What a cool, fun, clean place for the kids to go and have a blast! The kids I’m referring to are not teenagers… I literally mean kids! I’ve come here for a few of my little ones friends birthdays and man, between the games, the food(which seriously is delicious, they do an amazing job making good tasting pizza), and the enthusiasm of the employees, this place seriously rocks! The reason I bring up the employees is cause they have to get all riled up during the time that they sing happy birthday to the birthday boy/girl. Its seriously intense! lol Something I would NOT be able to do! I give the employees props for being so enthusiastic when they need to be and patient with the kids when they need to be. They keep the place clean. They have great games, like bumper cars, which my little one had a blast with! If you have kids or know someone who has kids, its a cool spot to have them go and just let them be without having much to worry about.

My wife and I ordered a medium pizza. We both got sick for three days, vomiting and indigestion. Worst pizza ever. Bad food.

One of the most cleanest and neatest Chuck E. Cheese’s i been to. Went for my son’s last minute birthday party. The managers and host were beyond awesome. It’s a little far from where we live but totally worth it. Plus they have bumper cars!!! My son, his friends and parents all had a blast! Would come back again!!!

The place to be if you are a kid, saw a few parents that had tapped out and looked exhausted. Was here for 3 hours and had fun seeing my friends nieces have a great time. Tip: never mention chuck e cheese to a 4 year old going on 10 that you will take them to chuck e cheese because they will pull out the«when are we going» card often. So after a few weeks mentioning this place to my friends niece we arrived and got a table by the window, now this place is split into two sections, one section is for toddlers and young kids. The other side is for older kids and much bigger games. They even have bumper cars. The girls were happy to go on numerous rides and even play in the big kids section. Bring your energy that is for sure. The place is well maintained as far as cleanliness but I noticed a few games Out of Order, but plenty of options to choose from. They have a large table section for parents so if you want to see The Big Cheese himself make sure to make a reservation, if you don’t you will be sat on the side tables along the windows. This place is way larger then some other locations, good seating and plenty of fun for all.

By far, the WORST Chuck E Cheese EVER! The 1 star is for the pizza that was actually not too bad. Everything about this location sucked. The employees straight up DIDNOT care about even being there. The staff was a joke. When asking the cashier a question, she replied«I don’t know» and just shrugged it off. I went on a Monday evening(4÷11÷16 from 5:30pm– 9:00pm), not very busy at all, and they seemed to just be standing around. They were out of practically everything. The list of things they DID have was way shorter. They were out of French fries, buffalo wings, diet soda, regular Sprite, beer, ice cream, ranch, croutons, large cups, and toilet paper. I ordered the sampler platter, which took 30 minutes to bring out, and they gave me Bone-in wings when I specifically ordered boneless. I stood at the register while a young man was clocking in, and he didn’t even acknowledge me. The cashier asked if I needed help, I said I wanted to order, she looked at me, then at him, and they both walked away at the same time. I heard numerous people complain to the manager also, and he didn’t seem to do anything. I STRONGLY advise to stay away from this location. I am not one to leave nasty reviews but o really want to prevent people from having the same experience. My sister has special needs and when she was upset by the ice cream machine not in service, the staff giggled at her. I continued to shoot dirty looks because I was clearly not amused by their insensitivity. NOTTOMENTION, the young lady checking hand stamps checked my little sisters hand, and not mine. I didn’t even receive a stamp! So literally anyone can walk off with these children because they have a lazy person not doing their job correctly. I get that you probably have better things to do than be at work, but that system is for the safety of children. It’s pretty ridiculous that I could have been a complete stranger and walked off with a 3 year old bc this girl had no interest in her job. I sure hope that this entire night crew gets reevaluated. If you care about the money you are spending and the safety of your children, think twice! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Do not go here.

