I feel fancy yes i do. We were here celebrating my man’s new office space, popping champagne bottles and listening live music it was just a grand ol time! I really enjoy there TR Stormy specialty cocktail it was so good! We just kept ordering more and more until some of us had to really force each other to stop! The fries was good, the portobello sliders were eh.

I’ve been to The Tap Room twice now and I will say both visits have been enjoyable. I recently went for a date night. It was perfect because it was close to both our work and the location itself is quite lovely. It’s a 7 – 8 minute drive for me and I opted to valet because when you get it validated, it becomes $ 5 instead of $ 14. The Tap Room has indoor and patio seating. We opted to sit by the windows, looking out. They don’t have a happy hour menu just FYI. Our server Lauren was very sweet and attentive. She suggested the Pinot Grigio for me and my date ordered a cocktail. It was quiet for a Tuesday night but I didn’t mind. Some nights you just need the quietness and intimacy that provides. After about an hour I did order something to eat and chose the Wagyu Sliders which were very delicious! Overall, it’s a great setting for a get together with friends or an intimate date. I don’t think you can do wrong either way. Tips– there is street parking and you can walk from there or valet. Just remember, get it validated!

Fell in love with the nice classy interior when I first stepped in, as soon as the band started blasting music, the whole classy ambiance was destroyed! It was the Christmas evening, as more and more preppy people emerged, this place turned to be like a total fret party. Maybe it was the holiday season, I would think a low key solo piano or acoustic jazz band would be more befitting to the old world charm of the Langham.

I really like the ambiance of the bar at the Huntington hotel. We went there last night for drinks and appetizer. We ordered cocktails, wine and the cheese platter, everything was good and the service excellent. The Christmas décor of the hotel is an added bonus to look at.

I’ve been to this place twice, and had a great time both times. Our waiter was super friendly, bartender was patient as well. I had sangria with half of the alcohol and I loved my drink. My friend was in the mood for Malibu pineapple, unfortunately that wasn’t on the menu and they couldn’t just make that for her. Live band was fun, some people would just dance at the front. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, music wasn’t too loud so you could still carry on a conversation with friends. A tip is not to come too late if you want to sit at a table. There aren’t too many seats here, and my friend and I think it’s much more relaxing if you get to sit down and enjoy the drink with music.

This is a very nice bar. It’s located in the historic Langham Huntington hotel; has plenty of posh, comfortable furniture both inside and outside; provides a nice view of the city; hosts a nice jazz band that plays more up tempo beats; and has bartenders that make possibly(in my opinion) the best old fashioned in LA. When I visited there was a bit of a rowdy crowd. Considering the hotel is a venue for weddings and events, there seemed to be a steady flow of overly drunk people, attempting to become even more drunk, pouring through the doors. The crowd can be extremely fun, or a bit obnoxious and intrusive, depending on your perspective. After last call the bartenders placed steel cages over the liquor shelves… I imagine there is good reason for this. Aside from the crowd, this place is great. It’s nice to explore both inside and out. I am definitely going back.

came for dessert on a Saturday night after dinner at The Royce. they had a pretty cool band playing. lots of people around this night due to the US vs Mexico Friendly at the Rose Bowl earlier in the evening. good mix also of people staying at The Langham as well as people just coming to hang out. the Tap Room has a very homey feel to it. relaxing couches surround a coffee table fronting the roaring fireplace. a faux library also line the walls. a rorschach test shaped couch sits in the middle and are surrounded by retro style chairs and stools. there is limited seating in the bar area. there are lots of seating outside, also on couches. nice place here. they had a promo for One Hope Chardonnay during October to support Breast Cancer research. unfortunately, they ran out. too bad. still a cool spot to check out if you’re here.

This is a classy sexy and smooth environment! But if you come at least get a room! It’s worth it! My No. 1 next to SLS Beverly Hills and The Ritz!

The Langham is such a beautiful hotel set in Pasadena so it’s nice to know that there’s a great bar within the hotel for a drink. I recently went there for a drink and some food and found it pleasantly surprising. There is live music which if sitting in the wrong location can be deafening. While this is a major plus for some people, I prefer to be able to hear what it being said by the people I’m with. There is an extensive cocktail list as well as some options for food. We kept it simple by ordering a half order of Parmesan dusted fries(Parmesan sprinkled on fries) as well as a pizza. The pizza tastes as if it was made of frozen pizza dough, mediocre at best. The service, drinks and hotel are what redeems the food.

