spin the trays on the table as the young kids in the table adjacent to me were doing. Second, I had a problem with the Green Burrito food I ordered. Look at the photo I included. Compare that photo to the photo of the same item on their order menu. It is so enticing on their menu. It was not enticing on my tray. It’s supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. Further, I am used to the Carl’s Jr. s with Green Burritos to have a salsa bar. This restaurant didn’t have one. Therefore, I couldn’t get my little cups of salsas and jalapenos that would have allowed me to fix my food. When I went back to the counter to get jalapenos and salsa, they gave me two little cups of jalapenos(fine) but also two packaged baggies of salsa(not fine). Even if the salsa at the other Carl’s Jr. s /Green Burritos restaurants with salsa bars is this same salsa unwrapped, it is so much more enticing than salsa in a baggie. Therefore, Carl Karcher Enterprises: I ask you to please bring this Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito up to par with your other restaurants. I normally like your stuff.

Came here for breakfast at 11AM. They stopped serving it so I just walked away. I’ll update my review once I eat here.

Guacamole Burger! But they skimp you on your drinks by putting tons of ice in the cup!

If it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in your face… I think that was their slogan. Why oh why am I writing up Carl’s Jr? Today was a brutal work day as far as physical labor goes. We got an unexpected delivery around noon, which was a container of wheels from overseas. The shipment was hand loaded, which means it gets to be hand unloaded. Well, my coworker Tony and I started breaking our backs and 90 minutes and a little under 11,000 lbs of aluminum later, we finished. Holy crap that was rough. After downing a bunch of water and smoking a few squares, both of us were too tired to eat, but figured we should. Where to go? Well, there’s a Carl’s Jr a couple minutes away… screw it. Let’s go. This location is a bit nicer looking than most. The décor is set up like a pseudo 50’s diner. Food and service were both par for the course. Oh, and a little added bonus… this one is a combo store with Green Burrito items available. I didn’t think I could feel any more tired, but after that Super Star combo meal with Fried Zucchini and Diet Coke(I’m watching my girlish figure), well, I think I’m down for the count. I’m ready to throw in the towel, hit the showers, and knock out. Crap, it’s only 3pm… Gotta pass a couple more hours… what to do? I think I’ll Unilocal Carl’s… lol…
