As a local, and regular to the main street dining scene, i was disappointed and embarassed. The front of the house carried an pompass attitude, and demonstrated body language that was unnerving and made us feel unwanted. The server did not have an understanding of menu, or knowledge of the recipes. The lack of vegetarian options was disturbing, evem though we knew it was a steakhouse, not everyone was a meat eater. The corkage is the highest i ve experienced in the state and the unwillingness to work with us on a bottle that was opened, but not served was dissatisfactory. The main floor doning area was draft ridden, acoustics are horrible, and i ll stop there… Would never go again, and would never recommend…

Great vibe and good food. Jaime is a great waiter and the Moscow Mules are great. Worth going to.

As a local, the downstairs/casual bar of this place is incredible… We usually meet friends for a casual dinner, drinks, and on weekends they have a DJ. We have never had a bad meal, but their are 3 things you MUST order… 1.) roast beef sliders… they melt in your mouth 2.) brussel sprouts… even if you don’t like brussel sprouts you will LOVE these! 3.) truffle fries… best comfort food on the planet… Advice/secret/I probably shouldn’t say this… well here goes! If you get their early(before 7) you don’t really need a reservation… but if you see me and my wife, and the place is packed, you better invite us to your sofa/table!

I would have given the 5th star but they messed up our reservation, which I don’t think was their fault. The portions are a little small so make sure you order appropriately. Food: I had the grouper, my wife had the steak and greens and mother in law had the mussels. All were absolutely amazing! If you are in park city, this place is a must! Our waitress, Honey, was on point and took care of our every need.

Great food and great service. A must in Park City. The short rib grilled cheese was awesome! Steak and Lamb shank was awesome! You have to get the butter cake!

Amazing short rib grilled cheese sandwiches! I’m not sure how they got that snack to be as delicious as it was but I was truly impressed anyone can make grilled cheese that yummy! Definitely a must try. The downstairs area is a great ambiance.

Fletcher’s is truly a great spot on Main Street in Park City! Enjoyed a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner here. The bar downstairs is a great spot to grab a drink before dinner. We shared the tomato salad, ribeye, short rib grilled cheese bites and the butter cake for dessert. Everything was delicious with the highlight being the short rib grilled cheese bites!!!

I have ragged on people before for sounding like total di**s when leaving a review, swear I’m not trying to do that here, but just going to be honest. First off, not sure if people who rated this place so high are just used to horrible drinks and shitty service, or if they were just being nice. Night started off with me asking the bartender for a Manhattan. She asked me if I wanted it on the rocks or neat… right there I should’ve known something was wrong. Who drinks a Manhattan on the rocks? Anyway, I said neat and immediately got a $ 13 «Manhattan» that tasted like bourbon and fireball! I had my friends try it and all said it tasted like cinnamon. It’s freaking bourbon, vermouth, and a splash of bitters you idiot! Needless to say I just ordered coffee after that. Food, good, but not great. I can’t really say anything bad about the food, but for a little over $ 170 for two of us(and we didn’t have drinks) we definitely won’t be back. It’s not good enough to come back to, especially paying that price. Oh, almost forgot, the«lobster» mac and cheese… good luck finding any«lobster» in it. It’s pretty much $ 10 mac and cheese, seriously. Server was nice, but service was sub-par. I feel bad for people that live here or come here a lot, because options are limited when it comes to good restaurants. Now, if people are use to crappy experiences they may rate this place high, but compared to other places I’ve been, this place doesn’t cut it.

Stopped at Fletcher’s for a bite to eat before catching a film last weekend, and it was definitely a good choice. The place was packed, but we were able to grab a seat at an extension of the bar right in front of the entrance. It wasn’t the most desirable location to sit, but the ambiance was definitely lounge-like with trendy songs playing. It was loud, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere and I’ll have to check out the downstairs level next time. We had no issues with service and our food came out super quickly. The ribeye and side of fries were on point. The steak was cooked nicely and the fries were thin and crisp — just the way I like em.

We arrived at 9 pm on a Saturday during Sundance ’16 and still only had about a 30 minute wait! I’d guess that this was unusual. The staff were friendly & knowledgable. We took our ordering cues from fellow Unilocal reviewers and were pleasantly pleased! Highly recommend the chive biscuits with bacon jam, roasted chicken, beef short rips and for dessert the peanut butter & jelly beignets with nutella dipping sauce! For the dessert we ordered the dish with seven beignets however the dish is so rich that three would have been plenty. Enjoy! You’re in for a treat!

Sundance weekend and I didn’t have a reservation. Fortunately Fletchers bar has open seating and I managed to snag two less than stellar seats near the stairway downstairs. One ribeye later I could care less. The cognac sauce that came with it was delicious and the side of fries a perfect compliment.

Tried Fletcher’s last night. Been coming to Park City for years and it’s jammed with awesome, if not mostly pricey, but fantastic restaurants. We decided to try relative newcomer Fletcher’s, been open about a year. The space was awesome, very cool vibe. Backyard chicken was awesome, filet mignon good, but not great by local competition standards. Great service. The crispy Brussel sprouts were not crispy and were disappointing. Overall nice experience and good to have another solid choice to add to our annual rotation.

Fantastic! Cool, cozy décor. Solid vibe. Great service & staff! Sat upstairs by the main street window… Great view! The biscuits & bacon jam are crazy good! Get em! Heirloom tomato a, very tasty salad. Peanut salmon delicious. Short ribs!!! So juicy & tender. Highly recommend! Ended with butter cake… pretty heavy but yummy. Nice selection of local & other beers and the drink specials are varied & so good! Go. Now.