This review is for an employee named Luz because of her laziness towards my 5 year old. This happened at about 4pm on Friday, April 8, 2016. It was slow as the evening rush had not arrived yet. My son was playing a game that awards tickets and when he finished, the machine said to call an attendant because it was out of tickets. So I pointed out an employee(Luz) working the entrance/exit for him to report the issue to. As he started walking towards Luz, another employee came to the entrance/exit podium and Luz started to walk away(in my son’s direction). As my son approached Luz, he told her that the game was out of tickets and Luz told him to talk to the lady at the front, pointed at her, and kept walking. My son wasn’t sure which lady so he walked back to me because he didn’t know who to tell. I pointed out the lady at the front and he went to tell her about the issue and she called someone on the radio to address the issue. My issue is with Luz’s laziness because this is a place for kids and the kids are their customers. She could have and should have helped him. She had a radio and could have easily called someone to address the issue while walking to wherever she was going instead of sending him to someone else for assistance. I had seen Luz working alongside Chuck E. earlier giving out tickets and she definitely does not enjoy working there based on her lack of enthusiasm and demeanor. I didn’t address her about what she did but she happened to be working at the exit when we were leaving and she checked our stamps as we left and didn’t say a single word to us like bye, thank you, or have a good evening. Not a single word. Terrible customer service. On the flip side, our party host, the other employee my son spoke with, and the lady working the prize station were all very pleasant and helpful however.

AWFULCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! We ordered a medium cheese pizza and an hour and a half later it has not arrived. Whenever I ask about it, I’m told five more minutes, it’s coming right out and were busy with a party… My kids are now out of tokens, starving and cranky. Thanks.

I’ve honestly never been to a Chuck E. Cheese prior to this time to attend a birthday party for a friend’s son. Hence, I was a little excited to even see the inside of one. When I walked, wow, total chaos of little kids running everywhere, parents chasing after kids and multiple birthday parties happening at the same time. Located in the Hastings Ranch Shopping Center and in the same plaza as The Habit, Whole Foods, Wells Fargo Bank and Aaron Brothers Arts and Framing, this little kiddie amusement area is truly a kid’s play area dream. Once you walk in, you walk past the check-in area to determine if you’re there to join a birthday party of just of the games/food area. The birthday party area is towards the back on the right hand side while the regular diners are in another area and the play area is basically right along the front. Games use tokens and you earn tickets which you can later redeem at the gift area for other prizes. They serve sandwiches, pizza, salad, wings, etc. and have a section of drinks as well. There are birthday packages you can place to determine what food gets served during the party and what gift bags and other goodies come with it for the invited kids. A pretty clean place actually even with all the kids running around and the staff there was quite attentive with constantly bringing out fresh food and serving them timely during the entire party. Chuck is definitely a bit scary looking and might need an update on his entire look as he did scare some kids at the party. Pretty interesting for my first time to actually experience this place as an adult.

Animated chucky cheese had a boner!.. what’s up with that! The employees were very nice and the food seemed fresh despite the time. And they gave away free tickets, which was nice but it was so weird that chucky cheese has a visible hardy. creepy!

For my dollar, this Chuck E. Cheese’s is better than it needs to be. They have dozens of regularly rotating games. One side of the room is for smaller kids(I’d guess the appropriate age range would be 2 to 4) and then the other half of the room has games for bigger kids and fun-loving adults. They even have four bumper cars that kids can ride around in and crash into each other. The pizza isn’t going to offend your toddler’s taste buds. And if you have fond memories of Chuck E. Cheese pizza from your youth, the flavor might just shoot a nostalgia beam at your taste buds and transport them back to your childhood. The tokens aren’t cheap, but they get less expensive based on how many you buy. That means I usually end up buying too many. We always end up with enough tickets to pick out a few pieces of candy at the prize counter, which is great way to keep the kid happy when it’s time to leave. Full disclosure: I worked at a Chuck E. Cheese’s when I was a kid and it was a lot of fun. I have fond memories of donning the Chuck E. costume and dancing at kids’ birthday parties. So of course those memories are going to make me like restaurant more. Still, this is a top-notch Chuck E. Cheese’s location.

Came here on a Tuesday for a kiddos birthday party and when we first came there weren’t a lot of kids. When it reached around 7pm, the birthday parties, families, and kids starting swarming in. I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid so I don’t remember how it was when I was little, but coming here recently as an adult, it wasn’t so bad. This place is huge, one side is for the toddlers and the other side is for the bigger kids. There are plenty of games and mini rides for the kids to play with and Chuckie comes out when its your birthday to take pictures and sing happy birthday to you. Workers here are nice and friendly. When it’s your birthday, you can go into the ticket machine where you try to catch as many tickets with your body/hands/clothes as you can. Their pizza is yummy when it comes out fresh, but of course when pizza gets cold it doesn’t taste so good. their slices are thin and small, but the size of the whole pizza itself is huge. I enjoyed eating the crust; I’m a big crust girl, and it honestly didn’t taste that bad. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. That’s always a plus!

