This place is so nasty and dirty! The food taste old and like freezer burn. U could see the kitchen and how dirty all the stainless steel looks. When we came in for lunch the place was empty and there was a big spill on the floor. I let the worker aware of it and didn’t to anything about even after we left 20min later. I was shocked to find out the Indian guy sitter in the corner was the owner of this particular kfc. We walked into the kitchen and walked back out 10min later and right passed the spill on the floor. I’m surprise health services has shut this place down.

The customer service is the reason this place is empty. Not to mention the place is absolutely filthy and there is no one here. Someone should be cleaning, instead when we walked in they were all sitting at a table. Let’s not mention the plethora of foul and ugly things they said when we walked in and thought they were saying behind our backs. Hello, not all white guys only know English. I grew up here I speak fluent Spanish! We won’t be back!

Went to this restaurant three weeks ago spent $ 26.13 was eating with my family when I noticed there was a huge cockroach underneath my table to the left me there was a cockroach under that table I’ve contacted the restaurant and corporate daily and been promised a phone call back and I’m still waiting. This company does not seem to care about their customers. No one should have to wait three weeks for a phone call or some sort of apology for this kind of service
A month now … Still waiting to hear from a manager !

This place is the worst. We love KFC chicken but rather go to the nearest market that sells fried chicken. The last three times we were there the staff was the worst. Rude, uncaring and that’s the just management. One time the food was way undercooked, they have a hard time getting the order right and the last time we were there we found what looked like a rat dropping in the bottom of the bag. We emailed there corporate office but we never heard back. Avoid This Location…

I only experienced the drive through here. It moved well and our order came out as intended. They food itself was on par with all other locations. It’s a KFC. You know what you’re getting when you come here. Nothing mind blowing, but a lot of food for cheap.

I ordered two number ones with a mountain dew and sweet tea, once i pulled up to the window the employee gives me two drinks after i gave her my debit card, the drinks are way over filled and are slowly spilling in my car then i noticed boths drinks are Cokes. i wait about 5mins before she gives me my card so i let her know this is not what i ordered she then gives me a Mountain Dew and a sweet tea with my food. I get home start drinking my Mountain Dew only to find out it taste like 90% water and 10% Mountain Dew on top of that the sweet tea had no ice… I was craving KFC so I treated my brother and this experience F**ked it up for me I felt embarrassed, I wasted my time and money. Not going back to this place ever.

I went to this restaurant about 10 minutes before closing. I went to the drive-​thru and was completely ignored. Instead of getting on intercom to explain their failure in helping me they just shut off all the lights. Clearly they were eager to go home. When a restaurant says they close at a certain time, it means at that time, not 10 minutes before.

I love hot wings from KFC. I also come here for the specials. I always had good service from the drive thru. They have always gotten my orders correct. Only problem for me is the price of the hot wings.

I order the legs n tigh special only to discover at home they we dryer than the Mohave desert. I called the manager right away and he said to save the receipt. The following week I came back to get my replacement. He said I should of saved the old chicken. Wtf. He should of told me this. The manager name is Amir. Racist mofo. He had the balls to say that I’m trying to pull a fast one on him. And my kind of people are not welcome at his store. I got better things to do than to scam 8 pieces of chicken. I will take the loss here but will let the whole world know that KFC tolerate racist people as their staff. I even called corp office to complain and nothing has been done. It’s 4 months now. No response. Bottom line if u like jecky fried chicken and a racist manager here is the best place to go.

I decided to give their «Kentucky GRILLED Chicken» a whirl and see if it’s comparable to El Pollo Loco.
Verdict: 2 thumbs down, if I had more thumbs they would all be down
It was dry and bland, yuck. The only enjoyable part of my meal was the corn, it was sweet and tasty, everything else was just forgettable.
Oh and don’t get me started on the people that work there. They all moved around like zombies, it was kind of creepy.
I won’t be back to this KFC, no bueno!

I hardly ever go this KFC, but I wanted some potato wedges and didn’t want to go far for it. So I went in the drive-​thru and the girl taking my order was sounded so rude, ugh. She was talking with her co-​workers at the same time she was taking my order, and all I heard was them laughing, she couldn’t even talk to me without trying to hold her laugh. It was pretty annoying. The wedges were flippin SALTY! I was already home when I tasted them, so I had no choice but to throw them out. I sent a comment/​complaint on the KFC website, hope they change something around here. I’m NEVER coming to this one again.
