Can’t give a glowing review but also no glaring errors either. Stopped by for a change of fare and cheesesteak sounded good, in the end I wasn’t overly impressed with the sandwich but the fries were pretty good. Prices were a little on the high side but not outrageous. The service was friendly enough and they are fairly quick to complete the order. I will possibly give them another shot in the future and try another offering, maybe I’m just not a cheesesteak fan.

I had the Steak Supreme and it was delicious. Very cheesy and the meat wasn’t dried out at all. The crinkle cut fries were well done but delicious and crispy. I hope there isn’t suppose to be something special with the fry sauce cause it wasn’t that good to me. Although, I did use all that I had lol

Love the Caeser Salad here with turkey. Sandwiches are really good and the fries are the best. Their Cherry Coke is the best tasting too.

On our quest to try lots of new places the boyfriend and I stopped by for a quick sandwich before the fair. Overall, it was pretty good. The boyfriend got some meat lovers monstrosity. I call it a monstrosity only because it was stuffed full of meat. It’s a good thing. Meat was well seasoned. It was a tad bit dry, but flavor and texture was right on. It needed some sort of sauce then it would have been perfection. I don’t remember the fancy name of my sandwich. It was steak, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Again, the sandwich was dry. Just a bit of sauce and it would have been perfect. I also had the cheddar broccoli soup and let me tell you, it was amazing. Creamy and hot and rich. Full of cheddar flavor. They use real cheese. Found this out because I had the pleasure of finding a good chunk of cheese in my soup. We ordered a pound of fries to share. They were amazing. Perfectly cooked. Perfectly crispy and fresh. I was a little taken back by the price of everything. It was a bit more than I expect out of a simple sandwich place, but you can taste the quality. Another reason, besides the dry sandwiches I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of one of the chefs. He must have been preparing for a hibachi chef position. Banging on his chefs tools every time he touched them. Overall, so good and I’ll go back.

love this fast food joint BRUCHI’S! but being a fastfood restaurant, the prices seem a bit high. they are really welcoming upon arriving. the guy was upselling thier one dollar beer. which i not bad but for a dollar im not complaining. they have tvs inside so it really benefited us since there was a football game going on. so if you want a grilled sub with some beer and watch your team, bruchis is the place to go.

Today’s experience was much better than the last time. I walked in behind a large family. A second person jumped in to take my order. Food came out in a timely manner.

Yummy food and the best fry sauce! I definitely enjoy stopping in to get my fave sandwich-Malibu. Service is usually great, good choices and I’d pick them over other sub places anytime!

Decent cheesesteaks in a fast food setting that sells beer. I had the large steak supreme. I have had lots of cheesesteaks and these are better than average but not unforgettable. The bread could be softer(or warmer) and the meat could be a little less salty. The American cheese is awesome but I like more. The fries are nothing special though. Standard krinkle cut style fries. It was nice to have a beer with my cheesesteak though. I would definitely return for another try, but they have nothing on the Cheesesteak Factory restaurants down in The Bay area

I usually stay at the newish Best Western since its right at the airport, but I drove in from Seattle so figured I might as well replenish some Holiday Inn points at the HIE across the street. I have been to Bruchis before and had a cheesesteak. Since I was just in Philly a few weeks ago(and had a real one) I had to try something else. I got a burger and fries. The burger was good, with smoky bacon and the fries were tasty and not greasy or oily. I don’t normally care for fry sauce, but their’s was really good. This is not standard drive through fare, so expect to spend a few minutes waiting if you use it. I’ll go back if I end up staying here again.

Since I’ve never had a Cheese-steak anywhere else but Bruchi’s(except for that colossal mistake from IHOP), I wouldn’t call me an «expert». I’m sure native Philadelphian’s would consider the sandwich blasphemy and a far cry from a «real» steak sandwich, but I’m not from Philadelphia. I’m from BAMA baby! Random state plugs aside, the sandwiches are good. Every once in a while you’ll come across some unappetizing gristle, but that’s few and far between. The sandwiches are large, simple and tasty. What more could you want? They also make some pretty decent fries and the burgers are a step above the other fast food joints around here. I’m told that they make submarine sandwiches here, but honestly, one can get that in many more places around here, whereas you can’t get a cheese-steak in many places. Service is decent, the place is fairly clean, there’s a drive-through window and the prices are decent, but not great. ‘Tis but another option. There when you want something different, but not really special.

If I could give this place 4.25 stars, I would. Their sandwiches aren’t drop-dead amazing, but they are consistently good. The service is always great. Sometimes we get there right before they close(sorry), but they always are happy to take our order. I usually get the cold club sandwich and my fiancé gets the chicken supreme cheesesteak. My sub is always packed full of meat(puts Subway to shame, no comparison) and has lots of other fresh veggies and spices in it. It’s the most unique club sandwich I’ve ever had(who knew it was possible?). His cheesesteak is always loaded with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, etc. I can vouch that it is very good, especially with horseradish on it. Let’s talk about the fries. They are delicious, crinkle cut, and cooked to perfection right when you order them. They’re practically still sizzling when you get them. Also, Bruchi’s fry sauce is awesome. It’s very clean inside and there is plenty of seating. The thing that would earn this establishment 5 stars is if the prices were more reasonable. It’s on the expensive side for fast food. I’m always reluctant to eat here because it seems like $ 16 is a little much to spend on a two sandwiches, fries, and a drink at a fast food restaurant.

A little pricy, but to be honest, one of the better quick options in town. Salads are made fresh, same with the sandwiches, and the options are rather wide, though I typically was a ½ sub, ½ salad person with a Roast Turkey tub and a Ceasar Salad with Ranch, sometimes getting a pop on the side. They make your food rather quick, the place has plenty of areas to sit and usually has the option of watching news on one screen or sports on the other, though no audio is present. Nice atmosphere, definitely a place to stop by for lunch on occasion if you want something freshly made.

Minus 1-star for their Cheesesteak recipe on the menu. Mayo? Not authentic! Having been raised by a native Philadelphian, and also having lived outside of Philly for three years, I’m a little biased about my cheesesteak. I won’t eat them outside of Philly area because I refuse to be disappointed. However, the other food items offered here were fantastic and the portions justified the slightly higher cost. Rueben lovers should bring a big stomach — it was giant! And. you can get beer. Win/win.

I didn’t even know that this place is a fast food. When I saw the prices on the Board, I told myself they are kinda high for a fast food but we are on limited time co’z we are trying to catch a movie. So I asked the lady in the counter how long would it take for 3 bacon Cheese burger Combo and she said 5 mins… so I said Ok go ahead and make it. True to her words the food was ready in 5 mins. The Burger was big, the Fries was tasty, just thought $ 9.00 for each combo is kinda high for a fastfood, though I must say it was okay since the burger was better than the other fast food chain congesting the tri-cities.