Pros: big location. One side accommodates toddlers and younger and the opposside accommodates bigger kids. They have bumper cars which is always a hit. Not too ghetto here. Cons: lazy workers, tables weren’t cleaned off. We had to wait 10 min for one even after we asked twice. Not enough tables.

Whoa! Has Chuck E. Cheese’s stepped up their game! When I was a little kid, I used to come here and the games were old and sticky. I brought my nephew here, and he had a BLAST. I was amazed at the new games and technology they have now. It’s like a mini DnB’s. What I absolutely LOVE that CEC does is that they stamp you and the child(ren) when you walk in with the same number. That way they know who can leave with who! Who knows? They might’ve saved a life or two with that policy.

The child in me gives this place 5 stars, the adult in me gives this place 3 stars. We came here for my friend’s son’s 1st birthday. If you want to reserve a table at the main party area, they charge you by the person. If you decide to save the money and just take your chances at finding tables in the back area, you’d be saving a lot of money, but you’d better get here early. This place fills up FAST! If you are not a fan of children running around, you might want to avoid this place. Games here are very children friendly… children ages 1 year to full grown adult will have a great time. I hear the games are very cheap to play, but I wouldn’t know, since our host bought many cups of tokens for us. The singing machine characters on the stage are still the same as I remember from my childhood, but modern day character suit Chuck E. Cheese is quite interesting to look at. Move aside chubbier, friendlier-looking, giant mouse! Here comes skinny, not-so-friendly looking(but still friendly) character suit Chuck! If you dance with Chuck during his performances, he’ll toss a bunch of tickets out(like a giant piñata)! Let’s get down to the food. Mainly the pizza because everything else that’s edible here didn’t do it for me. For a place that’s known for games and giant mice, they have pretty good pizza! Especially when it’s freshly made! It’s got a perfect thickness to it and it’s definitely full of flavor! It’s no gourmet pizza, but I’d pick this over the super greasy Pizza Hut or Dominos any day!

My daughter and I have been here a couple of times, it’s one of our favorite location. Upon arriving everyone is given a unique hand stamp which is verified when you leave to make sure families always come and leave together. Chuck E. Cheese has games for different age groups, there is a Toddler Zone, Kiddie Area and Skill Games & Arcades for older kids like me. This location has a lot of games and they actually work. There is an area for parties and you can watch Chuck E. and his band perform on stage. Chuck E. also walks around and throws tickets up in the air for kids. After playing, feed your tickets in the Ticket Muncher, it counts how many tickets you have, prints out a receipt and then you can redeem the tickets for prizes. My daughter is saving her tickets for a big prize! :Food: They serve pizza, buffalo wings, hot dog, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, salad and desserts, etc; there is also an ice cream machine. We like to eat the pepperoni and cheese pizza, fries and buffalo wings. I ordered the Gluten Free pizza and cupcake, I personally didn’t like it. The salad bar area is messy and the selection is limited. :Highlight: Fruit Ninja, my daughter loves slicing those fruits on the big screen. ( She has a lot of fun with the Jumper Fantasy she has to jump over the light and the speed increases as she jumps. ( ), I like listening to music so I enjoy playing Guitar Hero especially if I’m playing to my song!( ) Super Shot a basketball game that you throw the basketball in the hoop as the backboard moves depending on the game mode you choose(classic, continuous, push back and random). It can be tiring especially when I play over and over again which I always do. I’m a competitive mommy and like to see who makes the most shots(not with my little but with an adult)! She knows I love playing Super Shot so she plays the Street Hoops, same concept but made for kids. ( ( It’s fun to play the Slam A Winner, you time the ball to drop and see which hole it lands into; we always hope it lands in the hole that gives the most tickets. ( ) Super Bonus, the light keeps going around in circles and you press the button to stop the light. They also have Air Hockey, my competitive mode turns on but my daughter still wins! We also like playing the Heat NOS Street Racing. The game is live so we played with other people from other locations. It takes a picture of you, pick a car then choose the location. You can press the NOS button I think three times per race. ( ) ( ) :Customer Service: It could be better. :Rating: 3 Stars for the food and customer service. 4 Stars for the games. :Tips: ~Go online and print out the coupons for the tokens and food. For $ 25 you can get 125 tokens. ~Join the Chuck E-Club to receive a birthday gift on your child’s birthday, get activities and Reward Calendars. ~Get the Rewards Calendars online. Mark the days when your child accomplishes the goal, bring the calendar to Chuck E. Cheese then your child receives 10 free tokens.