Came for dinner during Sundance ’16 and the place was beginning to get busy. We had great cocktails at the bar which ended up being were we ended up again after dinner when we spotted our late arriving friends. Great service and a lot of fun. Winter Margaritas are highly recommended! We ordered the backyard chicken, a few filets and some salmon. The fish was so good, cooked perfect and melted in my mouth. A really generous serving as well. The kale salad I ordered as an appetizer was so good… loved the pomegranates all over it. We ordered the buttercake for dessert and the guys at our table took a bite and immediately ordered two more. LOL. It is something! Beautiful resturaunt, very sweet staff that worked to make sure we were all taken good care of.

Dinner was fabulous as was the ambience and wait staff ! I would highly recommend and when the check came it was very reasonable. I had the filet with cognac sauce and my girlfriend had the salmon, both were prepared perfectly ! We both had different salads before and both were unbelievable, so good ! Go there, eat and enjoy. Fletcher’s is a solid addition to the Park City dining scene. Their menu skews toward hearty traditional fare, but most dishes were very well-executed and the service was wonderful, making for a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. Our waiter, Jamie, recommended the biscuits, which were wonderful — moist, flaky, and full of flavor. The accompanying jam was so delicious, we wished that Fletcher’s had jars of it for sale. I honestly thought the heirloom tomato salad, served with burrata and a balsamic vinaigrette, sounded quite standard, but the vinaigrette had a lovely sweetness and the salad as a whole was well-constructed and ended up being our favorite appetizer of the evening. The calamari was good, but not great — we’d probably try something else on the menu next time. The beef short rib entrée was wonderfully tender and flavorful and paired well with the cheesy grits for a perfectly satiating dish. We also enjoyed the backyard chicken, which highlighted the natural flavor of the chicken and had crispy skin yet stayed quite moist on the inside. Though we were absolutely stuffed, Jamie spoke so highly of the butter cake that we simply had to try it. It’s a generous portion of decadently buttery and dense cake — easily shared amongst four people and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Fletcher’s also has an excellent cocktail menu. We sampled from both their classics and their more creative selections and enjoyed them all. The French 75 was light and well-balanced, and the apple cider and lemon juice in the Winter Margarita lent the drink a cozy, yet refreshing flavor that paired surprisingly well with tequila. The restaurant occupies the second floor, while the basement hosts the bar and the only bathrooms(!). There is an elevator, but if it is otherwise occupied, prepare for two flights of stairs to reach the bathroom. Jamie’s friendly, Southern hospitality style of service really added to the more relaxed, inviting atmosphere of Fletcher’s.(Speaking of hospitality, be sure to read the heartwarming story about Fletcher, the restaurant owners’ dog, on the back of the menu.) In the past, Main Street jumped from pizza to fancy ski resort haut cuisine with middling to mediocre options in between — Fletcher’s finally offers a relatively reasonably priced and casual, yet high-quality dining experience. Their food is stick-to-your-bones hearty and delicious, the drinks are great, and our server was lovely, making our dinner experience more than the sum of its parts.

What a wonderful addition to the Park City dining scene! I will admit, I was a bit suspicious at first, given that we do sometimes get restaurants that are all about style and not substance, but despite being a beautiful space in a great location, the food was fabulous! We started off with a couple of specialty cocktails. The Pain Killer is exactly what you would get at Pusser’s in the BVI, and packs as much punch too. The spicy cucumber martini is equally potent, a blend of gin, cucumber, and jalapeño. Great start to the meal. Along with cocktails, we also had their cheddar chive biscuits and bacon jam. I don’t know if I need to say anything more about that. Just read that again … cheddar chive biscuits and bacon jam. Yeah. Get it. For dinner, we had the lamb shank and the«steak and greens». The lamb shank was perfectly braised, fall apart tender, and not at all fatty. It was served on top a bed of potato-parsnip purée, and had a sort of demi sauce on top. It was superb. If you like lamb, this is a go to dish. The«steak and greens» is, as the name would imply, a mixed greens salad and a small filet. Good and well executed but nothing spectacular. The brussels sprouts with pomegranate were also good, but not my favorite version of this particular vegetable. They were a bit mushier than I like, and didn’t have as much charring on the outside as the name implied. Service was very good. Our server Victoria was prompt and attentive, and added to our enjoyment of the meal. For those of you looking for a bit of night life, Fletcher’s also has a very nice, chill lounge downstairs. They have live music some evenings as well. It’s not Beverly Hills, but if you can’t face another night at O’Shucks, this is a totally different vibe(similar to the old Silver down the street).

Wow. That about sums this place up. Ambiance for days from the get-go. They were out of tables, so my wife and I decided to sit at the bar, where it just so happened, the owner Steve was bartending. Don’t think I have ever met a nicer guy. He took such pride in his place and did an amazing job making our drinks(the winter margarita and maple Manhattan were incredible) and recommending dishes to eat. Every last thing we ordered was worthy of 5 stars. From the cheddar chive biscuits with the bacon jam(Dear Sweet Baby Jesus), and kale salad we got for appetizers, to the backyard chicken(best chicken I have ever had) and peanut crusted salmon(best salmon my wife has ever had), these guys hit the bulls eye over and over. Couldn’t more highly recommend this place. Here through Friday and will definitely be back before we leave.

Stopped by last night for a glass of wine downstairs and had Victoria wait on us. She started off great, very nice and engaging but in ordering my second glass of wine she confused my Pinot with my friend’s Syrah. When I asked about it she got defensive and then basically didn’t talk to us for the rest of the night. Also, as I asked for water, she didn’t seem to want to refill it. Overall very disappointing after my last visit being so great. I would give this a two star rating but I don’t want to adjust down my entire review on the basis of one server’s poor attitude. My earlier five star experience still carries more weight.