I almost thought we’re getting lost trying to get to this bar until I saw the entrance of the Langham hotel and literally walked toward the main lobby… I felt like I was in one of those Disney’s fairy tales. Definitely not Mulan but maybe Cinderella. Words simply cannot describe how beautiful this hotel bar is… I couldn’t come up with anything but gorgeous, very gorgeous. After a nice dinner in Pasadena area, my date decided to show me what his neighborhood has more to offer than I thought. It’s the first time I started to like Pasadena. There’re some seats inside the bar closer to the live band but we preferred the patio area where there’re some comfy couches, decorative pillows, unique lamps and the view of «South Pas» at night. Drinks were decent but service was amazing. Someone will constantly come by and check up on you. After only one visit, I know I’m a fan, a big one too! There’re parking spots on the street in front of the hotel in case you don’t want to valet*

I’ve spent months trying to figure out a venue to host my birthday party and fell in love with the TAPROOM. I knew immediately that this was going to be the place to spend my special day because I love a venue that plays live music. It wasn’t until I drove by Langham one evening just out of curiosity to check out this massive hotel had I stumbled upon this place. You can’t help but take a moment to grasp in all this beauty when you pull up to the front. The crystal chandeliers and antique furniture sure looks like you walked into some elegant, exquisite scene from a movie. It was a little hard to find this place because this hotel is just colossal. When you enter, go straight towards the double glass pane doors. Here you will approach like a small quaint garden with a cute little bridge. Once you bypass and walk through this area, hang left to find it. At least, I enjoyed the process of finding this restaurant. This hotel is definitely worth the time to explore. So this is an upscale bar with outdoor patio lounges and I opted to sit inside because it was cold that evening. Dress to impress is the way to go! The waiters/waitresses were really friendly and as you’re seated, they serve you free wasabi peas, mixed nuts and crackers. The night was a huge success; my friends were happy and we all had a great time. People were dancing in front of the live jazz band just grooving away with the music. Drinks were super tasty and I loved my Moscow mule drink. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something classy! This place validates and it’s only $ 5 or you can park outside in the residential area up until 2am for free and just walk up to the front lobby door.

The classiness is strong in this one… The Bar for the Langham Huntington: The Tap Room has to be one of the coolest and classiest places I’ve been to in a minute. I absolutely LOVE this place. Walking through the hotel to get The Tap Room makes you feel like a billion bucks. The sheer opulence of the interior design of the hotel feels akin to a Presidential Manor. I’ve been here a total of five times, but every visit is as awe-inspiring and special to me as the first. All five times have been when the sun had already set, so I was with my fellow vampires and I don’t know what it’s liking during the day. Either way, the view of the openness while sitting outside the bar, by the volcano fire heaters, and enjoying my cigar and cocktail really makes me appreciate life. The service and quality of the whole environment is what a 5-star hotel should feel like. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about everything they do and provide courteous and meaningful service to its patrons. This is a great place to spend the evening and wind-down or meet clients for after dinner drinks and talk business in the serenity of the pasadena evening. If you order drinks from the bar or the servers, I’d recommend sticking to the classic mixed drinks and choice of spirits you’re used to. I am not too big on their specialty drink selection, I found their drinks too sweet for liking and also too creative and liberal with the ingredients. Be sure to get your valet ticket validated at the bar. It’s only $ 5 after validation, totally worth the money.

Treat yo self with a night of great drinks and an amazing view! PARKING: Taproom is located in the fancy fancy Langham Hotel — aka mostly valet. We took a Lyft there with no problem, but I believe they do validate(still paying$$) for parking. SERVICE: Top notch service. Our waitress was attentive and brought out snacks almost immediately after we found a table(difficult on a Friday night past 10PM). You’ll need to leave a card with them to start a tab. FOOD: –Complimentary wasabi peas, mixed nuts, and crackers — $FREE.99. No complaints here :) –Cheese/Charcuterie plate: So good that we ordered two. Lots of fresh sides to accompany the cheese and charcuterie(grapes, applesauce, honey). Major bonus points for warm, fresh baked bread! –Broccolini: Yep, I ordered greens. Generous portion with a nice zesty lemon flavor. I didn’t care much for the sauce on the side, but at least it comes with one! –Tacos de Cochinita: Great presentation and flavor(that pork!). My only qualm was with the portion size — these babies are smaller than street tacos. DRANK: –Strawberry basil: It was the seasonal selection around early May, but this drink was DELICIOUS. You can definitely taste the difference between this and something you would get at your local bar — truly a hand crafted cocktail. In the spectrum of fancy to dive, I always lean(with pinky held high) to faaaaancy.

The Langham is beautiful, and while I haven’t explored must past just walking through it to get here for a mixer, I was really impressed. This particular room is dark and richly appointed, with a living room-esque area set up on the opposite side of the bar, and outside a patio area that looks out onto the lawn. Food is decent; a couple friends and I shared the wagyu sliders and the ahi tuna sliders and while they are pretty expensive, I guess you’re sort of paying for the total experience. Drinks are also not cheap. But service is good and overall I would come back here for another event or maybe after dinner somewhere. Valet parking is $ 5 w/validation, or if you want to try for it, there’s a line of spaces right outside the Langham by the sidewalk.

Such an upscale, classy place to grab a few drinks with friends. We were celebrating a dear friend of mine’s birthday here this last weekend. The Tap Room is located inside the super nice Langham Hotel. Follow the live jazz music as you walk into a dim lite lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. We opted to sit outside where we found a few seats with lots of pillows under the heat lamp and had a nice view of the city. The waiters were really friendly and helpful. Our guy didn’t even look at me funny when I asked him to surprise me with the second drink. I was very indecisive being that the cockails all sound delicious. He came around a good amount of times without being overwhelming to make sure we had our refills and that we were doing alright. We stayed there til they pretty much closed. Time sure flew by fast and we didn’t even know which is good because with that being said, we never felt rushed. The Tap Room has a good range of beers(both bottled, and craft), cocktails ranging from the usual margaritas, gimlets and mai tais, to then the fancier ones such as the Huntington Martini 100, the CC Crush with vodka, jalapeño and cucumber, and The Berry Breeze and a Watermelon King. The two drinks I ordered were easy to drink, not very strong but tasty for sure. They also had wines(sparkling, reds, whites,), whiskey, champagne(I did see Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne there if you’re feeling spency), a good variety of tequilas, vodka, scotch and gin. There is something here for everyone. Most cocktails are about $ 15 each. We had had dinner already so we opted on the food options(the menu had small bite plates such as sliders, pizza, a cheese plate and of course dessert). Awesome place for sure. I would love to come back and maybe take a seat inside by the fire place next time. The crowd consist of a large variety of people: cougars, older folks, younger crowd that are over clubbing, a few smoking cigars, a few wedding party people and what not. It is a bit of a classier lounge so dress to impress. I don’t think there’s a dress code though. Great place for a date night and even for a few cigars. Tip: Parking is valet only. Tap Room will validate for $ 5 so not too bad.

I love this bougie ass place from the escorts, cougars, and international tourist. What an eclectic crowd. Mid 30’s and a huge gap to late 50’s, this is info for the desperate e-harmony seeking. Dress attire was also a random topic since there was a fusion of different looking individuals such as, after wedding cocktail gear to Hawaiian shirts with some kicks. In other words, come how the hell you please. I would suggest getting here early, maybe 8:00 pm to claim a seat with your crew. If you land here at 9:00 pm, you will be standing. It’s extremely cozy and dark which is what I liked the most. The service on the other hand was questionable. It seemed as if there was not enough waiters to handle such a very large crowd. Since there was nowhere to sit, I had no other option but to hang out at the bar area and stand there. I had to stop a server and she looked frantically stressed out. I asked her if it was okay that I ordered with her or just go up to the bar. Her response was more geared to AKA, just order at the bar. It seemed as if there was only approximately 3 servers and maybe 2 bartenders. Upper management please get your lives together and fix that issue. My group ended up ordering five bottles which constitutes to us being trashed. Good selection of Pinot ! Too many to mention but they average about $ 50.00 a bottle. The sweet potato fries and Sliders were awesome. The Jazz band was absolutely phenomenal and that’s the main reason why I would go back. They played a lot of old school and intertwined new school as well. Full on 4 man band. Later into the night, seating on the patio opened up so we attacked right to it. Really comfy patron on a deck with a lot of pillows, you’d feel as if you were at home. If you validate your ticket, parking is free but otherwise it’s $ 14.00

This is a really beautiful bar to casually have a drink and order some food. They have really nice patio seats, and you can watch the sunset(albeit over a parking lot). There’s a lot of dark wood paneling with modern touches; it’s all very sleek, can be romantic or casual, yet classy. We all got a drink and enjoyed several hours of just sitting around and chatting. The server came around often to check on us, and the place was pretty full and lively but not too loud. These are the lights at the entrance: SIGNATURECOCKTAILS: * Berry Breeze(St Germain Liqueur, Hangar One Vodka, Hand Pressed Mint, Fresh Lime, Grapefruit Juice, Strawberry. $ 15) — 3.5 stars pic: This was refreshing, light, and sweet. Tasty and enjoyable, but I wish the tart grapefruit and lime flavors were more prominent.

Cozy and Romantic Night =================================== Perfect for: first date, cozy night with friends, chillax. The ambience is dark, luxurious and elegant. Fully decorated room with live band, full bar, cigar collection, fancy seatings and fire place. Yet, actually very affordable. It’s not skyrocketing expensive. I would recommend you to go there to chillax(chill and relax): #Listening to jazz music while whispering words to your loved one/close friends. #Laughing while nibbling snacks. #Cheering over wine glasses to end the night. #A lot of eye candy, beautiful people walking around. #Sitting next to fireplace and watching the flame dancing in front of you. #There’s also a private seating for two in the corner. #Outside seating great for bigger group and less noisy so could talk/discuss. Although it’s cold right now, they have heaters system, not cold at all although you sit outside patio. The servers are very polite and nice. Definitely one of my favourite lounge!
